581  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Think before joining any campaign on: May 29, 2020, 07:28:28 AM
It is always a good practice to check every bounty one wants to join to ensure you won't end up wasting your time. And just like someone investing in a project thus carrying out his due diligence, same can be done for bounties, studying the project and asking questions, because it will be hurtful promoting a bounty that ends up in a bad way which could have been prevented if only some questions were asked. Also, although some bounties can seem legit but at the end betraying the trust had on them, but first let's try our best to study the project first before participating.
582  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I need your help guys! on: May 29, 2020, 07:19:39 AM
There are many scam projects here and there in the crypto space, looking for innocent people, so your sister should be very careful. From my own understanding, the project is found wanting because it has little or no information about the project itself let alone the team, there is no timeline or roadmap of what the team even want to do. Advice your sister to go for major coins like ETH, BTC and so on, it will be a good investment for her.
583  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 3 Altcoins Set To Explode in 2020 on: May 29, 2020, 07:13:01 AM
I don't know much about this POLIS and I try to wonder why you made it first on the list, well nevertheless the crypto space has grown past written words, that is, the team saying or writing what they will do, nowadays it's all about action or people will lose interest. A look at Binance and Ethereum, proves my little statement, thus once a team is working hard and everyone is seeing the results it will attract more users and of course will grow. Therefore from my opinion, Ethereum, Binance coin and Stellar are my picks.
584  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Check your eth wallet address for some token valuation on: May 29, 2020, 07:05:20 AM
Yes it is right checking out wallet once in a while because you never can tell which shitcoins that will be remembered by their team and maybe decides to list. After all it doesn't cause anything to just scan the wallet. Also, I think ethplorer is better as it tries to assign or showcase the price of each token and that's the one I have been using since. It's better to check once in a while in order not to miss out a good selling opportunity.
585  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: All hope is lost?? on: May 28, 2020, 09:37:47 AM
Sorry this happened to you but it looks like you made the wrong decision. I don't know if it's IEO or other trading coins but whichever it is, before selling at terrible losses I would suggest you exercise patience, take out time and study the team and know what they are capable of doing, that is, if they are really active and working towards their goals and objectives, if yes then there is chances the price will go up. I don't know what lead you into doing such but next time make sure you carry out your due diligence and don't be driven by hype or fomo.
586  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Probit Exchange IEO Based Bounties Should Join ? on: May 28, 2020, 09:23:28 AM
Most of bounties that are running or ended based on Probit Exchange and Bounties Manger showing High Worth Bounties but when we get tokens and wants to sale on Probit Exchange that price is not as per bounties, should we joined Probit Exchange Based bounties or leave them ?

The market decides everything in accordance to how the team are running the platform. It's funny that the team are always quick to lock bounty rewards with the excuse they are responsible for always crashing the price but still the price always dumps then I wonder who is to be blamed. However, joining any bounty whether Probit IEO based bounty or whichever one depends on you; thus it's always better to study the bounty and know if you will agree with the conditions attached to it or not.
587  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How safe is Tether.to/USDT? on: May 28, 2020, 08:55:39 AM
Many have always said they don't trust Tether while we all have every reason to because it is not decentralized  but as for me, it's a different thing altogether because I have not seen nor come across any problems with it  thus I continue using it. Talking about using it, it is only for trading or when the market is not friendly but for long term, I don't. Therefore, since it has been there all this years and still surging high I don't have any problems using it.
588  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Hello everyone! Do you still have confidence in altcoin? on: May 28, 2020, 08:42:05 AM
At present, the market condition of altcoin is not very good, the exchange rate of BTC is getting lower and lower, and many altcoins have been unmaintained. Even if the development team still insists, the price is very miserable! The blow to the entire team is not small, I am afraid it is difficult to persevere. Now there are a few questions that I want to discuss with you:
1. In your life, when would you use cryptocurrencies to shop? We know that people like to use cryptocurrencies in the dark web.Is general life shopping necessary?
2. If you use cryptocurrency for payment, what currency will you prefer to choose and why?
3. At present, the altcoin market is very bleak. Do you think this is a buying opportunity?
4. What do you think is the easiest to implement in Altcoin's future application scenarios and will attract more users!

Thanks all replies

To reply to your title which is a question, yes I do have confidence in altcoins but it depends on the type of altcoin, that is, I trust 90% of major altcoins while newer coins takes 10% because they are highly risky. Now to the other questions, yes I would use cryptocurrencies to shop once the possibility is there. For the cryptocurrency to use, I will go for ETH or BTC. For the market, I will wait more and the area where altcoins can attract more users will likely be in the gaming industry.
589  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Dump or HODL these coins? on: May 28, 2020, 08:34:25 AM
I must really salute you for being a long term holder, till the extent of holding all these coins. However, I have a particular number of coins I can hold and majority of them are top coins, nevertheless am not here to judge. To answer your question, I think you should sell a good number of these coins and keep only Tron, ETC and maybe Dogecoin. As for the rest, just sell it off and use the funds to buy more of BTC.
590  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is crypto.com investment legit and safe? on: May 27, 2020, 07:37:35 PM
I think the best way to know how legit a project is, it's by checking the project to know how far it has grown then comparing when the project was launched to its current state to know the changes if good or bad. Also, checking the team to know how active they are will also help in knowing more about the project. Now talking about this project, crypto.com, it is legit when considering when it was launched, how far it has grown and what has been achieved. The team are active and ever ready to work which of course has been seen on the growth of the platform.
591  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: The return of ICOs on: May 27, 2020, 07:14:10 PM
Considering what we passed through in the hands of ICO I do not think their coming back will be of any use because I don't think anyone will invest or maybe a big number of people won't invest. Also, taking into consideration the fact that there have been no ICO till date I don't think any team will have that idea of doing one because they will likely fail; therefore it is just better to stick with IEO for now since it has proven to be safer for both investors and team, in addition the exchange also matters in every IEO.
592  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is gambling another good use case for coin to have more demand? on: May 27, 2020, 06:53:40 PM
Can gambling use case help a project to have good value in future? I was following a project called blockstamp and after they introduce their online casino platform in 2019 the coin surge over 1$ from 0.12$ I think, is gambling another way to make a coin demanding? Do you gamble online? E g casinos?

The beauty of the crypto space is that there are many projects which have found wide uses in different spheres of industries out there. So crypto being used in gambling is just one of many ways through which crypto has been leveraged on to bring a change in the world. Therefore what I think is, if a crypto project is worth it and have the right team who are ready to work then their use case will really drive value to the platform; in the case of this particular project the team believed there can be a change in the gambling industry reason why it grew massively. So yes, gambling can make a particular coin (the project's coin) to be in demand but depends on the project though.
593  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Timing to Hodl tokens is very important. on: May 27, 2020, 06:35:11 PM
To be safe, it is not even wise holding most new projects for long term as a good number will likely bring in swapping, thus defeating the idea of holding, only few are worth holding. On the other hand, holding for short term might seems to work depending on the coin though. Nevertheless, when one needs to hold for long term, major coins are always adviced because they are already developed and will keep working to be better, while new projects after listing will start dumping from which some might not even recover from; that is to say in other words, new projects might be fit for short term holding. Now about timing in general, actually it matters only in new projects therefore buying early will give higher opportunity to hold and sell when in Profit; now long term or short term holding depends on the growth of the platform.
594  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Why is Telegram associated with fraudsters on: May 27, 2020, 06:25:58 PM
I won't agree that scammers, fraudsters etc are associated with telegram rather I will say fraudsters choose to stay put in telegram because it gives them the opportunity to see whom to scam. Also, this issue about scammers are rampant in exchanges groups because they are one of the few project's group that have huge members, that is to say more chances of seeing innocent people to defraud. Therefore it is extremely important for everyone to be careful of those they chat with on telegram.

596  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: New Fiat currencies on Exchange on: May 12, 2020, 07:31:41 PM
Binance has recently added five new fiat currencies for Latin Americans. Recently, Binance had closed its platform for trading. The exchange stopped its operations because of unexpected infrastructure default. Once again in March, Binance crashed due to overload. It is a good move to add more fiat currencies.

Yes it is a very good move to add more fiat currencies, this is because it will bring more exposure to the crypto space as people in those countries can now buy crypto with their fiat as well as selling to fiat; what I think Binance is doing with such move is to make cryptocurrencies to be at our disposal thus being traded the way we want. Also, Binance crashing because of overload shows that the number of users is increasing rapidly which I think can be attributed to the more addition of fiat currencies to its exchange.
597  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Extra weeks added to bounty campaign on: May 11, 2020, 06:40:48 PM

Bounty can be extended if the team are yet to meet their target and once it is extended, the participants can either choose to continue or stop. Thus, continuing in this type of bounty will depend on how good the project is, the bounty manager in charge, the allocation and how long the distribution will take place. Extending a bounty without increasing the allocation is not a good idea to me and this is where a good bounty manager comes into the picture, but if the allocation is increased and the project is worth it, that is, how committed the team is, then I don't mind continuing.
598  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: The bounty group is dead on: May 11, 2020, 06:23:02 PM
Some gift channel groups that no longer function, can they no longer be trusted as managers so that no projects will be managed by them?
Although some of these telegram groups are popular with the gifts they managed before.

@qqwx_bounty
@arnobs_bounty
@KrypitalBounty
@RoyalTeamBounty
@Officialbountyportals
@topbountymanager
@bountiesbybernard
@bountygroupp
@bingobounties
@bountiesbykopisusu
@bountycloud
@bountyhive
@adsistmediabounty
@BountySuiteSupport

If you check some bounty groups again now, you will find more to add to that list, funny enough some bounty groups on that list were all active last year but this year there tend to be a change in event, where new bounty groups are getting bounties and the old ones aren't, also where some bounty groups have many campaigns running and others just have 1 or 2. In my own opinion, it is not a matter of trust because I know some of the bounty groups used to have good and trusted bounties rather it is a matter of getting a legit bounty for hunters which is very important.
599  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Who knows about this Token 駒 塲 良 隆 ??? on: May 10, 2020, 03:14:34 PM
Recently to wallet ERC20 received in great amount Token 駒塲良隆

from wallet - etherscan.io/token/0x3d4f1203b7b32b07fb5f3bebe218c154aae023fd?a=0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000

What is this Token  ?

I don't even know the name let alone knowing about the token, with name in Chinese (or so I thought) I think the developer and sender was just playing around. Also from the supply which is totally unreasonable am of the opinion that it is one of these spam tokens, and hence, from all things it has no use and will be better you ignore it.
600  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Coindeal token CDL - Should I invest ? on: May 10, 2020, 03:01:26 PM
I hardly use this exchange, but the few times I had, there was no issues, nevertheless there have not been huge news about it when compared to other exchanges so I won't be mistaken for saying it isn't that prominent, however, matters about investing in any crypto depends on the investor and what he finds attractive in that project. Therefore in my own opinion, I will say you check the features and services about the exchange, how hardworking the team is, platform developments and so on and then decide if you will invest or not.
