I came here looking for a fork you could buy with bitcoins.
It was in the latest post in technical discussion, and I got excited.
And I get this.
Thanks a lot.

Right, I know that tapatalk has been suggested before, but I want to suggest it again. All the forums I use have it, and it's just easier.

If you really can't use tapatalk, then please could you provide a mobile site?

I use my mobile more than anything, and it's an absolute pain on forums without mobile support!

So, thanks for reading Smiley

+1 to you, sir

Thanks Smiley

Hopefully whoever writes the new software will include a mobile site!

Yeah, 90% of my time on this forum is from my phone, including now :3

386  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: A trade bot website that guarantees you dont make losses? on: February 26, 2012, 01:26:06 AM
That's what Bitscalper was trying to be (if you pretend that it wasn't a scam).

It was a scam? I know they got 'compromised', but where is the evidence that it was them?
Plus, where on their website does it say that it is guaranteed?

Danny
387  Economy / Trading Discussion / A trade bot website that guarantees you dont make losses? on: February 26, 2012, 12:14:05 AM
What if there was a bot website, or option in an existing bot website, to take away 50% of your profits or so, but guarantee that all losses are compensated for, so the worst you can do is break even?
Discuss.
388  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Create a game that accepts Bitcoin for currency on: February 25, 2012, 08:22:09 PM
I was thinking about this just as I hit this thread..

The game basically uses the some spare cycles to generate BTC. This is then added as "drops" from creatures as they accumulate (mite only satoshi's at first but will grow..)

Makers of game sell ingame items in a central market (set fee goes back into game development, 25% for instance) rest is dished out. A user market place can also exist to resell items (again a small fee of 5% is taken to sell it via this system)

Money can be bought externally or withdrawn from an account if you hunt enough and want to extract your winnings.

Ofcourse this is for an MMO (WoW or dark of camelot style).

+1 to you, sir.
389  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Who is Satoshi Nakamoto?! Let's find out! on: February 23, 2012, 07:17:38 AM
Well my guess is its the guy running Mt.Gox and/or bitcoin.org.

Mt.Gox is Japanese right? Satoshi Nakamoto is a Japanese name. Coincidence? I THINK NOT!

I think its awesome that we live in a world during peak oil, WWIII looming, evil puppet masters manipulating politics like a game and hero geniuses changing the world while no one knows who they are.

Straight out of code geass man - sure we may die and what not, but damn it rocks Cheesy

If he runs mtgox, I would be dissapointed. Mtgox is awful.

Dear Mt Gox,

I'm sorry to post publicly, but I've been waiting over two days for a response to my support ticket #21028 regarding a deposit I made last Thursday which has not yet been credited to my account. Can I please get a response?

Highest regards,
Jeremy

Don't even bother with customer service, they won't help, it happened to me too.
Use Intersango.

Took 217.3 BTC.

Ouch.

Agreed... People can be so rotten some times. Just have to do your best to get over it, or get back at them.

Or purge them off the face of the earth...

Let's start funding the assassin? I'll pledge 1BTC  Grin

Ill pledge my whole wallet! Erm, that's 0.019 btc. Ooh, and there's a fee of 0.01 and transactions.

400  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Mt.Gox customer service is awful, plus they won't reinburse me for their mistake on: February 18, 2012, 10:21:16 AM
Gox is definitely compromised by the Feds by now. What do you expect? Use all the exchanges. MtGox bids are never the highest, and their asks are never the lowest, so why bother?
+1
Just got an email from Gox, too:
