In my opinion there are better alts out there, with better technology and I think BTC will start losing its value one day when other people realise and compare BTC with some other alt. Thing is BTC has the best marketing and its spread out in the world as the first of its kind so it will take time till people realise there are better things in the cryptoworld. Just my 2 cents |

Everything is mathematically correct in this article but completely out of a plausible scenario. A daily rate of 0.89% can't stay for long : It is a yearly equivalent of 2438% (approx.) If only 100 000MNX out of 3 000 000 are parked (which wouldn't be a lot) at this rate for a year, the bank would have to pay 2 438 000 MNX in interests which is way beyond its capacity. (For the record, the bank gets around 240 MNX a day out of mining which makes 87 600MNX a year. This doesn't count the fee on transactions). I hope, for the sake of this project that the daily rate is going to go down by a lot soon enough. Stop dreaming about high rates and big money and go back to real calculations if you really want to earn money. Off coarse that the bank will change the interest rate as soon as the project gathers enough interest I guess only the yearly interest will be kept a little longer Then why making some calculations on something which can't happen? he/she said in the blog that "assuming" MNX stays at $20. which means same parking rates. that is what i understand. Whatever the $ value is, parking rates can't stay this high, that's my point. And revenues are calculated with those rates. Which can't happen or MinexCoin will be shut down before that. They wont stay high, daily park was for example 0.29% most of earlier days and then when this all dump started, devs got it up to .89% daily to attract new people in. They are testing the rates and for sure it wont stay this high. However for brave people and people that trust in this project this is kind of the reward, but most of people don't realise it. |

I know I will not convince any of those posting. I am providing an alternative viewpoint to those who ghost this forum and have not already invested in the project (and as such are likely not biased in favour of it).
As you did make an account just to post in the minexcoin thread, I must admit you are really polite and only sharing your opinion on it as it seems. I like that, because most of trolls (dont mean you here, but most people that pick acc names like you did here are trolls) just spam nonesense and have nothing to say at all. I respect reading up on another point of view. History is always written by the winners, but whats the truth? Always need to look at both sides to find it  He's pretty much talking non-sense since he obviously didn't read white paper or memorandum. I lost over $20,000 on this coin. I watched it flounder for days before selling off my tokens a couple of hours ago. I am thoroughly annoyed. I would've held onto them if I had any hope that the price would recover, but I don't really think that it ever will, for a number of reasons:
1) As mentioned by a previous poster, the interest rates that Minexbank are offering are so high that the coin will be struggling against constant devaluing and people trying to offload the coins they've gained through interest at whatever rate they can sell them for quickly. This constant supply of coins essentially from thin air means that people are going to be resistant to paying higher prices for the coin from now into the future.
2) Following on from point (1), the whole structure of the interest payout system does not seem sustainable, at least not without consistent devaluing of each coin's worth. Many have said that it seems like a Ponzi scheme, and while this might be an incorrect comparison, at the very least it doesn't seem likely that the current system can continue without the coins ultimately being reduced in value to a fraction of their current worth, a drastic reduction in the interest rates Minexbank is paying out, or both.
3) The Minexcoin team themselves have said that the coin is meant to be low volatility after a calibration period of a few months, and the coin appears to be trending down to a long-term level that will be maintained by the coins algorithm far below the high of a few days ago. The Minexcoin team predicted a stable price of around $20.
4) Bitcoin's insane run, which is showing no signs of ceasing, means that any further gains that Minexcoin makes towards its previous high in terms of monetary value per coin will be largely offset by its reduced value in fractions of a Bitcoin per Minexcoin; Bitcoin is by far the better bet in this case based on it's history, and will likely continue to eclipse any gains made by Minexcoin.
5) There is still no news of the coin being listed on other exchanges, and no guarantee that it ever will be. Even if it is, I don't see this helping with any of the above points.
Just standard fud spread here... Firstly interest rates are changing depending on the coins price, higher the price, lower the interest, secondly they said first 3 months, STARTING FROM 1.st November are going to be testing months for this coin AND for the bank, meaning changes are still to be made ! 3.rd this coin is just out for a month and dev said exchanges do not welcome any side talks so all we can do is wait for news. And who cares if u lost 20k$, if u bought this coin on ico u would be at x30 profit atm, but i highly doubt that u even have 20k in ur pocket so.. I can't believe people are making new accounts just to spread false information  |

The included fee is not that low. It would have confirmed after a few hours if the mempool is not overloaded. Most probably its because bitcoin is pumping greatly. I wouldn't trust blockchain.info's fee estimation as it is known for making stuck transactions if I were you. It should received confirmations after a few hours or so EDIT: It's now included in block 498042 by viabtc Thanks a lot its confirmed now ! Yeah I just read few guides here after confirmation got stuck and realised blockchain sucks nowadays. I wasn't around BTC for a long time, last time i used it was 2-3 years ago and back then I used blockchain so thats why I used it this time aswell, but won't anymore. Thanks once more |

I'm so stupid, so maybe someone can explain, how inflation is helping to increase the price? If I'm getting more coins after a week I will dump more  so the price will go down all the time because there will be more coins than investors. There is no demand for this coin. There's no demand yet because it still needs some marketing and bigger exchange. When people find out about the bank and interest rates, and the anti-volatilty alghoritm, trust me it's gonna be real boom. I find this dump really good cuz I'm not gonna day trade this coin anyways, just park it and earn huge interest |

If u're looking for long term investment you should definitely aim for XRP and as a coin thats a bit over 1$ atm, you should be getting IOTA as its very interesting and promising project. Good luck finding ur coin |
