I don't think  the crypto will replace national currency completely. They both have their own advantages and disadvantages.

I think many bitcoin traders are frightened by the government because the government will destroy the price of bitcoin and kemunkginan also because the government will play a price in the market so that makes a lot of that will lose.

One of the main reasons may be that bitcoin is a decentralized currency, meaning that no one or government can control it, this means that if the government can not control it, then the government will not face it because it does not benefit them.

China and many countries banned bitcoin would have argued that decentralization and anonymous are two features that the country does not like, if the government can not control it will be a big problem if used massively for transactions.
