patience, we retest the long term uptrend in a couple days
Lets hope it goes enough to liquidate the shorts.
Let's hope it goes enough to liquidate all day traders. you cant liquidate those of us who do not leverage or short we actually play a stabilizing role buffering the swings trying to buy low and sell high
I am fairly optimistic
I thought the big swing was going to buzz down to 5.55 and then break lower in a total rout
instead we weather 3 more large profit takings and settle near 5.70
It is true. the long term uptrend is yet to even be tested in this recent turn of events, we should test it some time in the next couple days

other thread seems to be locked, just spent a half hour reading it though
Oh My God
!

If nothing happens... ignore button. lol, I think that would be unwise
Dang! Kicking some Ace...
dumb luck, I assure you the lag was so bad it was a total crap shoot, my best move, the buy at 5.27, was 20 minutes old and I had long "cancelled" it in disgust when it posted I rather suspect this is what the operators around the turn of the 19th to the 20th century felt like waiting for the telegraph

nice job there poolmate!
I'm running sell @ $5.78 buy @ $5.27 sell @ $6.80 buy @ $6.30
took a little haircut to get short again at 6.15, then the GF wouldn't clear the terminal and missed that last downspike...I need to be more assertive about my needs

you guys haven't been trading this?

those walls are meaningless
vaporwalls

what did mtgox do exactly? you mean besides place themselves at the epicenter of the most promising revolutionary bid for liberty in the last 2 centuries and then milk it for their own benefit rather than take their role seriously? nothing I guess
yeah, this thing could still break down with a vengeance...or not
glad to see you take it seriously Z
lol
me too
order filled at 5.27, sold at 6.8, 30 ish BTC

does the exchange have to fill the role of the moneychanger
there is a place for fiat interface for a fee in the market, doesn't mean it needs to be an effective monopoly on trading
so what do you mean by decentralize the exchange?
How do you do that with fiat currency?
Or do you mean have more exchanges that talk to one another?
that would be a good step ultimately a fully open source decentralized platform on TOR maybe?

anyone in touch with MTGOX wake them up!
they are all in the van going to home depot for more box fans
