the reason Yifu could be absent might be because of this deal, 8M in chip orders is definitely a penny in comparison to a 200M private funding venture, while I dont agree with how the situation is being handled since many of us are being left in the dust trying to figure out whats going on, Yifu is a person and a business man who is trying to become wealthy, sometimes you have to make decisions like this where someone isnt happy and this time we are on that end of the stick,

I dont think yifu is a scammer in any sense of the word he is just prioritizing if this deal is actually real, it also makes BTC look incredibly strong since someone out there is willing to put a quarter BILLION dollar bet into BTC

thats fine sir, its what makes the market people with different opinions, someone has to buy and someone has to sell, im just going with my gut which has proven to be quite reliable throughout my short trading career, I dont like to day trade however I do have a tiny portion of my equity for such activities to which BTCgarden is one of them,
123  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 08:53:00 PM
It really depends on how many got involved for a quick buck considering that it was an IPO im going to guess quite a few people got in for this reason especially because IPO's are generally speculative investments,

While I completely agree with long term growth investing (it is my preferred method of trading) if the price does go down to .01 as you stated that would be a 50% addition to your shares had you sold and rebought at that level instead of holding shares you bought at IPO and waiting 3 months,

Im waiting to see whether that wall at .014 cracks because if it does itll probably go significantly lower than this and opens up a more realisitic buying opportunity, panicking and making a move are 2 different things

Edit :

I also had bad feeling about this IPO from the getco to which you can look back and find, the only reason I bought in was because the wall was shrinking, we shall see how many people believe in AIWill and his company already doesnt seem good hence the below IPO price, facebook 2
124  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 08:27:12 PM
He probably sold because he saw what I saw which was a horribly overvalued IPO, if majority of people sell then everyone can rebuy and double up their shares, it really seems like there is uneasy tension right now and whoever pulls the trigger first is probably where the market is going, Im going to say further down simply because there isnt any reason for someone with 1000+ coins to buy the market up right now especially since there are hardly any ask walls to fulfill an order of that size
125  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 08:24:02 PM
Im definitely waiting to see if that .014 wall holds, if 1 big player just crashes through that there will be a lot of selling pressure to follow, a better opportunity will probably present itself in the next couple days unless some unforeseen circumstance comes into play
126  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 04, 2013, 08:20:02 PM
Lol. I appreciate you agreeing with me however your opinion goes valueless when you put a numeric value on it..
127  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 07:33:27 PM
depends on how many flippers were looking to make some money, I dont believe in AIwill simply because he has made promises which havent been kept up to this point and since he was asking for such a large sum of money, while I could be incorrect long term short term I think im on the money,
128  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 07:26:23 PM
not a good idea to sell when the price drops like this and bad idea to buy when the price goes up too quickly..

not necessarily true, because now those who didnt sell above the IPO price are bag holding, as it inches lower the smaller hands will sell it off close to where the bottom will be (where it is I have no idea) then when the price is low enough and the order book has enough ask walls someone with alot of coins will scoop it up,

selling now is fine as long as it keeps going down and can rebuy later so that you can recoop your losses on the way up
129  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 07:08:50 PM
If I had to guess I am going to say it will drop quite a bit lower, there are many people who still havent been able to get online and see what the price is doing,
130  Economy / Securities / Re: [BTCT.CO] [IPO] [FAQ]BTCGARDEN MINER---Eyes to the horizon on: August 04, 2013, 06:51:22 PM
hehe patting myself on the back because I sold right away and got out in profit, then a bigger player sold about 500 coins worth into the wall at .016

why is my gut always right, I love my job

thank you vlees and others for clarification,

I am still extremely sorry to hear about the loss, I think that in order to prevent the situation from happening next time it would be best to use Linux based operating systems as to my knowledge there are far few workable viruses for it since it is a OS that not many use,

if you got a BTC address ill send over a donation to you if youll accept it, again sorry to hear about this, blackhat hackers really are some pieces of shit

136  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 03, 2013, 03:49:43 PM
I just think its cute how when some people miss out on the boat instead of just accepting reality and making the proper move they try to spoil the fun for the other people who got to benefit, We call these people Party Poopers

I remember when I found out about AsicMiner the price was about 1.8 and I was so pissed that I was on the forums but not the securities section and didnt get a chance to purchase at the IPO of .1

Instead of crying I manned up and pulled out a whole shitton of cold storage coins and made gigantic bets at those levels and came out fairly on top considering that its doubled from 1.8 and I put in a big 6 figure number,

Perhaps we believe in different methods of attaining wealth, some believe that someone has to be negatively affected in order for you to benefit while I believe in the opposite, I enjoy taking large positions and then having others take the same position in sound investments so that we can grow together, Maybe its cause I believe in karma and philanthropy but it just makes you look like an arrogant person who gets emotional in a game where you need to be Emotionless.

Whatever do what you guys want to do all I can say is that it makes you look bad
