Need a few curious testers over here to catch some blocks and get withdrawals rolling: https://etn.suprnova.cc Don't move much over yet as I've got to test payments currently.. Directly to wallets were tested fine, Cryptopia needs to be tested with multiple users and then it should be fine. I am trying to give it a test using Linux-x64 (Ubuntu 16.04) - but I get a: JSON-RPC call failed: { "code": -1, "message": "invalid method" }
Hmm, with what miner ? Or.. How do you try to mine ? Is the pool up and running yet or still in test mode ?? Up and running - all good.

lol you guy(s) are funny, the "Minexpool miner" is "nheqminer": https://github.com/nicehash/nheqminerThe solver used is tromp's solver: https://github.com/tromp/equihashAdapted to the equihash parameters of MNX. BTW read the licenses of the software I have an open source miner, which improves speed by at least a factor of 3, in the works which will be released to the public soon, free of charge and with no dev fee at all, and yes, it will also work on Minexpool.. Unethical ? Releasing an old, obsolete, slow open source miner as a compiled binary-only version with 2% pool fee plus 2% miner-dev-fee? Yes. So, Raq's miner was such garbage that you had to lift it, tweak it, then put it in place at another website to let a swarm of hash power pour into the network and take income from the rest of us miners. You did all of this, instead of just waiting to finish this magical mining software you're already working on. Yeah. Pretty fucking unethical. However, I applaud your attempt at obfuscation by deflecting about Racq's "release of an old, obsolete, slow open source miner". It was almost clever. There was nothing lifted, put back together, I simply replaced The URL in the miner with an hexeditor within 5 mins. He did a great job in implementing the new equihash params into the miner, no doubt, he also had his fee on the miner and pool for the first 40.000 blocks or so of the network which should have been already a pretty big reward .. nicehash or tromp, which are the creators of the miner and the solver sure get a part of that as well, right? Oh you are free to mine where you want, no one forces you. If you want to pay more fee, just stay on the other pool, that's cool for me. IMHO people should have a choice.. they had none. @nosekefik the source will be made publicly available in full and I'll Post it here and on the pool. @racquemis great job on the coin stuff, maybe the devs should pay you a bounty for that as well?

By the way, I wouldn't suggest anyone mining on suprnova's pool. They have reverse engineered Minexpool's miner and adapted to their own. Unethical.
Reposting because I'm in total agreement. I really hope that pool gets erased from history. Bunch of damn thieves. lol you guy(s) are funny, the "Minexpool miner" is "nheqminer": https://github.com/nicehash/nheqminerThe solver used is tromp's solver: https://github.com/tromp/equihashAdapted to the equihash parameters of MNX. Hi, The mining seems to be odd. It is giving wrong calculations and the payouts look a bit different. Can someone check please? Also what is the port number of the eu and Asian pool. They are being informed. I am not sure but seems like a lot the things are intentional so that people can not mine well. Wake up guys!!
Nothing intentional going on The block reward is only 2.5 mnx of which 0.5 goes to the minexbank reserve That leaves 2 mnx per block to distribute amongst all pool miners. Minexpool isn't scamming anyone, pool fee is listed can't be verified from the minexexplorer in the public. You also asked about the ports for mining. If you had read the readme you would seen that the default is 9999 And There is also port 3333 which has lower start difficulty for smaller miners Thank you and I did tried with 9999, thats why I am confused. Also when you first start it connects to this place also..do you know what is this? eu.jebiga.party:9999 That's the stratum URL for https://mnx.suprnova.cc

Nice the dude who took over 70% of the hashrate is gone! I have an idea in the future on a cpu coin limiting the max hashrate of the network. Does a network even really need over say 200khash to work? We could make a coin that stops giving rewards if the hashrate gets over 200khash. Small independent miners who are spending pennies a day mining in electricity would be able to keep mining wheras big assholes and pools wouldn't be able to survive mining it...power to the little people.
That's exactly what XMG (Magi) is doing...
