1  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 22, 2021, 08:39:01 PM
Donaire is kinda old in boxing terms, though can still perform well on the ring and have Casimero wanting to get that win so bad.

If you were able to watch how Donaire gives damage to the monster Naoya Inoue, a first time on his career, you won't consider his age in terms of analyzing the match. Moving forward, Donaire also has an impressive TKO win against Nordine Oubaali last month.

I considered this fight between Donaire and Casimero as a close match with no favorites or so what. Donaire might be the favorite but for me, there is no underdog to this match. Both boxers are having equal strength and it will now depend on how they will execute their respective strategies.
2  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How does on-line compete with the VIP experience on: June 22, 2021, 08:25:22 PM
It may not be possible to reach the same level as the physical casinos, but what would you like to have on these that would make you feel better treated?

It's not just about the perks or something that's why land-based casinos treat their customers like VIPs. It's a mandatory thing to do for every client they have and that's a form of courtesy and hospitality. With that, they will be recognized as one of the best casinos and a reputation will be built from there.

For online casinos, a loyalty program is already a usual perk. Deposit bonuses, free spins, etc, or something along those lines are the ones I preferred.

Kawhi Leonard Still Sidelined For Game 2

As expected, the Los Angeles Clippers will still miss Kawhi Leonard on Game 2 so they should take again the necessary adjustments like what they are doing right now. The expected timeline of Kawhi's return is still unknown. It will be a big problem if Chris Paul now returns so they should do everything to win, which I know obviously that was their always goal every game.

Chris Paul symptoms-free; Suns hopeful for return soon

Although there's no date yet of the return, according to the article, Chris Paul is now symptoms-free but needs to finish his quarantine period.

With that, it might be possible for him to catch up on their current series. But Phoenix Suns is doing great without him.

As Booker said, “We wanted to do it for him,” Booker said. “We talked about that pregame. We knew we were all going to have to give it a little bit more. Ball security and my job keeping everybody involved; stuff that’s usually on Chris’ plate. We all had to make up for it as a team.”

This team really amazes me. They are now on an 8-0 streak playoffs win.
4  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: June 21, 2021, 11:34:48 PM
as we all know that the final roster would have some veterans in it and possibly an NBA star in Jordan Clarkson.

Agree and the Philippines should do everything to make it happen as we really need a player like him. In the final roster, I also expect some PBA veterans to play as their experience will help the young cores. PH also needs help from our naturalized players if ever we pass the qualifiers. We have lots of naturalized players standing almost at 7 footers.

Coach Tab also knows already how to rotate these players so blending it with the young cores shouldn't be a problem.
5  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 21, 2021, 11:16:51 PM
What's the reason why it became an all Filipino match up? I am not gonna lie, I am pretty sure that Filipino fans are utterly divided right now because it's an all Filipino match.

Read the posted news on the main post.

And no, how would PH fans will be divided if, in the end, it's still the same Filipino who will win. Boxing enthusiasts are already aware that it's always possible to happen.

Either way, Donaire and Casimero will still face each other if they will win their respective matches. It's a thing that they can be avoided if they will be both on a winning streak and within the same weight class.
6  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Vegas Casinos to allow Cannabis Lounges. on: June 21, 2021, 10:56:59 PM
I do think that this might be a "happy news" for most people but at the same time you should realize that this is something that will drastically reduce your chances of winning.

For added entertainment purposes, that make sense. As per the article, the legislature is yet to define what types of marijuana products will be allowed so it means every type is not welcome or maybe the most commonly used type won't be considered to ensure that the lounge will be limited only for entertainment purposes.

Reading through, doing gambling, and alcohol will likely be prohibited in cannabis lounges which I think to prevent possible mixed emotions and unnecessary actions inside the lounge.

"What is known so far is that lawmakers are planning to start by licensing 20 cannabis launches initially" - additional revenues or tax?

The thing I don't get is why is he doing that anyway? What's the point?

He will sell his book about his experience in a fixed match. A good exposure indeed to promote his product Smiley

8  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does implementing a tax on a gambling platform really help a country? on: June 21, 2021, 10:27:05 PM
I'm going to talk about my country, I think the tax charged in my country is very high and exaggerated, the government of my country, for example, in addition to charging very high tax, they charge a very high amount of fine in case of any infraction that the casino commit and this ends up leaving casinos in a difficult situation and does not encourage more casinos to want to be in my country

There are no adjustments made? I think if most casinos there will voice out their concerns, that should create awareness by your legislators.

