761  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crime Effect of Gambling - Your thoughts! on: February 22, 2019, 09:43:53 AM
Gambling is a big industry contributing good to the growth of bitcoin as well other digital currencies. Crime happens even when there is no gambling. Gambling is completely different and the earnings made in large volume at times will lead to crimes. This all happens when the person doesn't know what to do with the money earned out of gambling. In reality this is very small in number.
Gambling is just one place to create crimes, and I think this is more vulnerable for a crime since I believe some casinos are also part of those crimes. Its normal for the thinking of every person that if you do come to casinos, you are there to make money so whether you win or not your life is still in risk. This is why many gamblers are now switching online, because they don't want to experience this one.
in online or casino even though there is still a risk of abuse from someone. people who have bad qualities will certainly do evil if something bad happens to them. gambling does not turn someone into a demon, but if their nature is bad, then they will do crime, this depends on one's nature
762  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does Martingale Work? on: February 22, 2019, 09:40:10 AM
Loss again. Even worst - 27% chances to double. That's because with higher limit you have to earn more to double. This simulation shows that Martingale simply don't work and is worse than betting everything on red and going home. Gambling should be considered as fun with luck. Every strategy would destroy you and your brain. Go, bet earn/loos have fun but don't thing that with special strategy you have chance to win repetitively and earn for living. Well you can but due to luck ... net math and strategy.
I agree! Gambling is a game of chance not a game of strategy. Even if you say you play a poker game which is also a game where you need to have skills in bluffing and reading your opponents body language, still if your opponent gets a better card than yours then no strategy or skill can beat that.
I don't think it's entirely true, some games need strategies to increase the chance to win. Even in dice some strategies can provide big profits. including martingel. because we know that losing continuously is a rare thing, so sometimes this strategy works
763  Economy / Economics / Re: Do you think Institutions secretly HODL Bitcoin? on: February 21, 2019, 09:48:29 AM
I believe it too that institutional investors are hodling bunch of Bitcoin and other crypto, this long bear market is the perfect season for them to stack as much as they want. They are typically not the kind of people looking for a quick buck since they have all the patient and time in the space, surely they won't miss this once in a lifetime opportunity too.
It's possible, especially the price of the entire crypto is below the standard price, or it can be said to be very cheap,
of course that institions have prepared it by buying a lot and holding it now. they are preparing for a bull run
764  Economy / Economics / Re: LESSONS FROM CRYPTO MARKET on: February 21, 2019, 09:39:30 AM
We do get valuable lessons by plunging into the world of crypto, that fear is always there and continues to haunt if we experience loss, and revenge becomes greedy to get what we want. This must indeed be controlled to be able to control emotions. Doing the right and meticulously to keep getting results.

that is the main opponent of a person is greediness if we put greediness on our career here then the risk is very high. We better learn to wait rather than creating a bad decision because of our own greediness.
Means from crypto market we learn to control ourselves, be patient, and not be afraid when something bad happens. I often
experience that condition also. when in the market and I begin to realize and learn from that condition
765  Economy / Economics / Re: What will you do in 2030? on: February 21, 2019, 09:36:18 AM
IF i say now then it will be unrealistic and in 2030 i have so many plans to do at that time and for now i want to make money because in future for businesses i will need more money for establishing of new businesses and i can buy an established businesses as well.
Actually same think it will do that,But I can not say that at this moment what i can manage business.I have already made several business plots but for him, I have to pay a lot of money. Now it's cheap to me because already i have hold some Bitcoin. So I have to wait for some time then,I will take steps of 2030.
I think 2030 is still very long time, and to reach that year takes 10 years, and I think it's very enough for you to grow your business dude, and that year you have enjoyed your advanced business, that year should have been a rest day for you.
766  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is the coming halving our last hope? on: February 21, 2019, 09:22:26 AM
Bitcoin broke a new record of bearish market (over a year long). Many people are skeptical about this year as well. Do you guys think that only next halving will change situation on the market and bring back bull run with itself like it was previous time?
Sorry for my weak English.
We cant say if that upcoming halving will trigger bull run but all of us do really hope for that thing to happen. The entire market has been bearish for a year and still continues as of this moment.
We wont know on what are the possible things that would come out either positive or negative ones because we cant still be sure if the price wont go down even further as of this moment. So the thing
we should need is to brace up ourselves on the ride.
In my opinion, of course not the last choice because we still have many big things to come. but we really need this halving event
to make massive demand so that the market gets better after a long bearish trend.
767  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Panic of traders on: February 21, 2019, 09:19:23 AM
Panic when you see a market that is going down is natural for a trader, because it is human psychology, but do not let the panic hurt you, you must be able to master yourself, and correct yourself if you want cut loss, do not get carried away
Thats true, investing in crypto is not different in other investment opportunity out there its risky and no assurance of gaining thus its important to prepare yourself for the worse so that it wont hurt you much if the outcome is not what you expected it to be.
If your mindset is ready then you will not be moved by any bad thing that you will encounter while investing to this market, it is a  great
practice trying to be more open minded and willing to adjust while the market is not so friendly, it will avoid you deciding wrong ones
and will keep your hope that things will be turned around after.
Our mindset should always expect that we cannot guarantee to protect our money in trading of cryptocurrencies. There are many risks in this investment so we should expect that we can lose our money anytime.
I think many people are not ready to lose their money so they experience panic. You right what you saying that we have to take risks and accept risks, that's why you should allocate funds according to you can afford to lose.
768  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: risk in hodling and trading strategy on: February 21, 2019, 09:17:59 AM
Holding for a long period of time is also a big risk in trading while you are invested sell it quickly and make income and make again investment this strategy will be useful for most of the people then the long time holding will not be profitable.
So i think holding is better than trading now a day because as you are saying in trading you will be able to sell at anytime you see price is down but you really need fine information about treading you will have to be trading expert to have profit in day trading, holding will be good as you will not be worry about market price fall and decentralization.
I think it will depend on your point of view and the coins you buy, you can't determine holding better without seeing the coins you
bought? holding and trading can be profitable depending on the point of view of what you take
769  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: why many ico launch with ETH ? on: February 21, 2019, 08:57:12 AM
As we know that Ethereum Platform focuses its blockchain on running decentralized programs, including one of the payments or transfers. For this reason, many projects use the Ethereum platform. although, on the negative side, some ICOs do scams on projects that are based on Ethereum. Moreover, now the price of ETH is very far compared to 2017, anything can happen.

