Funny you should say that, I was just doing some updates to the OP. BTCLend is in the title, added xpyerr too. I don't know about forum names, too many to keep track of.

What I think he has done is put it into some Dubai freezone or media city entity and using the fund and other scammy lil entities pay for it. For the record I do not think he is in Dubai... Why did Cryptsy implement a XPY/USD market weeks?months?, not sure how long ago i'd have to dig into it, when any reasonable person would have concluded XPY was dying? Who made that decision and why? Mr. Homero "Scam Muggle" Garbanzo had nothing to do with that?
We generally add a USD pairing to any coin that appears to be able to hold 1k volume if you look at the other pairing that is generally obvious. Just curious, in which states is Cryptsy licensed as a MTB? So not my lane and it gets a bit confusing but most of the US exchanges Cryptsy, Coinbase etc are identically licensed. Some states don't require it others have very vague open ended rules. So though that doesn't answer your question its not a cut and dry process as you can see reflected throughout the space. really ? On that note the community broke the polling site so now we will approach it in a different manner. Tried to keep it third party... We will either do an internal poll that we can control (obviously tin foil hats wont like that) or just make a decision I will announce once we have picked that path. That just makes sense. Why would you hold an election or poll which you do not control the results of? I mean you wouldn't want the community to weigh in at all. Of course as posted earlier this poll was a complete farce from the start. The results of the initial poll were falsified by the community weighing in the results such as 'Ostrich Penis'. We are looking into other polling options which will be more legit than polling ostrich penis many hundreds of times from a bot. You asked for a community response but then state the response is false. Did you not get the results you wanted from the community. Maybe just ignore the other responses and keep the rest.
