3  Economy / Speculation / Re: I have USD 2000 to invest. Should I buy Bitcoins or gold? on: March 27, 2015, 08:12:55 PM
If you want to make 1 million dollars investing on bitcoins, you will need 2 million dollars,  its more likely you have to be willing to loss the half of your money trading on bitcoin. and thats not said just by me, it was also said by Andreas.

if you really want to invest on bitcoin, invest on the technology, invest on start ups, invest on skills
4  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Scalability problems, on-orbit full nodes? on: March 27, 2015, 07:55:37 PM
Im just curious about this... I'm really worried about scalability problems and maybe if thousands of decentralized nodes are on-orbit we may have a bright future?
I know that its not a reliable idea because a "small group" of people will be the ones who send the nodes, so they will be centralizing the network in some way, right?

maybe the Lightning Network is a much better an reliable idea, but well I just hope that scalability will not be a problem in the future.

Smiley
