881  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How I can earn from the Signature campaign? on: October 29, 2015, 05:41:05 AM
I recommend this Signature Campaing for when you reach Jr Member
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1036113.0

Well it's a good campaign for jr members but I hope he/she will not spam on the off topics and games n rounds boards Grin

I recommend this Signature Campaing for when you reach Jr Member
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1036113.0

i would recommend bit-x only, because thye have no limit, when they will open spot again of course

i'm still waiting for one campaign akin to it, without limit

No more arguements Cheesy It's the best right now. I'm also looking forward for that one similar to bit-x's no limit of posting , hopefully sooner cuz it seems bit-x sig campaign will end anytime soon as it was running already for 11 months  Undecided

I am not that sure it will end. How long has campaign been running means nothing. You need to take a look at how healthy the service, web site advertised is. Simple as that.

Bit-X has just released their new debit cards, got a ton of money in funding over the summer, just removed posting limit, again it's unlimited, and also have accepted many new members into the campaign.

So all of the above means that the campaign will run much longer than you expect.
But you must follow the rules because i know that their strict about the rules and they need those user has above average post. So its better to join in other signature campaign to train your grammar.

Yes to continue with bitcoin signature campaign successfully, we need to follow very strictly with their terms and conditions. Just remembering the rules will get us better results. We need to check often for new rules too.
882  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many bitcoins do you have to sell to make a living? on: October 29, 2015, 05:38:25 AM
I think that by selling 4-5BTC you can make a living for a month.
It really depends on which country you live but this is more than enough.
I know people that live with only 1BTC monthly but depends on your needs.

4 or 5 bitcoins are more than enough for me for 2 month of living as being a bachelor no need to support any of my family members. I really follow bitcoin community, s per them selling is not recommended at this stage. So look for some other source for a living.
883  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Most Secure bitcoin wallet ? on: October 29, 2015, 05:35:49 AM
Bitcoin-qt, I guess. It has the best security beside a physical wallet.

Yes bitcoin-qt has all the security features we needed. Now the newer version of it namely bitcoin-core is available with the version 0.11.1 with latest fixes. So, we must always go with latest one.
Online wallets also safer when we go with latest version of browser.
884  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Where can I invest? on: October 29, 2015, 05:33:31 AM
just dont invest lol, ive haveplenty of bad experiences with investing in hyips, try opening up a faucet site and make money off the ad revenue, alhough itllbe tough to get started.

Its your bad I guess choosing the shitty hyips Cheesy actually it is profitable to invest on HYIPs if you invested on the right time and place Wink Still not recommended though cuz of the risks there.

I would not invest based on this.  Same could be said on Ponzi first in... has best chance of getting money back.  When they make a pyramid of money a little goes out as long as more is coming in.

But a lot of these once money flow from people stops.... they ride into sunset with what BTC they did not pay out.  Don't trust HYIP or ponzi schemes.... it's not a good long term investment.

I know that , and that's why I do not recommend it Cheesy I also know most people won't invest on such sites but there are still some that's willing risk on HYIPs and ponzis , including me Grin

Yes even many people has the complete awareness on all type of ponzi schemes and still they are ready to invest into ponzi like by taking risk. I guess this is because they are ready to through out the affordable money, it may come back in double or goes away for ever.
885  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: good places to hide paper wallet ? on: October 29, 2015, 05:29:36 AM
Just watch this video, awesome idea Smiley
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-mmt9JHmKss

Yes very nice idea to hide our wallet papers. But still I need to look for a better one as this one got exposed to everybody. Many be in different countries we can try this. I believe my own idea will suit me better.
886  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Did you earn some bitcoin today? on: October 29, 2015, 05:26:42 AM

887  Economy / Gambling / Re: Dice Investing on: October 29, 2015, 05:24:11 AM
If you don't mind converting your BTC into CLAM, I recommend using JustDice. I've heard many positive comments about the investing option there. But be careful, investing doesn't guarantee a return. Bet wisely.

Yes you can invest bitcoins you and play dice games. with your profits you can withdraw Clams. But there are lot of exchanges providing this exchange option like shapeshift also offers this even without any account you need to create.
888  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much you have lost in gambling? on: October 29, 2015, 03:38:19 AM
I'm relatively new to the world of online gambling, a little under a year. I've lost over 180BTC , it makes me a little sick to think about.

I posted some of my wins here www.mobtcs.com , I've had some decent wins, but I don't hold onto them for very long.

180BTC must be a very big money, everyone here is dreaming for that. Your situation is most common in gambling or in trading. People make some profits but loose more than that in next round of gambling or trading.
889  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Cricket match prediction discussions on: October 29, 2015, 03:35:51 AM
As per the latest news, that upcoming Asia Cup has been shifted from India to Bangladesh. This is going to be third straight time Bangladesh is going to host Asia cup. The reason for shifting was Pakistan's denial to play in India. Now it's too hard to call the result of this tournament as Bangladesh has more strength unlike previous editions.

It's a big heart breaking for India team as they have failed in Bangladesh in their last series. There are confusion whether this tournament will be played in ODI format or in T20 format. But on these two format Bangladesh has more advantages over other participants.
890  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Use cases. What do you actually use Bitcoin for? on: October 28, 2015, 07:36:49 PM
I see more percentage of speculation in the poll with the current price kick.

Use of bitcoin in shopping I think will be lessen too to take advantage of the rising price except if really needed to shop.

Well i would like the poll to be opened to see new voters what will they vote.
Because it is closed Voting closed since July 11, 2015.
I think to shop through bitcoin is good if you don't have fiat money but not preferred.

