Yes that is exactly what it means less supply and the value will go up but generally it will be priced it before the burn.

Go for the one with the least amount of volatility and learn from those ones to get a feel of what you can and can't lose then start with the smaller cap coins.

They also switched owners and are starting an ICO. I would highly recommend to avoid the exchange and the ICO, huge red flag for me.

This actually started way back and is still continuing to happen due to not knowing the origin of where the currency came from.
