"Instant" withdrawal not paid, pending over 24 hours.
Support requests through the support form was not answered, the issue was not resolved.
Been using them for years, this is the first time there was a problem with withdrawal or support.

When did you deposit and when did you request a withdrawal? It says in the post - requested over 24 hours ago. Should have been automatic in 15 minutes, as usual, same withdrawal address as always. I haven't deposited in months, last October or something. I have now made another deposit and received 1 confirmation for the trial, but it has not been reflected in my account yet, I am waiting. And then I will create a withdrawal request again and see what happens. I will update the topic accordingly. (EDIT) It took 3 confirmations, I'm still waiting for the money to be transferred to the system. Too many problems recently for my liking. 2FA emails arrived expired, now withdrawal issues. Not looking good to me to deposit ever again, but it's everyone's decision. The money I deposited was transferred to my account. I have now submitted a withdrawal request. The automatic withdrawal request is 15 minutes long. Let's see when it will be processed. |

Please let us know what happens. Normally it only takes 1 confirmation to have it in your account. Maybe they have made it a higher threshold? They def need to make some changes and this may be one of them? It took 3 confirmations and was transferred to the account. I have now made a withdrawal request, let's see how long it will take to be processed automatically. |

I am not an official spokesperson, but as far as my knowledge goes, previously they operated freedoge, but they shut it down to focus only on freebitco.in and at present this is the one and only site they manage. Any other faucet that might be using a similar looking template or script, is not affiliated with them and your should exercise due caution when dealing with them. Give it some time, try refreshing the browser as well. Check the transactions list under the "Stats>Personal" page. I have to wait, there is nothing to do right now. |