This is what Im talking about using a nice platform in a scam procedure is a pretty drag down for the eth. It seems like they been used for malicious way and Vitalik should and must do something about their nice tech.
I think the price that falls from Ethereum is not because of the many scam projects at ICO. prices fall because of the weak purchasing power of investors, and trends. platform Ethereum is widely used because this technology is better than other platforms
770  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: The bull market is almost here on: February 21, 2019, 08:56:47 AM
Nothing has been changed on the global scale. This growth is just common reaction of the market to so long fall. I always laugh when the community is so extremely positive and excited about so small local pumps.
That's why professional traders don't give a damn about small spikes. Let's take facts straightly without emotions. Is there enough volume to support  the start of bull trend? Is there any big news that can be game changer?

There is but that's not yet appeared. There are some big news will come that all of these news can be a game changer just like fidelity, bakkt and etf. More news will come and i should remind you that the fact bitcoin will face another halving time next year.
The price that rises in these several days is not necessarily a bull run, especially with a small increase in margin, for example if the price continues to rise and the market response looks positive then the bull run can be seen by that signal. lets hope everything will come good for bitcoin
771  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why are you selling your altcoins so soon? on: February 21, 2019, 08:50:29 AM
the reason is because to avoid dumping I often get tokens whose price is only good at the beginning but ends up being worthless, but sometimes I hold back some if the coin looks promising
Agree, when the price is already profitable for me then I will sell it, I don't want to hold that altcoin too long,
because it's very vulnerable to falling prices. so when the opportunity comes of course I will sell it.
772  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Nobody wins in gambling anyway on: February 20, 2019, 10:00:53 AM
Winning in gambling isn't that hard. Most important part is not being greedy. Don't take to many risky bets and withdraw your initial deposit once you are ahead.
So we just play it safe with low odds, this method can indeed be done for those who don't want to take deeper risks and this way is good for those who gamble just for fun. Unlike a person who gambles by looking for big and fast profits.

