1  Bitcoin / Development & Technical Discussion / Unknown transaction on: November 27, 2017, 07:06:52 AM
I sent a transaction with bitcoin core 0.14.2 and I noticed some coin missing. The amount in my wallet shows as correct but on blockchain.info I can see 2 amounts where sent to different addresses at the same time. I'm really concerned the pc I was using is compromised in some way. Help would be appreciated.
2  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Aug 1 summary on: November 24, 2017, 10:57:39 AM
I'm using the core wallet, so I setup a second pc with a fresh install of windows 10 out of a old mining rig. I installed ABC wallet, but it just freezes after downloading about 60% of the blocks. Restarting, reinstalling doesn't fix it. Now, I'm trying to do it with bitcoin unlimited wallet, which is taking days. Is this my best option?
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / RX Vega 56 Crashing with more then one card installed on: November 17, 2017, 10:03:27 AM
I got the beta blockchain driver working with one rx 56 vega. If I try to use more then one card the display driver crashes before it starts mining. I've tried on a couple computers. They both use the Asrock 970 extreme 4, windows 10 with the claymore miner. I've tried a fresh install of the drivers using uninstall driver tool. Not sure what issue could be at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
4  Economy / Exchanges / Goxxed 2.0 - You've been Goxxed again on: November 03, 2017, 12:12:44 AM
So bitcoin is now $7000 + $586 bcc value = $7860 per coin

Coins left from MT Gox bankrupcy = 202,185btc  * $7860 = $1,589,174,100

What you will actually receive is around $483 per coin if you filed a claim and 6% interest rate if your lucky. Mt Gox is rich again.

5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Where to buy BCH (BCC) coins if you live in WA state? on: October 26, 2017, 06:23:05 PM
Where to buy BCH (BCC) coins if you live in WA state? I've been wanting to order a miner from bitmain but I can't find any exchanges that allow people from WA state. Coinbase is the only place I even know of that will trade bitcoins in WA state.
6  Bitcoin / Mining support / Antminer S3 tempeture Sensor on: October 23, 2017, 04:04:01 AM
One of the boards on my Antminer S3 displays 90c soon as it comes on and then climbs to around 115c in under a minute. It's making the fans go on high right when it powers up. It doesn't seem like a accurate temperature reading to me. I tried re-pasted the outside heat sinks the inner ones look like a pain to remove.  Any ideas or work arounds?
7  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: To all BFL Customers on: August 30, 2013, 05:09:02 PM
Someone needs to ban this scammer. If it talks and acts like a 12 year old, it's probably a 12 year old. Unless Sunny has some sort of down syndrome...
8  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: Selling Butterfly FPGA Single on: May 28, 2013, 08:58:48 PM
Just curious. Why on Earth would you not trade this in for ASIC?

I've been waiting over a month just getting a email returned from Butterfly. I can get more for it selling it anyway. They sell for about $1200, I would take $1000 for it though.
9  Economy / Computer hardware / Selling Butterfly FPGA Single on: May 28, 2013, 07:57:42 PM
Anyone interested in a FGPA Single?
10  Economy / Computer hardware / Selling Butterfly FPGA Single on: May 28, 2013, 07:48:41 PM
I have a extra fpga I need to get rid of. Anyone interested in buying one?
11  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Bonuspool - SCAMMMER NEIL ROELOFSE on: October 23, 2012, 01:06:02 AM
There was more coins in my account then anyone, but there is little to be done about it.

Typing this and opening the whole thread probably put me at the end of the line.

I hate that feeling. I would not expect that in this case.

I would avoid labeling him a scammer until his return from his ?holiday? at minimum.

I doubt he ever left. He's a thief or the most irresponsible person ever. You can post on the forum or even send btc from a cell phone these days.
13  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Pool Reliability :-/ on: October 03, 2012, 04:02:47 AM
Why Not?  Smiley

I go for maximum profits, and the ability to easily tell if all my miners are working correctly. Does p2pool even work with BF equipment?
14  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Bonuspool - Discussion on: October 02, 2012, 10:48:59 PM
So it's safe to say that it's well into the thousands of dollars? Probably into the thousands of BTC too...

It's in the several thousand btc.

I've been trying to do away with the springs and go with a nut and bolt system with loctite. I absolutely detest that spring system on the current HSF.

I mailed Butterfly some size 4 nylon nuts and bolts. They said over-tightening could be a issue. I don't really think that can happen with nylon though. The threads don't hold if you over tighten. Definitely nicer then those springs. They seem to be holding fine, I didn't even use loctite.

Whatever it takes to have zero downtime.

P2Pool.

I wouldn't choose that option..

Nothing wrong with having several backup pools. Whatever it takes to have zero downtime. If you have about 4 backup pools, you should have no downtime. I keep at least one smaller pool on the list. The large pools seem to get attacked at the same time.

Why are you re-posting what he just said? The deadline was Sept 30th.
20  Bitcoin / Pools / Re: Bonuspool - Discussion on: October 01, 2012, 03:15:24 AM
Another deadline is being missed? Today is the end of the month....
