I'm still getting reports that btcnearme is not working outside the US. It now requires postal code + country code. Can someone outside US help me test this? http://btcnearme.com/ |

wow you work fast!!! but found another problem...I want to be the main guy in my area...so i now have the ability to delete anyone close to me...  Just added an email confirmation prior to email removal, to prevent. Let me know if you have any problems. |

... how do the international post codes work, is there a country identifier (prefix/suffix) needed?

I've finally fixed a huge Geocoding bug that was causing failure every 4th request. http://btcnearme.com(emails shown publicly, email optional) Email required to post Um, cool  I re-worded the error message so it's a bit more friendly. This seems to be for people in the US, right? Perhaps you should clarify this on the frontpage… Cheers, It uses googles geo API. So it should work internationally. Just some debugging needed. |

I offered to buy, but your code has a bug in the zip code handling.
My 5-digit zip code has a leading zero (02144) and it showed up as "2144".
Can't fix it for you, I'm not a Rails person.

everyone is 9259.4 kilometers away  is this U.S only? it would be nice to be able to check the order book without adding an email address I just fixed a bug with IPGeocoder, is this still happening? |

This should be able to get your location from your browser like google maps etc can. I don't think my swedish zip-code will do much good.
I tried location from IP, and it was close, but not close enough. It currently uses post code + country (from IP) |
