681  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: This study explains gambling addiction on: February 27, 2016, 07:43:17 PM
I just read it, they seems right. They first compared us to the pigeon, well the example was a good one. I think gambling also gives us addiction because when we win, we want to win more and when we loose, we want to recover our loss and  get in profit. So better do not do it is a best choice.
682  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should i buy my first whole bitcoin on: February 26, 2016, 07:47:40 PM
Buying bitcoin always will be good for you. You can get some profit because of price increase. If you can afford then buy more than 1 bitcoin also. You'll never regret for sure.
I never force anyone to buy more bitcoins usually. But your points are absolutely true and putting some affordable money into bitcoin ecosystem will make us rich, missing this opportunity only may make us regret in future.
683  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: February 26, 2016, 07:26:06 PM
Stay away from dice, slots and other instant winning games, like you can win instantly, you can lose instantly and this second option happens the majority of the time in gambling.

Try sportsbetting, where knowledge has a lot to do with your bet, for example, you know in a match between two teams,
Team A is playing Team B and team A is favorite on odds. You read the news and analyses in different websites(easy to find google) and see that team B that is not the favorite is missing 4 decisive players. Of course once you know this, you bet on team A with a lot of confidence and the majority of time in these situations team A wins almost always.

Thats the safe gamble, but no 100% safe gambling ever possible.
Dice games are not that safe but you can invest small amounts to which makes it better than sports betting. Also, people who don't have much knowledge about sports may not be able to gamble safely and may end up losing a lot.
Yes, you are right. I've a friend who bets regularly on sports alone and sometimes he loses more than he actually earned from his earlier bets. Even predictions/tips don't work at all times.

685  Other / Off-topic / Re: Bank or Bitcoin Wallet? on: February 24, 2016, 07:09:31 AM
If some one know about bitcoin, and using it like daily basis, then he will like bitcoin more than  banks, like me. I always use bitcoin for many transferring, paying and purchasing.
The chances of getting closer to bitcoin, when we are more linked to it. When we use bitcoin in more different ways, we will get emotionally binded to it. I believe bitcoin will replace bank system when bitcoin itself has all the features of bank, I believe we just need to unveil it by innovating new ways.
You are right, when bitcoin is more than enough to fulfill all the financial requirements then we need not to go for bank system. We just need to find out new methods on how bitcoin will become as a complete bank. Then people will obviously choose bitcoin over bank.

688  Other / Off-topic / Re: The craziest shit you can buy with bitcoins right now? on: February 24, 2016, 06:19:57 AM
I heard some many shit from people that they can buy some crazy stuff on the internet with Bitcoin.
Most people said that you can buy bullets and guns or something. So that is really crazy.
I don't think so, there is no any online shops who sells bullets and guns and accept bitcoins, I didn't heard anything about that. I think buying such shit things like guns and bullets is not good for us and our society.

690  Other / Off-topic / Re: Getting My First Whole Bitcoin? on: February 24, 2016, 06:00:24 AM
Getting a bitcoin as a whole without investment is a big deal. Start with faucets, need to spend long time as well try to get into a signature campaign and earn. Gamble or do betting with the earned bitcoin through faucets as well campaign. If lucky you will get a whole bitcoin within a day, else need to start from the beginning.

