As Mr Ganza starts his new cloud mining venture ( which I suspect by "cloud" he means the excel spreadsheets will be stored on google docs rather than his local disks)

I think the "cloud" part actually means "vapor". The new cloud has all the same features as the honors program and look how great that turned out. A new promise to fulfill an old promise, 30 days to enroll, no details available, and eventually the damn agencies will spoil that one too. Or trolls. Or CoinFire. There is a ton of excuses they can just copy and paste.

True, I am not sure I even recall the last promise that was kept as it seems Mr Ganza just makes one empty statement after another.

I to have got 4 people to provide for and was making high 6 figures at a job but I took out a loan and did this full time because working 80 hrs a week is way more risk for me not seeing my kids then doing BTC, I also have multi placeses that I invest , Hashlets "only Zen's", ltcgear, genies mining, zues hash, and bitcoin-trader.biz , plus other things like gold and silver. When I was starting I found out that you need ALLOT to start out with to reallly be able to do this so that is why I took out a loan and got as much from the start as possible, my way is not right for everyone but you sound smart, as always this is just my 2cents. Thanks

plus I trade BTC on the exchanges to fill in down time…..lol

Haslets (suspected and defunct Ponzi), LTCGear (collapsed Ponzi i believe) and bitcoin-trader.biz (another collapsed Ponzi) and i dont know about the other two.

If he did borrow money hes screwed

He might have had hashie.co and now AMHASH (friedcat is MIA) - both stopped paying -

As Mr Ganza starts his new cloud mining venture ( which I suspect by "cloud" he means the excel spreadsheets will be stored on google docs rather than his local disks) I was reminded of this post by Gavin Andresen

I suspect that Mr. Ganza's statement to the effect that it doesn't matter if GAW goes bankrupt because he has plenty of money to start new businesses has disappeared down the memory hole.

true, he seems to have handed the corpse of paycoin to teamxpy and is now moving on to his next "always make money" scheme
665  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 11, 2015, 09:31:18 PM
If it is all rolled into one CAL GAW can hire a crack legal team to fight it and most likely win

With what money? GAW is broke. Garza pulled his hefty salary for as long as he could, and now there's nothing left. They have to sell all of their XPY just to make payroll and pay for basic internet services.

Suing GAWminers won't do much. You have to sue the people who have profited from the scam. For that, you have to know who has Prime Controllers, or at least the ones that stake at that insane rate.

So you're saying all the claims about how GAW made money off this were just lies?

Correct, GAW PR claims about fancy domain purchases and corporate acquisitions were just lies.

The company has been bleeding cash for a long time, likely since before hashlets even when they tried to undercut everyone with ASIC pricing.

$100 million business this ain't.

There seemed to be a bunch of people in this thread saying that gaw was making a lot of money from dumping, but also a lot of people saying that gaw is broke. There isn't a coherent narrative that ties those two together; if it was a scam (which it clearly is at this point), then it must have made money for someone. To claim that gaw is both smart enough to pull off the scam and then incompetent enough to not make any money from it breaks suspension of disbelief.

Something still doesn't add up.

ikeboy, the explanation was provided but you are either too thick to understand or you're just trolling again.

I think the answer that it would jeopardize their source is a valid answer to that question.

perhaps, but I think the question being avoided is why would anyone outside of the chain of custody involving evidence collected by a government entity have access consistently and repeatedly when no one else does ?
667  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 10, 2015, 03:11:16 AM
For an SEC investigation that doesn't exist the attorneys for Josh sure turned over a lot of stuff to the government as part of the subpoena process.

We are now in possession of those documents and have begun sorting through them.
Clarification needed: How are you a party to the chain of custody regarding the paperwork between the private law firm and the agencies involved?

Scott-

I can not under any circumstances reveal my sources.

I asked you previously why you continue to bait this thread with your connections to the SEC with nothing substantial to report. Scott didn't ask you to reveal your sources, he asked "How are you a party to the chain of custody regarding the paperwork between the private law firm and the agencies involved?"

To even state how we obtained it would jeopardize our sources.

How is it baiting this thread when each time we've made such a statement we have published a story regarding the documents?

Edit: We won't be publishing on this message board any further. Our reporting will simply stand for itself.

I think the question is valid without criticizing the reporting you have done on your site.

withdrawals were supposed to open by now

I'm still betting this is done, no more withdrawals on either platform. Just a guess based on past abilities to complete, well, anything really.

My expensive collection of Legendary Hashlets-turned-Stakers are now all but worthless, including my “Origin Staker,” which some of “The 19” sold for thousands of dollars several months ago. Sorry, Mom. I should have listened to you and sold it back then.