And with high tax there, do you somehow feel that tax really used properly? If yes, I also like to have a high tax but should be reasonable and depends on the average income by both companies and people. I know there is no perfect government and corruption won't end but at least we should see where our tax is going.

Cons - Corruption
unfortunately the tax is used improperly and that's why I think that in the case of my country the tax should be charged a low amount where both the government and the people gain. it hurts to pay high taxes and see that the government is not doing anything to make the country better

However, lowering taxes will even result in a worst-case scenario. That can be solved thru better adjustments though.
9  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🕷 | 🔥The Hot & 👩‍Fun Place to Make Wager & 💰 Investment on: June 21, 2021, 10:17:56 PM

"When there is no activity (i.e. making a bet, a deposit, a withdrawal or any others), your account will become an inactive account."

I think this should be revised or add some details. Are inactive accounts will be permanently suspended? For how long before it will be tagged as inactive account?

What if there's a current active investment but the account wasn't logged in for let's say 1-2 years? Just like in my just-dice account, not logged for about 2-3 years I think but I still got my account logged in without a problem and my stake Clams are still there.
10  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Big companies finally had enough of the excessive tax on: June 21, 2021, 10:05:08 PM
For people who can afford and willing to continue even that huge amount of implemented taxes there's no stopping them to partake with this activities.

It makes sense. Just like how people treat the increase of sin tax in tobacco, liquor, etc. They don't bother with the tax as long as they want to take part in it.

In other words, people know how to adjust and there will be a time that they are now used to experience an increased tax.

Gambling operators also know how to adjust if ever they will be imposed by the additional tax of the government. They will pass it to their customers in a way that is not noticeable or proposed a win-win situation for both parties.
11  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Being unpredictable on: June 21, 2021, 09:56:30 PM
You can only bluff through emotes or chat words which can provoke your opponent and that is if you do it online, but it has no effect.

There are actually forms of bluff that can also be applied in online poker thru the actions at the deck or just even by the way a player is betting their chips. Not as effective as applying at the actual table but can still add some spices to the usual strategy when playing in online poker.

That's why you can see gamblers having a good run playing online poker. It means they are also doing some bluff actions aside from their already-knowledge skills.
12  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Crypto-Casinos and KYC on: June 21, 2021, 09:42:55 PM
But some government rules where to strict now in crypto operations that some websites like gambling casinos requires it too for their permits operation.

I don't know this. What crypto-casinos is currently under direct regulation by the government?

For now, only online fiat casinos are mandated by the government, not crypto-casinos, at most.

Correct me if I'm wrong though.
13  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 Philippine Basketball Association betting discussion on: June 21, 2021, 09:24:41 PM
.. but here we are now, we are winning and proving to the world the Basketball in the Philippines keeps improving.

Actually, the world already recognized PH basketball as continuously improving. The presence of the Philippines on FIBA World is a big achievement for a South East Asian Country. PH is considered the strongest team in South East Asia for years and battling up against countries in North Asia (e.g Japan, S. Korea, China) is an advanced level that's why whenever PH beats these countries, it was widespread news.

The squad is still young but already showing some impressive performances. The future of the PH basketball team is now already in good hands.
14  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 21, 2021, 09:14:35 PM
Majority of voters thought Nets to advance but Bucks made it.

Obviously, there are lots of "what if" there. If the Nets played at their healthy lineup, the result might be different. But of course, take note that Milwaukee Bucks would surely have their play adjusted when Nets superstars are there.

People should gives credit to what Bucks has done and not just saying they won because Nets are incomplete.

Can't believe the hawks still in it really.  What were their odds to win the Eastern conference before the year started?

I've only remembered the odds for them winning the championship. Around x100.

IIRC, prior to Game 7 against the Sixers, Hawks are @6 winning the ECF and @3 to win at Game 7.
15  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Boxing]: Manny Pacquiao vs Errol Spence Jr - August 21 on: June 21, 2021, 09:05:52 PM
I'm sure not everyone will agree, but analyst only sees Manny's age as the hindrance why he would lose but in reality he has already proven many times that for him, his age is just a number, Take it from his last fight.

It's not the first time that they took that age as Manny's disadvantage so expect that the same kind of analysis will always be part of their statement. That's why I like to read an analyst wherein the criteria is based solely on recent performances, not the age basis.