That was so accurate man for me! From faucets, to signature campaign, then gambling but I got an additional way which is investing. But yeah it took me some the to be able to achieve 1 bitcoin but its worth since I didn't spend any money from my very own pocket, technically  zero investment.
Yes, first we need to earn some money from free sources, then invest them into legit investment platform. I does not mean you should not invest money from your pocket. I think using signature campaign first for make some money is good idea.
691  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin 'real money' to you? on: February 24, 2016, 05:46:48 AM
I always take bitcoin seriously and treat it like real money, because with bitcoin I can do everything same like we can do every thing with fiat money, so for me, bitcoin is real money.
Count me also in that list who takes Bitcoins as real money. See I can do anything I want with bitcoin, then why I treat it as a digital currency. I could say bitcoin is more than real money to myself.
For me too. I have people near my house who gives me even cash for BTC , so yeah its real money for me with a reason. I can easily trade bitcoins and it is 100% equivalent to real money for me.
Wow. You mean you are trade bitcoin with your neighbors. That sounds good and really unique, I am trade bitcoin online but for me bitcoin is also like real money, I cashout my bitcoin earing every end of the month and use them like real money.
692  Economy / Speculation / Re: bitcoin will rise again on: February 24, 2016, 03:26:09 AM
Bitcoin has already started rising. This time the rise in price is gradual as well often there is a stabilizing which shows that bitcoin is growing normally without any market interruption.
it is unfortunate the price starts to go down. actually i expect much and think prices will rise slowly, but it did not happen
Price rise will happen again for sure. Hopefully we can see prices to test $450 price levels within the end of this February. I strongly believe by March 2 wiki we can expect bitcoin prices go around $500 levels. The upcoming halving and low oil prices are some major supportive things for bitcoin prices keep on moving.
Yes the present economical situations all over the globe and bitcoin ecosystem trending also support bitcoin prices keep on moving upwards.
693  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How to quit Gambling for good? on: February 23, 2016, 03:32:04 PM
I do see many gamblers are not preferring to quit gambling. Yes, often many gamblers are rude , not sure why but I have really noticed this very often. Even they know the all the dangers of gambling still they simply continue it. But their bankroll will decide their life with gambling one day.
But when you are getting thrown away from gambling, your financial situation may not support you to lead a normal life. Quitting gambling at right time is better than winning millions from gambling.
694  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Increase my bitocins. on: February 23, 2016, 03:15:28 PM
It's only possible to get more bitcoins by lending or gambling and for newbies both options can be a lot risky. I would like to suggest freelancing and offering some services based on your skills in service section of this forum.
Other than lending and gambling, I would like to recommend the passive way of trading. You can just hold your coins now and for long term and sell them when the price increases. This way you will be able to get more bitcoins but in long duration.
695  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Any advantages from gambling? on: February 23, 2016, 01:39:51 PM
To find out the real advantages of gambling, you have to think why you started gambling. If you are able to find why you gambled you will see whether you achieved that or not. If you have, then surely you have a advantage if not then no advantage, as simple as that Smiley
696  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What are your gambling stats? (Profit/Loss) on: February 22, 2016, 04:09:03 PM
I'm up 1.3 BTC so far from dice. I've stopped except for small bets.
Wow now you see, some people win

I have lost around 5 BTC on dice sites and around 1 BTC on any other form of gambling. Winning is hard a very few and far in between.
While you see, some people loose. So, I wish to call gambling a neutral cause unless you are in control.
697  Economy / Economics / Re: Do You Think Bitcoin Will Replace Dollar Soon? on: February 22, 2016, 03:17:06 PM
Not any time soon, the currency has no real wide spread adoption yet so it needs that even before it could even be thought of as replacing the dollar.

Yes, paper money is actual money that can be felt, counted and saved in any shape and form, whereas bitcoin is digital, it is relatively new and probably needs much more time to establish itself and become the next big monetary replacement.
698  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is their any safe methods to gamble? on: February 22, 2016, 02:19:36 PM
No their is no safe method to gamble at all, their will never be a safe method to gamble because its not for nothing its called gambling.
Its all about the game you will lose or win and you need real luck to win of course.
I think some people think martingale is a safe strategy and some people call other strategies as safe methods.
I still think the safest way to bet is using faucet or any free giveaway things, by playing the bonus or other things, because that way you never loose.
You are right when you do not have nothing to lose than gambling will become 100% safer. But the practical problem is the faucet earning is not enough for my gambling. Maybe the experienced gamblers get more faucet money to gamble enough.
699  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: February 22, 2016, 01:03:36 PM
No, personally I think gambling is quite alright if you do it once in a few days/weeks, not everyday. As long as you gamble what you can afford to lose, it's alright.
Yes you gamble only because you have access of money and are on low part of happiness in life. I think then you gamble, the best part is that you do not feel alone, moreover coming to the topic, I think gambling is not wrong since it doesnt force you to bet.
Yes, many people to avoid psychological problems due to loneliness and to kill their free time they simply start gambling. As long as gambling within your control, it never can be wrong.
700  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling can be profitable in the long run! It is possible! on: February 22, 2016, 10:40:55 AM
for now i have a profit on 0.23 btc by gambling, so yes its possible but its still risky you don't know about you lose the next bet, Smiley
Yes and thats where the long term came into play, I am sure if you bet too long then surely will end up on the loosing side. But well, some people never understand and not get happy with short term wins so often than they should not.

You are right when people find profits in either short term or long term, they must find the joy of winning and should withdraw some profits to make sure in reducing risks. If they aim for long run, there is no guarantee for profits in future.
