Any new information about the plastic models?
Protip for Trezor guys: instead of just ignoring questions like this, a quick "sorry, no new information" breeds a lot less resentment. Agreed, I've noticed questions like this ignored a few times. Not a great service considering it's Trezor who've failed to deliver on time! "Sorry, no new information." Our supplier has confirmed that they are on the right track to meet deadlines mentioned in the old announcement: http://satoshilabs.com/news/2014-05-08-trezor-metallics-shipping-classics-eta/Let me remind all of you that this forum is not an official support channel. We like to hangout here, because the community is great, but from time to time some urgent issue pops out and we tend to overlook this place (especially when it is impossible to track unanswered posts) and limit our action radius to emails ( info@bitcointrezor.com for general information, support@bitcointrezor.com for reporting issues).

concerning Wallet32
Can I export the private key of one account only and use that on wallet-32 compatible with trezor.
Just like exporting only parts of the trezor DH-tree
You can't export any private information from TREZOR.

Interesting Trezor display issue: I sent 0.5 BTC to the first address in my second account and in the same transaction I sent 0.5 BTC to the second address of my second account. I got the 1.0 BTC OK in the second account of the wallet but the transaction display only shows one transaction of 1.0 into the first address of the second account. The next address to recieve displays the third address so that is fine. The only issue appears to be in the displaying of the transaction. I think it should show two transactions of 0.5, 0.5 into the first address and 0.5 into the second address. The transaction is here:
I agree that this might seem confusing, but it makes sense when you think about it in a way that we try to hide the unnecessary complexity of private keys and addresses. (Logically it is one transaction that credited 1 BTC to one account, not two different transactions). We just need to figure out how to show more addresses when needed. (I can imagine showing just showing text "more addresses"). I added it to our tracking tool and we'll look at it.

Just to make sure I did add a second account to both the Trezor and the wallet32 and as expected they both created exactly the same key pair/Bitcoin address sequence for the second accounts on both devices.
Exactly. Standards are great! :-) But let me repeat what Slush posted above: If you import your TREZOR mnemonic into Wallet32 you lose protection that TREZOR offers, because now your phone shares the same private data.

Has this wallet been tested to be compatible with the Trezor?
ok, the it seems wallet32 doesn't follow that recommendation.
Wallet 32 is TREZOR compatible, but you have to make sure you are running version at least 0.2.5, where BIP39 and BIP44 were properly implemented. Older versions use different approach and thus are not compatible.

Any Luck adding Altcoins to mytrezor.com ? please pretty please As stated above: This is not about luck. It's about persuading altcoins developers to work together with Tamas on Bits of Proof server to support their altcoin or implementing a BoP compatible API on top of their blockchain explorer.

What about some device on the counter you push the trezor into a slot which lines up the usb and everything correctly. you could take it out for a sec to check the details, then back in to send the tx.
This would be an option in the future once everybody has TREZOR and we'll have an argument for persuading merchants to put yet another thing on their checkout desk.

but, if the recovery seed uses common words aren't they very easy for some one to guess and 'recover' the keys even without touching your device? they could just guess all combos?
There are 4,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 combinations of common words in BIP39 with 12 words (least secure choice) You can take your guess. Also another problem is that you can't effectively check if the combination is correct. You need to derive the master public key, then you have to generate first account, then you have to generate first address, then you need to check it's transaction history. And still you might have missed a correct combination if the first address is unused for some reason (i.e. the user is deliberately avoiding the first address of first account because of this theoretical possibility of attack).

Can you please explain why do i need to ask the devs of litecoin/namecoin for this ? because your software/device is a wallet that only manages the keys and signs the transactions to be pushed into the blockchains, for me just looks like a software thing from your end.
There needs to be altcoin blockchain explorer with BIP44 support in the first place (like there is Bits of Proof server for Bitcoin). Then they need to integrate TREZOR communication protocol into their software. Second step is optional because we can add altcoin support to myTREZOR if the first requirement is met.

Found this on my Trezor.. confirmation that litecoin and namecoin is in development. Any eta ? Indeed TREZOR already does support these. Now it's turn for Litecoin/Namecoin developers to support TREZOR. You have to ask them for ETA.

Only complaint so far. You should tell the user how long a pin can be. When I entered a pin too long I got an error and had to start over. Just fix the web site to say x digits = good, y digits = better, z digits is the maximum allowed.
This issue is fixed now, it will be deployed on next website update.

I have to say, I'm quite impressed with the Trezor so far. It's extremely simple to use. Explaining how to use it to family and friends who are less technically-inclined than the average bitcoinaut actually seems within reach.
I thought at first I would dislike the myTrezor wallet, but its accessibility (able to use from any machine) and its simplicity is wonderful. Waiting for a while to store any significant amount of funds on the Trezor is a good idea, to ensure that bugs get eradicated. Keeping only spending cash on it for now, at least until Multibit HD is released with Trezor support.
No regrets as far as paying 3 BTC for one. It's worth every satoshi to have supported the launch of one of the most important devices in Bitcoin.
Wow! Thank you very much novusordo. Posts like this are reassuring that we are really doing the right thing and are a great motivation for us!
