Clearly most of the replies above do not understand the content of my post. Let me summarise the reason for my post. - Gambling companies must be licensed and regulated
- Gambling companies must follow the terms set out to them by their regulator
- sportsbet.io is licensed and regulated by Curacao eGaming
- Curacao eGaming speciically state, that sportsbet.io MAY NOT allow players from France.
- sportsbet.io allowed me, as a player, from France, using no VPN, located in France, to play and wager bitcoin
- This is breaking the terms that they HAVE to abide.
- Everyone else I could find, that is also regulated by Curacao eGaming, blocks players from France. When you visit the website you are immediately blocked.
I understand that sportsbet.io can not list every single country, but Curacao eGaming specifically state a handful of countries. sportsbet.io should at least block these countries. This was a warning for anyone who may be from France and possibly using sportsbet.io. Also a warning that sportsbet.io are clearly not following the rules of their license and players should proceed with caution as this raises red flags. By the way, if I go to their site from a proxy in France, I will be blocked. If you are blocked, isn't it your responsibility if you still create an account yourself via a detour?
I was able to play, without a VPN. I am from France. When you visit from France, are you blocked? do you receive a message? Maybe this is a sportsbet error. Clarification is required. I felt it was time to take action in this topic, as things went wrong now. What happened yesterday, has nothing to do with Plagiarism.
In fact, I am working with the owner of Betnomi together and we run the site. At first sight, I do not want to tell this but now my name is slandered and Betnomi got away as the good guy, that goes moral to far for me.
Of course you will not believe me, since I have no evidence further. A few months ago, Betnomi invited me to work for them as official manager for their site here on the forum.
After that, we communicated on Telegram. I do not have the conversations on the forum anymore, as Betnomi asked me to delete that. I can assure you it is the truth, and admin from the site here can 100% confirm that that message has been send to me from Betnomi with the invitation to work for them. Yesterday there was a miscommunication between me and Betnomi, we spoke on Telegram about the text to reply, and then we both posted it, after he said my reply was not decent enough. That is the only truth. You should not Tag me, but Betnomi. As I am done working for them since he now tells me that I have nothing to do with him.

If you want to run a project like this, the first step you have to look at is the legal aspects.
If you are planning to run it with Crypto ony, then Costa Rica is the most cheap solution for a business license.
I only doubt if this will bring many customers. You can consider to take a license from Curacao, or Malta.
I see many sites coming here with cheap software for 250 usd, but that is not the way to make it.
Everything starts with a budget and a license.

I hope the free trial and up to 90 spins or so will help with getting more people to try out your casino. From the looks of it, it is a decent looking casino and once you take a closer looks you realize that the major downfall of this is the low number of members. As of now, 10am BST there are only 80 members, and this can surely by several times higher. It is a shame to have come so far when everything looks (I haven't yet tried out the games) good. There's something that this casino needs to do and that is go hard on marketing and advertising everywhere. Yes Efialtis, you are completely right. There are many new sites who want to operate with their casino with a company based in Costa Rica. They will just operate with a business license. This license is as good as open a chocolate shop, but can also be used to open an online casino. Personally, I do not have any problems with that. My statement that I always write about Costa Rica that you have to be carefull with playing in these casino's, since an offical gambling license does not exist. It is a cheap and easy solution to start, everybody has their right to do it. But what bothers me a lot, is that this company claims to have an official gambling license, which is photoshopped. They create a fake domain, copied the entire website and ocntent from the official government from Costa Rica, and put their image on their own webserver, trying to make it look real. If you ask me, this is pure fraud! This is their FAKE license, which is not valid and is photoshopped. Gambling license does NOT exist in Costa Rica!  |

1xbit refuses to show any proof of license. Even a company name is not displayed on the site. That should raise enough red flags.

If people do not believe me, here is some evidence. They copied the official site from the government of Costa Rica, which is http://www.mjp.go.cr/Now, they copied the complete site and create a fake domain: http://costaricagamingauthority.com/THe sites look identical, but the second site is copied and fraud. The put their fake license in this domain, smart, but not smart enough. If you click on a link in their fake site, it will redirects to www.mjp.go.cr, so people will think it is valid, but its not, its illegal.
