Hey sammyfoir, I've been spending the last few hours trying to piece what happened. It appears to be that someone got betterbet's app_secret and used it to tip themselves and withdraw the money. The list of affected users are: http://privatepaste.com/download/0936bdb007When ever you deposit money in an app, you give it control as you see in the standard warnings we issue:  that said, I am told betterbets have already sent the full amount to your main moneypot wallet in compensation. Your volume is re evaluated every week (sunday) and if your volume is less, you will be put down, if your volume is more, you will be put up. One more questions, if you are in VIP, then one day suddenly you didnt roll it will my vip get withdrawn?
Yes, if your volume is 3000BTC one week, you would be VIP platinum, next week when you are re-evaluated if your volume changes to 500BTC, you would become VIP bronze. Correct me if im wrong on any of this. |

Hi Bjorn I think there is a problem in chat. And I told your before. Did chat issued already been fixed?
I always click display chat button to chat like usual but when I clicked my account tab and then clicked display chat, I can't see my own chat except I type a new chat.
Yes, when you told me the issue I added it as an action item on our bug/enhancement tracker the same day. We had some issues come up the past 4 days that took priority over others. It is on the list and will be taken care of sorry for the current inconvenience with it though shouldn't be too long until it's fixed. Btw why there is only indonesian languange translation only? If you want to implemented this its better to add some others countries so they can still play it with their own languanges. But it just my opinion though There are other countries. There's 6 translations in total |

 http://streakcalc.azurewebsites.net/ i am using this calculator for probability of red streak with different odds and it's working nice for me to other dice sites PD, Dadice and Safedice, it showing different red streak for my bets but maybe that is not accurate in mathematics.
IIRC, dooglus once posted some stats about JD and there was an amazing 32 loss streak and another 30 loss streak with 49.5% bets.
For comparison, the chance to have 9 losses with 90% bets is comparable to 30-31 losses with 49.5% bets.
I'd say it's just bad luck. I've looked at the code for betterbets and moneypot and can assure you that there is no rigging involved in bets. The way that betterbets uses the API for placing bets over moneypot is secure. |

I just wanted to take a moment with this post to give a huge thank you to our players for helping newer players especially these last couple days. Asritajudin you rock! Well done Hyipexa, Skyler, Trinity, dankbud, jabberwocky, venusian and last but not least Arallmuus has been an exceptional help to Lobos and I; keeping players happy and explaining the rules. For this reason and since he is here daily we have chosen our first mod, congratulations Arallmuus! Update Notice:
Please note that we'll be pushing a substantial update into production tomorrow morning 9AM CET (Central European Time). There will not be any interruption of service but you'll be forced to reload the page once the update is live (actually pushing the update into production takes < 1 sec).
If you're running our AutoBot, please make sure to stop it before the update in order to avoid getting stuck in a deep loss streak when the update hits (and stops you dead in your tracks).

i found something strange with my bets roll dice numbers are really amazing for me, take a look at this and see what is happening there first bet# 34434765 and than i got # 34440197, it is hard to understand why it got reduce instead of increase bet number.  It did increase? First bet 34434765 next bet 34440197 a difference of +5432 |

Just a quick update on how the new game is going: it's going good :-). A few trusted users have tested it this afternoon and they have not found any serious issues. They have given a lot of super valuable feedback which I will be implementing (thanks again guys). The new game will launch once this is done. Also wanted to share the screenshot above. The first person to guess how the game works will get 50000 satoshi :-)[my friends from the alpha team that have tested this afternoon are excluded obviously] Very excited! I think that all the players are going to love this new game |

I deposited 0.002 just to have a try on the site. I saw it get instantly added to my balance. I then went to get the coffee and now it shows my balance as 0, i did not make any bets. Whats up with that ?

Yes, nothing wrong with it at all  It makes it completely secure as when you try to visit it you get:  And ain't no hacker can hack that.  Hmm, that's not good. It's working for me. Are you using the url https://fastbets.io/ ? I think that he means because of the double https you can't get to the site so that means that it can't be hacked, not that he's having connection problems. |
