because it can be pruned from there.

That's interesting point. What do you mean ?
Is the miner going to prune it, and it wont
reach the block chain at all ?

Well that's not a terribly useful comment now, is it?

Well there is some true there, like to say :
"don't ask a stupid questions". My point
is that I am looking somebody with the
experience on that topic.
84  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / Re: OP_RETURN on: January 14, 2014, 11:02:56 AM
That's what I thought , but
what are the actual limits ?
How much data can I place there ?
Is miner going take it with any chunk
of data after the OP_RETURN ?
85  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Technical Support / OP_RETURN on: January 14, 2014, 07:07:14 AM
Hi Fellows ,

I am trying to understand how exactly the OP_RETURN
help us to store sporadic data in the chain, can somebody
explain it with some good example.

Thanks in advance

It's a good thing that there are now many pools to choose from so we don't need scammers in this community.

Can you give some good pool to mine DMD seams to be very good coin to work on ?

Friends, be aware of scam here

http://dmd.minar.cc/

they locked my account with out any reason
yesterday and I can't login back. Any of my mined
cash that supposed to be transferred to cryptsy
by auto cash out didn't get there.

91  Bitcoin / Mining support / running miner from ssh on: December 20, 2013, 04:22:35 PM
Hi Friends,

I have a small linux/mining question:
I can run my miner only from the
machine itself, if I am trying to run
it from ssh remote connected it
seams that miner can't recognize
any of the cards ?

Any ideas ?

Thank in advance

93  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: cgminer compile & build on: December 13, 2013, 09:35:44 AM
Good news... As I spreading my frustration
all over the forum I got that link;

http://pfigue.github.io/blog/2013/03/01/installing-cgminer-on-ubuntu/

that eventually lead me to compile the damn thing.

Thanks any way.
94  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: cgminer compile & build on: December 13, 2013, 09:15:03 AM
I tried to compile it with the README file instructions - no success.
95  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / cgminer compile & build on: December 12, 2013, 10:11:00 PM
Hi Fellows ,

Can somebody please post like 5 lines
on how to compile latest version of
cgminer on ubuntu.

P.S. I've already tried 5-8 websites that
posted: "that's will work... for sure..." and nothing...

Thanks in advance.

97  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Need mirror for blockexplorer.com [Found one] on: December 21, 2011, 11:32:34 AM
Hey, what is going on with the bitcoinexplorer
on test environment, it behaves strange,
sometimes it gives me old results.

Thanks in advance.

P.S: didn't find a better place to ask it.
98  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: New demonstration CPU miner available on: December 20, 2011, 12:50:48 PM
Yep , great feature, but I am dying to generate my first block shown
on the blockexplorer event if it is only on the test net.
99  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: New demonstration CPU miner available on: December 20, 2011, 12:20:33 PM
Finally got it to work with the .conf file. Let's see how much time will take to generate a block on a testnet.

Thanks a lot !!!

Doesn't seems that bitcoind opens any port on 18332 for that command:

Code:
./bitcoind -testnet -server -rpcuser=romantest -rpcpassword=romantest
