Also, no go on PC reboot. New wallet upgrade still loses all previous wallets data.
Back on old version, but my coins are there.
THX
That is a big relief. I was gonna cry if I caused you to lose your coins. Ya no sweat, I really appreciate your help I just copied wallet address from my storage wallet (via status page lol) and am getting ready to try and send coins to it now... will let ya know You do not need to use the status page. You can just select your address and then press ctrl+c to copy the address in windows. (then ctrl+v to paste) To EVERYONE updating their wallet. This is not like most coins, it is obviously new code and your wallet DOES NOT save to the roaming directory. Your wallet file is located in a sub-directory of the folder you installed Sia to. I found it in C:\siacoin\win64\resources\sia\wallet SO that is the wallet you need to back up and that is where you need to put the backup in the new client to get your same addresses. Your my hero! Backed up that wallet and am using 3.3.1 now and all my coins and pre existing address is there for future payouts! Awesome dude, everything is in order now your the best! Thank you!! Going to try mining now on this wallet Your welcome I try and help. I hope not to many people lose sia upgrading their wallet if they don't backup the right place could be bad. Yeah, I think my 12 million SC are goners. If no way to connect with v3.2 and send the coins.. They're not gone. You simply need to execute Sia from the same directory as you did before. I put the v3.3 executable in the v3.2 folder, ran it, and it just sits unresponsive same as v3.2 executable does. No connections apparently.

I know where the wallet file is, but copying it into the newer version wallet folder DOES NOT WORK. That is what many of us are complaining about. My coins are trapped in v3.2, which is not functioning properly so I cannot send the coins to the newer version that way either.

My coins show in the old version too, but the wallet isn't functional, so I cannot send them to the newer version.

My 3.2 wallet will not seem to sync up. I see my SC in the Overview, but no block height.. it just sits there non-responsive. Any ideas?
Also, replacing the wallet file in the newer version doe not make my mined coins appear. Huh?

Trying to be the first to max out a CCB reserve for a swap coin. I will keep turning in Maplecoin until the CCB is gone.

I have mined 6 blocks with just 7 CPUs, but I would love to put my dual GPUs to work if they would actually work.

Duplicate coin name aside, I like this coin. It also helps that I got an *8 payout.

There's been a bit of confusion so I'll say it again:
Launch is on the 7th at noon EST. That's about 18.5 hours from the time this post was made.
A lot of people have been asking for features and tools like block explorers and mining pools. Please keep in mind that this coin is very young (fetus!), and doesn't have all the same infrastructure of some of the mature coins. But it will, we are actively working on building out the important parts of the coin. Thanks for being patient.
What? I thought this already launched. Is that why I have 13 blocks mined, but the wallet shows 0 SC?

Umm.. you do realize that there is already a Hayekcoin that launched a little while back. See the Anthem Vault website.

|

Are there any live nodes for GPUcoin?

Just started solo mining.. found a block in just a few minutes.

the old link on bitcointalk was a guest thread - this official one will allow us to communicate updates more clearly on Bitcointalk - some users on the old thread did not find our updates because of that.
the block chain just stopped .>> umm anyone here know what s going on? My wallet is up to date. It is possible that you were looking at a time when no mining was going on.

S-16 will start after block #684000
Sorry, had a duh moment.

Is this coin still active? Any update from Anthemvault? The one pool that was posted previously is no longer working ( http://inn.hash.sx/) - get an error when I try to add my wallet details. You can still solo mine as difficulty is low. That is what I am doing. Make sure to use the id/password provided in the conf file if you solo mine. I am checking weekly for the launch of their hayek coin and will post here when I see that it has launched. 5/8/15 Update: It looks like Hayek coin is active but you have to request for Anthem to provide you with a wallet. I put in a request and am waiting for a response. 5/13/15 Update: Here is how it works. You receive a Hayek coin wallet address on the Anthem Vault website. This is NOT a POW (mineable) coin. If you have gold in their vault you will be able to turn it into Hayek coins, with the ratio being 1 Hayek coin equals 1 gram of gold. As I understand it, the true value of Hayek coin will be the ability to make purchases with your gold, without having to have your gold physically in hand. This is assuming that Hayek coin becomes well established and accepted as payment as widely as Bitcoin. As the value of gold is ever-changing, so too is the value of a Hayek coin, but you can always turn your Hayek coins back into gold in the Anthem Vault if you wish. There is also mention of future coins for other precious metals being added.

Update - I tried a withdrawal again at coinqx, and it went through immediately. (I have 2 confirmations)
So coinqx.com is a totally real exchange IMO, and a perfectly good place to send your ISR.
Yes, I just saw that they reworked the exchange a bit and I had to put in my orders again that had been pending. I have some ISR up for sale there too, along with Koruna, eDollar and Schilling. Now we need more traffic on the exchange.

I deposited some ISR at coinqx yesterday after seeing the recommendation here, but I'm not sure if it's actually a functioning exchange or if I will ever be able to make any withdrawals. Can anyone verify having used coinqx?
I have used it (was bradfrogger before being hacked), and sold some ISR for DOGE.
