There are still a lot of issues to be solved. Slow DB. Slow scripts. Also faucets are currently not working. The admin told it has to move and at that the site will sometimes be down for that. If you get errors, come back in a few hours.

The exchange is online again: https://btcpop.co/home.phpIt would be nice to hear some feedback from people who had funds in the platform prior to the downtime since the team hasn't made any official statements yet. Site is back up indeed, but there seems to be a lot of mess they have to deal with. Data was lost for about 5 days, so missing transactions, negative balances... 1 loan already got listed and filled (from longtime good borrower). It seems they are doing transactions manually for now.

Got this message back after I emailed support: Notice: The newest update will be at the top of this email, older updates and the original letter will be below the update, updates will be provided once every 7 days, for the latest update please reply with the word UPDATE for the subject line. Update 1-28-2022 - We are still waiting for the HD to be returned, however in the meantime we are still preparing the backup with the missing 5 days of data to get BTCpop back online as soon as possible. Before this can be done there is a lot of work that will need to be completed due to the missing data. This will include adjusting every members balances as well as loans, bonds, instant loans etc. late fees and due dates and all staking assets will need to be re-evaluated and adjusted as well. Please remember a few things, first and most importantly...your crypto is safe second we are a small team and working to bring BTCpop back online however it will take some time to accomplish if the HD is not returned and we have to continue to recover and adjust the last backup with missing data. Update 01-21-22 - Progress is slow, we are still trying to recover all the data, we do have most except for the last 5 days leading up to January 14th, we will continue the recovery process and have BTCpop back up as soon as possible. Hey Awesome Members of BTCpop, January 14, 2022 As you have probably already noticed we are offline at the moment, just be be clear this was a rare multiple hardware failure problem with minor data loss. After a series of strange and unfortunate events ending with the database hard drive failing, we had to take BTCpop offline for a short time. We are working to recover the database and hope to be back online within 7-10 days or sooner. Any loans, Bonds, Instant loans etc that were due or are overdue will be fixed to reflect the time of the outage, all late fees/penalties are suspended until further notice. Once BTCpop is back online all accounts should reflect the correct balances (your crypto is safe) as well as loans, bonds etc. should all be corrected or will be corrected shortly thereafter, should you find a problem once you can log in then we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible...don't let it linger! In the meantime should you have any questions or concerns you can contact Customer Support here: support@btcpop.co we will get back to you within 24 hours. We also encourage all members to check back daily as things may move quicker than expected. Thank You for your understanding and support while we get this sorted, we will be back as quick as we can. Lastly, without all you wonderful BTCpop members we would not still be around, so a big Thanks to all of you and see you a soon as possible! See You Soon, The BTCpop Team I did add a personal message to it, they noticed and replied to that as well. However this is taking a veeeery long time now.

Is it true Eric that the interest rate for the Wallet will be lowered to 3% from the current 6% on January 4?
I guess the reason but it would be nice to hear a justification from the company if it's true and possible of course.
Where did you see this reported? Usually Eric shares that type of information here first. That would be a bummer if it was true. I think that I will not reveal here a secret. It is a pity that we do not have that information here. On Twitter, there is no such information too. After login to the wallet on the left side you have Bulletin Board: Announcement regarding adjustment to trading commision and Finance interest: "Announcement regarding adjustment to trading commission rate and Finance interest rates. Due to a change in business conditions, HaoBTC has decided to adjust the commission rates for its CNY - BTC exchange and interest rates for the flexible term interest rates, aka Wallet. The trading commission rate will be increased from the current 0.1% to 0.2%, whereas the interest rates for the Wallet will be lowered to 3% from the current 6%. The two changes will be implemented starting on January 4. " Indeed, I found it too on to the bulletin board: https://www.bikeji.com/t/3012 (no need to log in to read) Meh , not really surprised though. The high interest rate (7% at start up and than later 6%) was to attract new users. I'm sure Eric will post some feedback about it in the next couple of days.

I was registered. But i can find english language on the website. Anyone can help me?
On the bottom of the page, under 'About', you can click 'English'. Click it. Wait for the page to reload. Click again. Now it should be English. (It's a minor bug that you have to click twice)

Investors, Consider joining [spam link removed] Investor forum for users of peer to peer BTC lending websites on the Internet. Focus is on sharing experience, promoting safe investment practice, and working together to recover bad loans and expose scammers.
You're joking right? I wouldn't touch btcjam and you are asking people to sign up on a site that looks like a 10 year old created it in MS FrontPage 20 years ago? Uh... Nah. I adjusted my salutation in my original post. Investors, People who have invested in BTCJam and are tired of scammers,
Some of us who are tired of scammer that are able to get loans funded and never repay. So, this group is not for just wining about it, like most do here. It is for exposing the scammers and looking for ways to make them repay their depts. As a group we can achieve more then an indivuals to make claims. https://www.seen.is/ doesn't look 1995/2005 to me. And yes, I do remember Frontpage and Netscape days.

Yeah the site was done quite nicely, that's why I thought it was a pity the owner has so little time for it. But it seems that it is doing fine nevertheless.
How was your luck?
I agree, the site is well designed. My luck was good, until it turned. I was building some profit for days. I had a pretty good strategy that gave me mostly 4 or 5 losing games in about 15 games and an over all upward profit. Then it went bad: http://prntscr.com/7jpl80I withdrew some before, so it's ok.

The nonce is the number of the bet you have made with that specific client and server seed. You can see it in the bet information page. Oh, now I see it. It's in the box with the client seed Ok, only the hashed server seed is available. Using the hashed server seed doesn't check out to be provably fair here: So apparently we really can't check provably fair? Click your username, then click "change seed pair", and then you can go back to get the unhashed server seed of your previous games. Thanks! That works. The server seed even has a link that fills in directly all the input fields of the provably fair form.