The list of GAW/Paycoin failures goes on and on, including: “never-obsolete / always profitable” mining services that became worthless and were terminated, broken wallet software, thousands of test coins not destroyed as scheduled, no top-tier merchant partnerships, no credit / debit cards, no “moving” the market and no $20 “floor” for Paycoin, while GAWMiners’ own “Prime Controllers” were raking in 350% APR and compounding coins.

To anyone who lost money because of my blogs, I’m deeply sorry.

Also, there seemed to have been a connection between Hashie.co and Bitjane, and she definitely scrubbed the bitcoin club page afterwards.

I actually prefer your definition, lol.
673  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 07, 2015, 12:44:43 PM

Well, they sure like to call everyone FUDers. For those who may not know, Fud is the British/Scottish/Irish  equivalent of the C word. I could not figure out why they were all calling each other cunts all the time. I made a comment about that some time ago where I actually had to look up FUD to see what it meant in this context.

Something I have to mention here: Until getting into this GAW discussion, "Fud" was a term used to describe the female genitalia in my vocabulary. It is the British/Scottish/Irish equivalent for "C*NT". For a while I was wondering why everybody was was yelling "C#NT" this and "C^NT" that all the time. I actually had to look up FUD as used in internet forums. Hilarious.  Cheesy

I love Fud! LMFAO!!

I have an Irish friend who is a bit rough around the edges and pretty much every sentence he makes contains both Fud and Fuck. "This stupid Fuckin' Fud told me blah blah etc etc"  Cheesy

Looks like you still can't withdraw from zencloud, and the thread asking about it was locked
https://hashtalk.org/topic/32737/zencloud-withdraws-not-working-for-either-xpy-or-btc/

Thanks! I don't have a HT account so some links work and some don't (that did!)
Only on HT is Mr Ganza freezing your XPY a positive thing, it's for your own benefit apparently.

"@don-kiddick There is a big announcement coming I'd say.
@Jsep87 I'll bet you 10 btc that the honour program happens - You up for that??"

" I'm hoping this is somehow related to an upcoming ground-breaking, mind-blowing announcement and not some run-of-the-mill error :joy:"

and this poor guy thinks it just started

"still cant withdraw for the last 2 days from zencloud" lol...it's been well over a week (9 days maybe?)

675  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 06, 2015, 05:18:24 PM
Anyone else watching this pump attempt on HT?

Serious blood in the water at this rate.  Every now and then someone drops a decent chunk on sell and shatters their dreams.  Sad to watch but at the same time amusing.

My question is where do these fools get the BTC fo  r this pump?

There is something very much out of the ordinary going on - if you look at Cryptsy, it's like someone is deliberately pumping up the price for GAW to dump into.  No trader with a lick of sense would be doing this, so the question is not so much where they get the BTC, but who the hell "they" are in the first place.
GAW had to pump before opening paybase, can you imagine how many people would have dumped.

Are you saying withdrawals are now working on paybase ? I checked zencloud and withdrawals are still suspended. I never had (or intended to have)  a paybase account so i can't check

I said it was over weeks ago and now doubt any more funds will be accessed from zencloud...

Well, it looks like coin brief made national news (not Mr Ganza related though)
http://www.cnn.com/2015/03/04/us/virginia-isis-arrest/index.html

Washington (CNN)A 17-year-old Virginia student has been charged with helping recruit for ISIS, federal law enforcement officials said Wednesday.

The teen is an "intelligent kid," a man who hired him to write for a digital currency news website said Wednesday evening. Dustin O'Bryant, the editor of the website Coin Brief from Alabama, said: "He did not come across as radical in any way."

Keep reading there, Vlad.

I keep wanting to think that nobody could be as dense as Vlad seems to be. Surely he posts these things to be funny, right?

one could hope right ? no he's on schedule for his nightly "thread derail" bombing run.

Did I mention that cloud mining is still disabled with BTC above 280. The market places are completely suspended and withdrawals disabled across platforms, very exiting news!
679  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 03, 2015, 01:24:52 PM
Wow so exiting. Just a reminder about the great opportunity that is XPY.
Zen cloud markets are shuttered, Mining disabled and withdrawals suspended across platforms.

680  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: GAW Miners Paybase Paycoin unofficial uncensored discussion.ALWAYS MAKE MONEY :) on: March 02, 2015, 06:28:07 PM
I just realized zencloud will let you work through the withdrawal process, send a SMS code and then tell you withdrawals are suspended at the very last step.
The "Cloud Mining disabled" title should say Cloud Mining and withdrawals disabled" or even better, "this website is pretty much shutdown and the fat lady will be singing soon"
or
"Cloud Mining, Markets and Withdrawals are disabled" sounds closed to me