If ever Pacquiao will lose, it should not because of his age but rather a credit for Spence doing a good job trying to dominate Manny at every round.
16  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does implementing a tax on a gambling platform really help a country? on: June 21, 2021, 08:51:53 PM
Now I'm wondering, does implementing a tax on a gambling platform will really help a country?

- What are the pros and cons of it?
- What should be the proper tax percentage for you that they should impose.
- Will this be a bad thing for gamblers?

Obviously, any forms of taxation, in any industry, are good for the country, as long as tax will be used for its purpose and not ending up directly corruption.

Pros - In general, check what's the benefit of tax
Cons - Corruption

Tax percentage depends on how's gambling industry is performing in that country. It's not like the government can just set a percentage as they want. It was being discussed in a session.

I don't see any reason why it should be a bad thing for gamblers unless they will face an increase in fees on deposits and withdrawals. But anyhow, a gambler is a gambler and they won't mind it.
17  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Mafias Most Wanted Fight Fixer on: June 21, 2021, 08:38:22 PM
all i can say is that Mayweather vs Logan must be a fixed fight as well which everyone won. Mayweather didn't get the loss record and also Logan but everyone got the money and most probably the Mafia as well in sports betting.

That is different if we compare it to Pacquiao vs Bradley fight which is a title match. On that exhibition match between Mayweather and Logan Paul, there's no need for any Mafia's presence just to fixed and rigged that match. Both parties surely have an agreement prior to the fight.

should this be a big win if we pick DRAW for the exhibition fights? sadly we can't see listing of them in crypto sport

I don't see it that way. I'm expecting the odds of DRAW in the future exhibition match involving Mayweather won't be that attractive.

Odds provider knows that already so they are sure to make adjustments. And besides, official rules of the said match are surely released before they will release an odds.
18  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Auto Deduct System on: June 21, 2021, 08:07:11 PM
What do you think of an AutoDeduct System of a Gambling Platform? Says you just connect your wallet like for example on a Dice Game, then it will just roll itself everytime it sees some funds on your wallet whatever coins it was until you are left with Zero ( Funds withdrawn or Funds gets Zero?)

That's not a good idea. Or if implemented by a gambling site, it should have a feature of turning it ON and setting it to OFF by default.

In that way, unauthorized action won't be triggered as that would result in an unexpected loss.

I just have think of this as LOTTO ( site : is implementing this, and one way to get out of that is to either wrapped the tokens or bridge it on another chain, do you think its reasonable not to have a stop button to exclude your address once you don't want it anymore?

Checking the site, I see that it's more appropriate and good for a lottery. But again, should have an ON or OFF which I think doesn't have and the only way to get out is the one you have mentioned.

For dice games or any casino games, that feature is not appropriate.
19  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Breaking : Donaire Versus Casimero on: June 20, 2021, 08:11:21 PM
is this for real? are these Filipino Fighter will really face each others? there are many opponents there why Casimero and Donaire ? i think the Boxing community seeing the Filipino fans are still active while many countries now are losing faith in boxing anymore .

from the exhibition fights that ends up Draw? this sucks the boxing community and now losing its popularity time after time.

I don't know on what part does it tell you that many countries are now losing faith in boxing. Try to read the link posted on the main post. It's not how you think.

Rigondeaux, the supposed opponent of Dasmarinas on August 14 is stepping aside to allow for a bantamweight title unification between Donaire and Casimero.

It's not that surprising in general but that just becomes a talk of a town because it's rare to see both top PH boxers face each other.
20  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: June 19, 2021, 10:33:09 AM
Now going to the WCF it will be the Suns Vs. the Clippers. In their 3 games this season, Clippers won 2 of them. Clippers have a possibility that they will not have Kawhi this series because of their injury but on the other hand, the Suns don't have CP3 because of the COVID19 protocols. Who do you think will win?

A tough question. Chris Paul is a real deal for the Suns. Back in their playoffs match against the Lakers, the Suns lose 2 in a row without Chris Paul. And when he came back, everything is history. And no one even thinks that they will able to sweep the Denver Nuggets with NBA Season MVP on board (although the last game should be crucial).

For the Clippers, there are lots of adjustments made especially when Kawhi Leonard was sat out. As we know, Paul George is not consistent as always in a pressured playoffs match but that was changed. Their other teammates also step out too.

But overall, both teams will miss their respective key players. Although the odds are widely gap with the Suns as favorites on Game 1, I don't look at it that way.
