Damn, I really hope someday this anti-human laws in Russia BS will be over. Until then I see nothing good, esp conecrning crypto perspectives in this region
3  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: People Say btc is Not ponzi but its look like ponzi on: October 08, 2020, 02:18:44 PM
Even just on the surface level, I can't imagine a ponzi scheme that's been working over 10 years, had dozens of ups and downs and was consciously utilized by huge companies and institutions
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: BITCOIN basher, the Liar 'John McAfee' is finally Arrested on: October 06, 2020, 05:36:32 PM
Lmao, I've seen this happen dozens of times, a guy making tons of money on questionable schemes, then getting busted fortax evasion. Classic
5  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What would happen if you invested a $1 in Bitcoin every day for 5 years on: September 29, 2020, 02:27:19 PM
Sorry, but it's silly af. You must have at least basic knowledge of when it's a suitable moment to buy
6  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Craig Wright To Face Trial on: September 22, 2020, 09:32:02 PM
It's been a long time since I last heard of him, and now I realize he STILL is dealing with these lawsuits and trials. I do knot envy that poor nut, he's definitely got mental issues
7  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Binance sued for money laundering over stolen bitcoin. on: September 15, 2020, 09:30:26 PM
Even though I don't favor Binance much, it's not their fault. Asking for a chargeback is plain stupid in this situation
8  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Peter Schiff son buys more bitcoin against his advise on: September 09, 2020, 10:08:17 PM
Aside from it being hilarious it shows how fcked up Schiff is even as a family member. Is there really a need to do this all publically?
9  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Can Satoshi Stop bitcoin? on: August 31, 2020, 08:45:24 PM
He can't stop it, once it's running it's no longer under his control

11  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buy Bitcoins before the upcoming banking crisis states author of Rich Dad Poor D on: August 24, 2020, 09:39:16 PM

12  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Belarus: Second protester dies and 6,000 arrested in demonstrations.....HELP!!! on: August 17, 2020, 10:49:31 PM
I don't think people will pay attention to the problem when you don't describe it properly and ask for money.

Anyway, the situation with punitive operations, outright tortures and mass arrests for no reason in the center of Europe shouldn't be neglected by anybody.

Got tons of respect for Belorussian people that do know what peaceful protest is, that don't fear lawlesness and atrocities of the current government that hopefully will be punished asap
13  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Beirut just got nuked it's on the news on: August 06, 2020, 03:43:35 PM
Definitely not nukes, and these horrific accidents happen all over the world from time to time (2015 blast in China comes to mind first: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iv5g2MhPT5I ) . Not the best time for panic.
14  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Twitter Hackers Arrested! [Updated] on: August 03, 2020, 01:43:00 AM
I wonder if he'll have to work for the government while he's doing his time. Definitely worth using his talent in a benevolent way
15  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: BULL RUN on: July 29, 2020, 08:33:55 PM
A bunch of reasons are in play, all of which are stated above, I'd just advice to not be tken away by it, anything can happen at any moment
16  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will NEVER reach it's ATH anymore. on: July 21, 2020, 05:14:06 PM
I mostly agree with everything you said, but why use clickbaitish topic name? Btw, there'll always be people treating Bitcoin as a get rich quick scheme
17  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Cryptcarbon.com is it legit? or am I being scammed? on: July 12, 2020, 07:36:34 PM
Hopefully some of you experts might be able to help me.
Somebody has paid me for a domain name which I own (haven't transferred yet). They said they could only pay me in bitcoin on cryptcarbon.com
The payment is there but is the site genuine?
When I try to make a withdrawal to a Kraken wallet it says I have to send 0.02 bitcoin from the Kraken wallet to verify my address with them before I can make a withdrawal.

Is this a con or are they genuinely just wanting to verify the wallet address?
Please help, many thanks.
Jon

Man, at least you did the righ thing and asked about it here
18  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Does bitcoin need an addition of a safety feature? User friendly? on: July 06, 2020, 05:57:44 PM
To me BTC is the safety feature itself, at least in the long run. I mean, it's decentralized, it's the safest you can get
19  Other / Politics & Society / Re: NATO officials say they were briefed on Russian bounties on US soldiers. on: July 05, 2020, 07:08:29 PM
US media and state organizations give Putin too much credit. At this point russians don't even need to intimidate americans, they do it themselves
20  Other / Archival / Re: Bank of Japan has announced it will begin experimenting with a digital currency. on: July 03, 2020, 07:17:33 PM
It's not crypto in it's fundamental sense anyway, I can't see how this will change things for the better in any way or people