Gambling for big and fast profits will likely get you rekt. People who take high risks shouldn't complain when losing imo.
Is that any different with a chance of wining when you use low amount and big amount when gambling? I think everything just luck
that determines your win? Low amount is just to extend your playing time in gambling
773  Economy / Speculation / Re: A Saving Plan on: February 20, 2019, 09:55:16 AM
reviving a bit this thread after the crypto winter hibernation(or are we still in it?). my plan is continuing. I've saved a total of 1.53 BTC plus approx. 1.10 BTC in altcoins. is it imbalanced? my opinion is that between the end of 2020 start of 2021 and 2024 Bitcoin will reach very high prices
Nice going. Looks like your plan is working out well:)
What i wanted to ask you is when we moon do ypu have an exit strategy?
everyone has an exit strategy dude, they have a target price to achieve and sell it. it is the thing that must be done by every
investor and holder but they will definitely come back again and buy again when prices fall again.
774  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: First hand examples of Emotional trading on: February 20, 2019, 09:50:03 AM
There are so many times I feel superior after get some profit from several trade and could buy the coin without any proper searching, and when I lose my pride get hurt and try to cover the lost by buying it more, and when I was beginner I easily belive all the news and buy the coin that suggested in the group signal, whenever the group said that the coin got chance to grow I will buy it, and I end up with bags of useless coin
This incident seems to have been experienced by many people here when just starting, having a group signal will only make us suffer more when we are easily deceived by all forms of information that are not basic. Emotional trading is only because we do not have patience and high self control, so we will easily panic and make wrong decisions.
The confidence of each trader will increase when they profit, but don't overconfidence so you underestimate technical analysis and calculation, anyone will need it. and the signal is a scourge for traders, don't be easy to believe with such thing
775  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Crypto arbitrage for noobs on: February 20, 2019, 09:48:10 AM
There are also some bots that can you arbitrage. Apitrade is one of them if I am not wrong. I have never done it before but I think to use a bot will be better. It is too hard to follow the market for routine arbitrages.
Yeah moreover there are lots of exchanges, and lots of coins that are on the market, if you use them manually it will certainly take up a lot of your time, and arbitrage profits will also not be great if you don't use large capital, because the price margin will not be much different in each exchange
776  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What currencies do you gamble with? on: February 19, 2019, 12:19:26 PM
I also used most of the time with Bitcoin to be the preferred currency for my gambling because the income came from Bitcoin is more higher than the other currency that I have been used that's why I use Bitcoin as the first preference for gambling
There's no basis that the income/winning you'll get through bitcoin is higher than other accepted altcoins.

Winning depends on the amount you had bet, be it bitcoin, ethereum, dogecoin or any other altcoins.
Yeah chance of winning is not determined by the currency you use to gamble, if bitcoin has a greater chance, of course everyone will gamble using bitcoin rather than other altcoins. the chance to win is determined by the number of bets, amount of bet, luck and etc.
777  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling - Eating your Brain and Money on: February 19, 2019, 12:17:45 PM
Gambling can eat your brain and money only if you have become addicted and haven't realized it yet. Your brain in this phase does not think of anything else except gambling. So you keep betting and losing money only at this stage as your brain does not think correctly. The only solution is to seek professional help at this stage.
When we didn't realize it we are ot going to seek help from anyone else, maybe people will help from others only to ask money to play more and more when they are addicted this much.
By professional help I mean to go to centers which are specialized in rehabiliting people who are addicted this much and I do not mean to ask or borrow money to gamble more which will further make the situation worse.

Even when that person did not realize what he is doing, his friends and family should tell him to go and ask for professional help in a center which is specialized in rehabiliting people from gambling.
I think gambling addiction is not as terrible as drug or liquor addicts. there is no need for rehabilitation or psychiatric support,
I think all players have been addicts either extreme or ordinary, but many of them escaped it because of their willingness?
778  Economy / Economics / Re: Who controls the market? on: February 19, 2019, 12:08:54 PM
in my opinion no one can control the crypto market. yes I also don't know for sure, is it true that the crypto market can also be controlled. but maybe people who hold a lot of bitcoins can make a price, just by selling and buying in large quantities.

need super rich people ( if it one person not company ) , to do market control , so yeah if 5-10 rich people unite to do that , it can be happens
surely that is because if a lot of rich people want to invest or buy lots of coins in the market then that will be a big impact for the market to rise. because the user had a big impact on the market
The point is that there are more and more bitcoin users with variations in the amount of capital each user has, of course that affects the market, not just one person (whales) right now. all users take an important role in changing market prices
779  Economy / Economics / Re: What should I choose on: February 19, 2019, 12:06:52 PM
Hi guys, I just graduated from college and wanted to have a better income but didn't know what to do. I want to find a solution to get around this situation. There are just friends who invite businesses to provide income, and there are also those who invite to invest in cryptocurrencies. If you are in my position and faced with these 2 choices, which one will you choose:
1. Invest in cryptocurrencies
2. Opening a real business

Give me the reason why you choose between the one above

regards
I think that you should go for second choice at first, but when your business start getting you enough money for investing in crypto, you should consider investing in crypto.
If you have a great idea for real business, do not wait too long, someone could take your potential job.
lots of things that need to be taken into account to make a business, moreover making a business requires large capital and lots of research about how marketing, developing strategies, and so on. if you don't have that, then investing in bitcoin first is not a problem
780  Economy / Economics / Re: Will Amazon accept crypto if Bitcoin skyrocket again? on: February 19, 2019, 12:05:22 PM
I’m sure they’ve done some research already about cryptocurrency and with bitcoin of course but maybe they are just waiting for the right time. I’ve heard about the new Samsung phone, which enables cryptocurrency maybe this is the start for a big players to slowly adopt the technology, we will see this when the market pumps.
I strongly agree with your statement because I am sure they must have a sales strategy to be able to get the most from Bitcoin and it should be a good time to collect as much bitcoin as they can because the price is very cheap
They are waiting for a big request from bitcoin users. Amazon will definitely add payment with Crypto or Bitcoin if the existing user
and request for it is very large. believe in the demand system dude.
