Is this normal when i look in to GPUz at my GPU only power draw, the rate jumps all over the place.
I'm getting 50's, then 110, then jumps to 160 .... for all my cards ...

Don't know if this is normal behavior ? And if not what is the problem ?

Tried disabling igpu and problem still persists.

Could this be due to a bad flash of cards?

I just tried another AMD driver latest one 17.7.2
And problem still persists. When i turn off and on the pc. Problem is gone. When i do a restart.
Problem is back.

I do have to note when i want to open Sapphire TRIXX it's extremely laggy and Cant even insert the right settings.

Everything is up to date. I think have Windows build 1709. Andni ran Windows update for the remaining driver updates.
Mobo has latest BIOS installed.
Chipset driver is installed.

EDIT: So i just did a restart and issue is back.
If i switch off pc and restart. It's gone.
When i do a normal restart it's back....

I just manage it to work.
Looks like the DDU of the Intel GPU die the trick.
After the restart of DDU i turned off the pc and restarted.
Windows works normal again.

So i guess it was Integrated/extern GPU issue.

I'm doing another stock run. At the wall i'm getting 820w.
Is there other things in the bios i can switch off to reduce my energy. Except my integrated gpu ofcource.

H110- D3A MOBO
1000 WATT PSU
4400 CPU

I had it already run with windows @ stockspeed ~820-830watss. And OC'ed ~890watts. Don't think PSU is the issue here.

The problem aswell. I can't use the HDMI port on the GPU's because the fans are mounted there.

I think more likely its Windows side. I had it working with Windows with a previous build.

The bios MOBO requires 1703 or more. And everything in the BIOS is set like it showed in the manual.

Should i do a MOBO reset and restart ?

Yes i have the integrated Intel gpu driver installed.
I haven't ddu the nvdia driver yet.
I just installed a fresh OS and installed all the GPUs seperately. And after the sixth card restart. Windows start/taskbar stopped working.
I know hashrate is not affected. But you cant OC with AF because it's hella slow

Okay should i install Windows without ethernet and disable it right away and do the drivers manually.

Or should i let Windows Update do it's thing ?

This could be perhaps the problem. When i install the driver for my first gpu. I switch off the pc. Hook up the remaining 5 and fire the pc back on. Tinder of they are listed on device manager. If they are i usually restart the pc. So maybe im restarting to fast ?

I have made nummerous clean installs of Windows 10 PRO. But every time i want to install the AMD drivers and restart my pc. My Startbutton & taskbar stops working and computer is slow.

Things i have tried.

Installing Windows with Ethernetcable connected. Then letting Windows update do his thing. Then install all my MOBO drivers. Then install my AMD drivers.

Installing Windows without Ethernetcable. Switching Windows update off. Then turning on ethernet and installing drivers MOBO following by the AMD drivers.

Installing the AMD driver in first pcie16 slot and then hook up the other 5. If i install the drivers on the first gpu and restart everything works. But when i hook up the other 5 and restart . Start and taskbar doesn't work.

Ive tried other drivers. Ive tried doing it manual.

Im getting desperate now. Don't know what causes this.

When i delete the drivers with DDU in safe mode and restart the pc. Everything works again.

Should i use the HDMI cable connected to a gpu  when installing AMD drivers ? Or do it need to disable integrated gpu ?.

Im using the integrated gpu for installation...

Usually around 10-20% lower. I re installed everything and swapped the cables and risers. Whatever i do its always GPU0.

No programs, browsers are running except the miner.bat

But i'm using the integrated GPU already.

GPU0 always has a lower hashrate

Latest minimal AMD drivers.

I’m using the integrated GPU.
I’ve tried nummerous solutions.

+Installed fresh OS
+Installed blockchain drivers, latest drivers, 16.x.x drivers etc…
+I’ve swapped the GPU’s and GPU0 always hashes at a lower rate.

I briefly had success using 24000MB for voltage memory… But after a restart. The issue came back.

I have to say i also did a MOBO reset so maybe i need to change some settings in the BIOS. The miner was originally configured for mining ETH.

Hope somebody can help me.
