As there is no info about payouts from Pirate. I`ve decided to payout my insured part.

Ну чтож, т.к. никаких продвижений не видно, решено запустить страховочный вариант. Все ваши выплаты, на 19 августа зафиксированы и они будут являться конечной суммой, которую я вам верну, когда пират вернет вклады, за вычетом резервных 10%, которые я выплачу вам в четверг. Майнинг будет рассчитываться 100% pps в день, дни смены сложности будут идти в счет новой сложности + выплаты с 200 насти шар, пришедших за этот период. Выплаты будут проводиться после смены сложности, т.к. средств получается мало. Каждый получит свою часть от этого заработка вычисляемую по формуле: (вклад)/2317*заработок за период.

First of all, there is no definition of pirate default in your contract, so this should be decided by majority.
Plus, there havnt said anything about not paying out interest if he defaults. Meaning that if he pays interest while we hold the bonds even if we decide that he defaulted u should take your part and pay it to us.Second part is that u may force buyback only on market price avg. +10%.Other stuff should be done only when we chose to do so. And if u get interest for this week, it automatically means that your bonds should be alive till next payout.
Dont do double standards, if u wish to flow only the contract then u should do so fully, not only the way u interpret it your self...

Your contract says that u will pays us weekly rate-0.015
Doesnt it mean, that if pirate will payout u will have interest for previous and this week payed out, which means that u also should be paying dividends for that time?

Em, speaking strictly why is it 0.055 for a bond?
If Pirate will pay for this week to, then this would be actually maybe 10% payout, so 1.5% goes to Goat on his contract and everything else goes to us, isnt it?
My IMHO Goat is responsible for any single btc of pirate out, if it is delayed then he should pay us the same way pirate does, only on 5.5%/w rate

At my opinion if u want to finish this quicker, u should pay interest for this week as dividend and buy back all bonds at 1.055 for interest of previous week. Or again this is not what was said at the contract, but please take into account that u will also may get interest for this week, which should be payed at next Tuesday...

Insurance question apply to all kinds of deposits, but the main thing is that some one shares the risk with person, and that cant be the person to who u deposit, because he should be insuring persons funds by default, thats the main thing of depositing...
In case of pirate, goat is buying back, but we payed very high price for it and in case pirate pays back he`ll almost double his investments.

Find one child and pay for his treatment.
Or setup a fond, and sponsor developing all sorts of btc app and hardware.

Oh well, it all ended up much esier. Pirate closed his activity, I`ll pay out all funds deposited with interest, when I get them back.

Последним днем ваших вкладов будет считаться 19 число, но процент по выплатам будут считаться без применения уменьшающих коэффициентов. Most of us dont have enough funds to live only on interest in common world, thats why we invest our money here. Most likely most of us wont be able to get even 20% a month on our funds doing business, which involves very high risk of loosing your funds.

Well, because of pirate`s decreased interest basic interest is set to 2%/w or 10%/m. A little bit of changes in bonus system, main stuff is the same. I`m still insuring 10% of your deposits.
All monthly deposits interest will be decreased starting next week( they will get -1% to their interest percent) and so on to -4% on 4th week.

Пират резко скостил проценты по выплатам, пока что мы(менее 5к бтк) можем рассчитывать максимум на 10% в месяц, ведутся работы по повышению процентов, ориентировочные цифры: 2% в неделю и 10% в месяц базовая часть + бонусы, до 3.25% в неделю или до 15% в месяц. Мои обязательства по 10% выплаты ваших в кладов в случае дефолта останутся в силе. Просьба уведомить заранее о тех, кто планирует вывести свои средства в следствии новых условий, ибо от этого зависит процент. Ставка на этой неделе та же, на следующей неделе скорее всего будет 2% базовая в неделю. Проценты по месячным выплатам будут снижаться с той же скоростью что и повышались. Т.е. каждую последующую неделю минус -1% к выплатам так до -4% на 4й неделе, на чем и остановятся. Пока все ориентировочно, интересует то, устроят ли Вас такие условия, или проще свернуть контору. Бонусы в силе по той же схеме, только максимум другой.

PS Молчание будет расцениваться как согласие с новыми условиями. Последний срок 19 августа.
