Lol thats funny

so you admit that you made money off of a company in which you were so convinced was a Pump and dump you also said you would never put money into ActM to which I can fully remember,

These guys put money into the company as well and as investors we all put money into the company because we believed that they will deliver

Ya they arent making money now they are TRYING TO DO THAT,

you are contradictory and sounds like you use your power to benefit Yourself, Im cool with that but im also going to call it out like it is

Edit

Hence why you also admit that you have no shares probably cause you sold and are trying to bring the price down to rebuy
142  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 09:09:04 PM
The only way I would agree that its negative is that if they sell massive amounts of shares without letting us know having the shares listed publicly doesnt mean that they are doing shady things regardless of whether the option is there,

If they sell massive amounts of shares we will probably know who it is then you are correct till then its speculative and just trying to cause fear
143  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 09:05:27 PM
TAT you called pump and dump on Activemining are you sad that you didnt get any IPO shares and trying to bring down the price? I dont get how this is any different from any real world company CEO's dont hold private shares they are all listed on the market

Edit: TAT called pump and dump on ActM when the price of the shares were like .0007 you were only a little incorrect in that assumption considering the valuation of the company is like 8X that now
144  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 05:22:29 PM
I highly doubt Kok even has any relative clue of the actual markets he was probably assuming you meant the BTC world also to be on topic,

Good thing we are not investing in Swede's company considering he is only the messenger

146  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 04:48:58 PM
also Why BTCgarden? Because they are chinese? they are asking for so much money it seems a bit ridiculous to me but ill probably put in a couple 100BTC incase it does make some movement,

People bashing Labcoin have a right to their opinion of course but IMO, despite the launch which was a bit messy and not their fault, they have been the most communicative and professional out of all the recent IPOs. They have also been realistic with their goals and are not over promising. These are all good signs.

BFL also looked most promising, professional and very good communication/forum presence, which brought in a LOT of money. But it's the Chinese companies that deliver.

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAH LOLOLOL

wow this just made my day as sad as that is

I will invest a couple 100 BTC for a quick flip
The market is not liquid enough to make a quick flip of 200+ btc. Maybe if it goes up 4-5x you can do this but any less and it'll be mostly you.

This statement was about BTCGarden, there are currently 800K shares left from the IPO wall and was saying that I will purchase a couple 100 BTC worth from this wall if it goes low enough,
148  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 04:21:33 PM
Here you go you persistent little pissant

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=213172.0

Notice the date of the original post? May 22nd ?

So, what delays? August or September as best case scenario is what he originally promised on May 22nd?

Im not going to answer anymore I said I did my own independent research and made my own decision, if the shares go low enough I will invest a couple 100 BTC for a quick flip

I am not your financial adviser or broker do your own research

I was responding to your sentiment rather than to you particularly, so I apologize. I suppose we agree on the need to hedge in this moment. I dumped it earlier, but I do plan on buying in later (~0.00135).

The problem as I see it is the valuation:
The issuers have invested their own time, money, blood, sweat, and tears and rewarded themselves with a modest 30% stake in return. At current trading value of double the IPO, investors are placing a higher value on the issuer's time, money, etc... then the issuers themselves did at IPO.

The value of the company is whatever the market decides, you can factor in everything you want but if its the hot topic money will flow in its direction whether the valuation is high Currently perhaps but when they have product or start mining the valuation is increased and probably why people are buying at these levels,
150  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 04:17:23 PM
for btc garden, the rest 6M shares are hold privately and not release in two years, and the share dilution have limit.
but lAB coin they are selling the 3M shares which they should hold

This is speculation we have no idea and you are making an assumption.

ok brother go invest in BTCgarden then and have fun with it because I already did my reserach on them and have been following AIWill for several months now, if you have just found the thread through the securities section then you are a lot less informed than I
153  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 04:07:39 PM

Exo

I was not even talking to you nor am I "Closing my eyes?"

I have not purchased any shares at these levels and have already stated that I sold some of my position to hedge my initial investment, Why are people so impatient? I purchased stocks of this company because 1 IPO and 2 Sounded promising,

So it doesnt move every day? boo friggen hoo? I was merely stating that selling now is selling out of panic since nothing has really changed since the IPO we are waiting to see what the company does next and I am waiting for more news so I can sell into STRENGTH and not Weakness,

as for kok, that is the thread he started here as I stated there is a thread in the custom hardware section with promises that were not met PRIOR to august or september, so instead of throwing info that I already know at me why dont you look back and see how AIWill has made promises which have not been kept
156  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 03:51:44 PM
Funny I can think of instant rebuttals to your comments,

The company did EVERYTHING to influence my trade, I was originally going to purchase 300 BTC worth however only got a fraction of that, they posted transparent information and obviously put on a good enough show hence the insane demand

uh again im not the only person to have gotten in at the IPO... People who were at the right place at the right time also got to benefit like I did,

Ok but you can say the same for every mining company? I would be surprised if AIwill actually does the same considering that he has been making promises for so long, you think his thread in the securities section is the original thread? Look at custom hardware and there is a thread that has been live for 3 months or longer with deadlines he set and were not met,

sounds a bit unprofessional to me when someone who sets their own deadline cant even meet it
157  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 03:41:02 PM
Right,

Have you seen BTCgarden.com? the coming soon has been like that for so long, I also do not like how arrogant the operator(aiwill) is, for someone who is asking for so much money I expect a more professional attitude,

The original thread also spoke of how the company was going to raise its own money but now is asking for like 16M, expensive is not always good sometimes you get the same quality from a cheaper alternative and only because you can pay is why they charge what they charge

never see my money again? I doubled my investment in an instant and people are pissed about how they cant get in for .001 sounds like I got in at the bottom and am going to wait for my investment to mature before I just let it go, I have early adopter status as well as many of the other people who bought in at the IPO you think we are going to just let it go?
158  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 02, 2013, 03:31:56 PM
Yes lets try to cause some panic,

I hold 100K+ shares and took out some of my initial investment, why would you panic sell now when the company hasnt said much when all it will take is a small bit of news to get others to buy in?

also Why BTCgarden? Because they are chinese? they are asking for so much money it seems a bit ridiculous to me but ill probably put in a couple 100BTC incase it does make some movement,

Just saying if people are selling Labcoin now go for it but doing so now would be doing it out of panic.. sell into strength not weakness or no news at all..
159  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 01, 2013, 01:19:54 AM
What did you expect? I doubt many people take this seriously. It's a pump and dump. Just like all the shitty alt coins.
If i would've gotten my coins i also would sell right away at 2 or 3 times the price i paid for it.

Well flippers benefit from the quick sale however they will later have sellers remorse if they are wrong on their decision, granted they probably arent complaining cause they made theirs but I find it much smarter to just take out the initial investment and play with the houses money after,

It would be foolish to sell all their shares now considering there is a whole part of this world that hasnt seen this thread yet considering it has pretty much entirely changed from yesterday,

I think we have a lot more room to grow before we can call it over,
160  Economy / Securities / Re: [LABCOIN] IPO [BTCT.CO] - Details/FAQ and Discussion (ASIC dev/sales/mining) on: August 01, 2013, 01:09:09 AM
I counted at least 12 people who got in for 100K+ shares

Congrats to all those who got lucky im sipping on a good bottle of 18 year old for this and bottoms up to all those who got to benefit with me
