I generate the keys and 'assemble' them, the coins themselves are from Casascius and the holograms I found online..
Do you store the private keys or ever have access to them? how is the loading process done? I only have access to the encrypted private key, which I don't store, since I don't know the buyers passphrase I'm not able to decrypt them.. loading what?

Loadable Two-Factor Aluminum Bitcoins These coins feature an encrypted private key that requires a passphrase known only to the buyer to be decrypted. Nobody can redeem the value of your coin without having the coin in their possession and knowing your passphrase. When ordering you will need to send me an intermediate code for each coin you order, to generate intermediate codes you can go to the page below or use Bitcoin Address Utility made by Casascius. The encrypted private key is contained in a qr code protected by a tamper evident hologram on the back of the coin. I send a small amount of btc to each coin to create the firstbits and include them on the coin. Price: 0.04 BTC each, free shipping to US & Canada http://coinslot.info/twofactor/

Just a suggestion, you might want to mention the type of accident.. Some people might see the vague mention, assume the worst and not even contact you to find out more..
Surprised the hell out of me to see someone here selling their car for btc

We're considering a round-2 mid-season game, if there's enough interest!
What kind of entry fee? Couple questions about the free league.. How does MisterTurd make a pick week 2 but not week 1, and why are there 2 Lancer's?

Hey everyone. The coin in question here is labeled 16J2e and it's full address is 16J2e5LGkMTAjn7JZt4o78od4KKS9ZXf4P. During the creation process I used blockchain.info's api to get the first bits. Apparently there was a timing or indexing issue there because the bits returned ended up changing. Lesson learned, I'll not rely on that method in the future. I have not found any other coin that is mislabeled but I will be running a script to verify them all here shortly. For reference on the coins already produced the labeled address and the full bitcoin address can be verified below: http://serpco.in/bits.txtv2 39 is one.. i think a quite a few of v2 that are printed with 5 character firstbits may be also.. blockchain.info had a problem with firstbits for several weeks, think it started mid to late july but I'm not positive..

I don't think that necessarily means that the coin isn't loaded properly. Looking it up on block chain, I see that the address it goes to, the first bits are all capitalized, and it was loaded in 2011. I think what may have happend is by chance the first bits of your coin happen to be the same as the first bits of that address, which held a balance well before your coin did. First bits are not case sensitive it seems. At any rate, I'll buy it from you for .03BTC The coin is definitely funded, and I'll provide the address for you. I can't right now because I'm on my mobile (old blackberry x_x) 16j2e5

its unfortunate that people hacks accounts and take other`s money. I hope person who hacked my a/c, understand situation & hopefully return bitcoins back.... Yes it is, but very rarely does a thief think or care about someone elses situation, so don't get your hopes up..

You want to choose 32 characters?
No. I want any address that is 32 characters long. According to the Bitcoin wiki, Base58 can be as short as 27 characters. Would the following work? $ vanitygen -r "1[a-zA-Z0-9]{31}" How about: $ vanitygen -r "1TF[a-zA-Z0-9]{29}" v0.22 doesn't seem to support -r. -r is cpu only

Jesse James,
While I appreciate your efforts with this, I think deleting the reply to johoe is more questionable than the way you replied..
I don't follow? My reply simply acknowledged I had overlooked the cases he pointed out. I deleted it because I thought it prudent to double check his additions first. I was referring to the fact that you posted the reply as hyperreal

Hmm, I didn't know there was a 6 months subscriptions and a subscription that cost 40$. I do know there is one for students though that gives a subscriptions for 40$ but those are for students that require an edu email.
It might be offered only to former subscribers? I don't know but I was just speculating why you seem to be having some trouble selling these. But then again, if it's only offered to former subscribers, you might still have some people on here that this would appeal to. I was a little surprised the first time I looked at the thread and saw it was mostly bumps.. My guess is the fact that access can be revoked at anytime is one of the main reasons there hasn't been more interest, also the lack of details about how long the membership is good for is probably part of it.. I got one of the invites from him last week, I don't think .25 BTC is a bad price with the current length of time left, especially when you can pay for it selling Amazon gift cards on here lol..

There are prime accounts that last for 6 months or one year that they give out as promotions. Right now I have a 6 month prime (shipping only) subscription that is set to expire soon. Though to be honest, I'm not sure why someone would pay what you are asking (I'm guessing it's an older price) when for about $15 more they can get full amazon prime (videos, books, and shipping) for a year. I think you are having some trouble selling them because you're looking for the niche of people who don't think the extra 10-15 bucks is worth it for the upgrade to the full prime account. I'm guessing your price is just a bit out of date though since full amazon prime is now going for something like $30 or $40? (I looked it up earlier but I just remember it not being as much of a markup as it used to be)
It's $79..

Are you planning to payout enough each time to be over the dust limit?
Yeah I'm thinking maybe at around .00100000btc? You will be giving away quite a bit of bitcoin if you make each payout above the dust limit.. My suggestion would be to start off with myfaucet using inputs.io then if you still want to transition away from it after you are up and running..
