I think you should be able to update it via the withdraw option under the My Account, Just add an address in the box at the top and set auto withdraw again, should work.

But alas it is probably best to wait for xPooky to answer to supply a more definitive answer

CryptoSpots can be sold in exchange for BTC's at https://alcurex.org/index.php/crypto/index they are worth roughly 0.00000070BTC for 1 whole unit (very new currency) but it is an added bonus as youmine it at the same rate as your BTC's free of charge basically.

hey I just thought of a nice update forthe site, Maybe peoplecould have there own profile's and we could see there mining stat's. Also maybe give rewards for completing achievement's such as Mining for 7/30/90/180/365 Days (would require actually visiting the site and being active for atleast 5 minutes per day), Mine a total of X CryptoSpots, Mine a total of X uBTC/mBTC/BTC.

Small rewards though nothing that would kill the site off, so Maybe 100 Sat for mining your 1st CS, 500 sat for your 50th etc., Don't go giving out thing's like 50BTC for mining 10BTC just use common sense I guess :p

348  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CryptoSpot - The First Bitcoin Virtual Mining Game on: March 07, 2015, 05:12:21 PM
I know I was just putting estimate down Smiley wonder how much bigger it will grow Smiley loving the site so far btw xPooky Smiley

Figured I would add Crypto in as well seem's I'm mining that as well :p

0.07144877CP (per hour) * 744 (hours in month) = 53.15788488CP
53.15788488CP * 0.00000070BTC = 0.00003721BTC pm

Well thankfully it appears there is a significant up turn in bits gained per block when you increase your GH/s (obviously) at least now I can earn my repair fee's a lot quicker and make a small profit still going to take about 400 years to earn 1BTC though I reckon haha.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/0c7eguwhs2f6ket/Screenshot%202015-03-07%2016.54.57.png?dl=0

estimated time before able to repair: 171 hour's
hours in a month: 744
744*60 (to work out minutes) = 44640
44640 / 90 (we get a block every 90 minutes in CryptoPool currently) = 496 (est block to be mined by CP)
496 (BTBM) * 0.00000044BTC = 0.00021824BTC (per month estimate)
0.00021824BTC / 100 * 2 (to work out pool fee) = 0.00000436BTC
0.00021824BTC - 0.00000436BTC (PF) = 0.00021388BTC
0.00021388BTC - 0.00005000BTC (repair fee) = 0.00016388BTC total average earning per month
1.00000000BTC / 0.00016388BTC = 6102 month's

Maybe take a look here:

Rather than start one from scratch Smiley

is this coin still mineable? and if so how would I add it to something like MinerGate (I can add new pool's to mine in the app)
353  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CryptoSpot - The First Bitcoin Virtual Mining Game on: March 07, 2015, 12:54:48 PM
when I initially sent my last transaction it was exactly 0.0005BTC ($0.14) but after I received a couple of confirmations it decreased to $0.12, Not sure why this happened but it did.

Just sent another 0.00027BTC ($0.07) to the same address

Screenshot of transaction: https://www.dropbox.com/s/7f41ab02c4t3d2a/Screenshot%202015-03-07%2012.55.52.png?dl=0

yet again it has decreased by $0.02, it must be a transaction fee or something I guess
354  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: [ANN] CryptoSpot - The First Bitcoin Virtual Mining Game on: March 07, 2015, 12:44:29 PM
it was 0.0005 when I first sent it but it dropped when I started getting confirmations, sorry I didn't release that happened :s

Do I just send more to a newly generated address? or is that transaction now lost?

IndieBit is supposed to be a currency used by Indie Dev's to sell there game's with secure functionality of using a digital wallet and a cold storage to boot (if there wallet allows for cold storage). Obviously for Indie's Dev's to accept this type of "altcoin" people would need to mine it in order or there to be a certain amount available to actually spend on these Indie Dev games, Now in theory this is the same as any other BitCoin Clone rehashed and slapped with a new name on but I will be looking to add feature's to it after it's original creation if I can learn enough about C in order to add these features.

Will be using SHA256 as standard
Block Reward will start at 50
Block Difficulty will start at 250 (+10 per block)
Block Reward Halving Rate will start at 10,000,000
Block Difficulty at BRHR will be: 2,000,050 (around 1/60 of ByteCoins current Difficulty)

(Above # will no doubt need tweaking for survivability before actual release)

You can make a new coin easily on NXT's Monetary System.

Thanks will check this link out.

There are a few guides out there to make normal coins if that is what you are asking. Do you have any decent programming skills?

I have only just started using Unity and Javascript for Indie Game making but Unity also allow's for almost any language to be used so learning a new language wouldn't be too difficult. (Currently known, HTML, CSS, Ruby, RGSS, Javascript)

1) why do you want to create a crypto
2) if it's for profit do you intend to enter existing markets, a niche market or create one?
3) Is your idea doable?
4) Do you have the patience and tenacity to keep working on your project even if it seems to go slow?
5) Are you sure you want to take on something that big when as you say, you are new to mining?

1) I just want to say look I made something and it's pretty awesome :p
2) Not really for profit, If  I do make something from it then hell it's a bonus. Not too sure about entering market's that will require further research, Would rather just test it out first and have a working model more than anything.
3) Not too sure what you mean? I know there are currently over 5000 different type's of altcoins available both on the market and in certain other area's so I imagine it must be possible in some way.
4) Of course, I wasn't looking to make a quick buck (or pound in my case), if it take 2 years before it kicks of then so be it.
5) Of course I love challenging myself I thrive on challenging myself :p

transfer from:- 14SunsMSNiZ9CMzubCFjbctLmC1NsSL18A

transfer to (1 time use):- 1JfxB8e75wteETk1WgD5VgifMCNK1oT4yt

54 confirmations now.

As for buying 500GH's (I meant buying one of the miner's from the shop) I currently cannot and will not do this until my deposit clears and until I have some spare change in about 2 weeks time.
358  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / want to make my own Crypto but not too sure where to start on: March 07, 2015, 10:28:46 AM
Hey there folks, not sure if this is the right thread so if it isn't please feel free to move it where it belongs thanks.

I am looking into creating my own Crypto and after some research I have found numerous cloning sites, but I don't like making a clone of something that already exists.

During my free time when I'm not mining I make my own game and as such I want to create a currency around Indie Game Development, now I made a FreeCoin clone to try it out with a base value of 500 coins (coincreator.net) and it built my coin (hosted free for a day) the IndieBit, Now I want to look into making this coin a reality so Indie Game Dev's have a currency to call their own and people can pay Indie Dev's with this new altcoin.

The Indie community is huge at the moment with various Indie's on Steam, Xbox and many other platform's so having a centralized currency purely for these people would be awesome.

If anyone could provide me with some help or advice on where to start please reply.

Many Thanks
Daniel
New to Mining