Yes a new poll must added and all answers there are based on past months. I'd like to see how people will preferred to use it now that bitcoin price stepped in a new trend now after sleeping in the family of $200 range for a long time.

I think that most of the bitcoin holders will continue holding.
Because everyone is hoping that the price will reach much more than it is now.
Except those who needs urgent money to use for emergencies situation.

I believe that holding bitcoin is also a way of bitcoin usage. Many people buy bitcoin just to hold for long term. So, different people find different usage from bitcoin. I too prefer holding bitcoin for long term.
891  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: The future of bitcoin on: October 28, 2015, 07:28:12 PM
Not sure about future bitcoin price but I think it will stay for quite long time compared to other alt coins because its user base is large compared to other coins.

I think the coming halving in the next summer will increase the bitcoin's price , and we can notice in this few previous days that bitcoin's price increased a while. So i think in the near future bitcoin will get good and stable price

Yes halving will push bitcoin price towards new high. from that some even say Bitcoin will change the world as a currency but it will not be a payment network. It was said that it will serve as a revolutionized cross-border transactions, but cannot be money. So, let's wait.
892  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Cloud Mining - Please help a newbie on: October 28, 2015, 07:24:06 PM
I thought cloud mining was  scam now?

Not all of them, you always find some good apples in a basket of rotten ones (some apples are only a bit bruised but still eatable)

I hope you understand my metaphor, good luck!
If not all of them can you give a sample cloud mining site that can we trust and long-term investing site.I think theres no cloud mining in long term. so i don't believe if they trusted...

I too do not have that much faith on cloud mining as I had bad experience with some old famous cloud mining company. The point I still hate was negative earning. So, from that I do not recommend anybody for cloud mining.
893  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: Faucets on: October 28, 2015, 07:21:46 PM
I've tried to gain substantial amounts of BTC from endless faucets but havent had any luck thus far...are they're any good ones out there to make a fast come up or is it all pointless?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, Im new!

Pretty much pointless, unless you have many, many refs on freebitco.in or you own some bigger faucet, otherwise it's pointless.

Yes may be with huge number of referrals we can make some decent profits from faucets. Other wise faucets may kill our earning time. Owning a big faucet is not feasible for many people here. Only selective faucets may help collecting some satoshi.
894  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are you holding your bitcoin for a price increase? on: October 28, 2015, 07:19:10 PM
Currently holding little over 1 btc hoping to get a couple more within two months.

My wallet has some bitcoins to hold for ever. I have plans starting gifting it out to friends and families so they may hold upto it for a price increase. I think this is better. I believe with friends and families we can grow to be a better community.
895  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: How many confirmations to be sure about a transaction? on: October 28, 2015, 07:14:32 PM
Hello,
how many confirmations should a Bitcoin transaction have in order to be sure that the transaction could not be resolved?

Many exchanges use 6 confirmations to be sure that it is not a duplicate transaction. However there are other services that only use 3 and other only use 1 confirmation. But to be sure I guess you'll need 6

Even 1 conformation also accepted in some services. It's solely dependent on how much risk you're ready to take. I believe waiting for 3 confirmation are moderate policy for both the parties.
896  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin on: October 28, 2015, 08:26:39 AM
The biggest problem is that you must download all existing transactions and blocks if you want an offline wallet.

Lots of GBytes...

This is the #1 problem of bitcoin, the core design of bitcoin is that it is not flexible. Other than that If you lose your account info like private keys then your Bitcoin can never be access for life. This will be the loss of money and waste of effort.

That's not big problem if you choose to go with light weight wallets or online wallets like coinbase or blockchain.info. People need not to worry on loading and initail set up of bitcoin core wallets. They can use bootstrap files available on torrent download which will help somewhat.
897  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How greedy you are ? on: October 27, 2015, 07:20:56 PM
For the first time , I'm kindda stupid. I keep martiangle it until I got busted at the end.
For now I playing smart and safe to I can make average profit

Could you please tell us how you play "smart & safe" to make average profit? and on what game you are playing?

I believe only the beginners who yet to see the profits and to experience the pleasure and trill of gambling may play safe and smarter in gambling. Everyone in gambling or in trading gets addicted to their emotions either fear or greed to make mistakes.

Controlling emotions are the biggest task while we are gambling. You must avoid get addicted to making profits continuously, this may end up in greed which usually let people in losses. I'm also greedy while gambling to make more bets.
898  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Most Secure bitcoin wallet ? on: October 27, 2015, 07:15:06 PM
I trust blockchain.info. The security of your wallet totally depends on you.

Yesterday is a good example of why you should not trust in blockchain alone.  They were down... what if you needed to get in?  A paperwallet of the account is kinda important for issues like that.

With a paperwallet you could have put it in another wallet and used it even when blockchain was down.  It's honestly hard to beat cold paper wallet.

Yes. Blockchain.info is well known for it's frequent down times. But the good thing is we have full control over our private keys which is more useful if we are capable of importing private keys into some other wallets.

900  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling. Is It Wrong? on: October 23, 2015, 06:19:04 AM
Gambling give you power when you win, those ilusion will turn into a lost in a short time, sure some people dice and gambling and take profits but i may say its 100 in a milion people otherwise no house would have money to pay all costumers that only wins. Do not spend too much time on gambling.

If you believe in illusion then you may loose in every where not only in gambling. We should not alter our mind set or predetermined plans for any hype or stress. If you follow your own rules then there are lot of chances to prove that gambling is not at all wrong.
