There are two choices when to leave the game. First leave the game as soon as you win enough winnings. Do not be greedy because it will lead to your loses if you don't stop. Second, only play with limited money and if your money for gambling is gone then leave the game and don't deposit again and wait for tomorrow to play because you will do some crazy bets if you do not lose your temper.
If you can manage to win and then cash them out to leave forever , that's good. But when you have got addicted and hard to leave , at least keep trying until get used to it. A lot of people having problem to stop and leave gambling bevause they did not even think about it , no wonder it is happened. |

See topic title. Me personally, a couple thousand $.  I will put it this way. If i cash out everything, meaning turn to fiat, i would be around couple of big $k in total loss (more or less). But since i wont do that, due to obvious reason, will wait for more appropriate time. But I wonder if i'll ever sell. Dude! Are you planning to keep your coins forever? Now is not the right time to sell out bitcoins but there was a time, just two days ago, and again there will be a time when selling out bitcoins will give huge profits. Also, sorry for your loss but don't get upset because it will be recovered soon. To think about recover your losses sometimes could make you under pressure. So better don't do it , just learn more and be patient more than you has before. Trading always about that , and profit will come to you by itself , don't forget to use only the amount that you can afford to lose. |

casino running illegally in my country,that so why not much casino here. most casinos operate secretly because afraid of being caught by police.
Even though there are lots of illegal casinos in my country, the police just leave them be and there is no crack down at all, but i barely patronize casinos at all, i am mostly a fan of bitcoin based online casinos. But there are about 1000+ casinos in my country most of them illegal though. Yeaaa i believe there's a lot of casino available only at a place like vegas or macau. Other than that , real casino stiill not considered as a common / comercial business openly. Even regulated under government , real casino not available as much as online casino i guess. |

you can save money while playing gambling games with putting enough strategy like if you won you'll gonna put the 60% of your money in your savings and the 40% you'll gonna use it again on playing gambling. its just a simple strategy yet powerful when it comes on saving money. yes it's hard to do this but I already did it so you can also do it.
That sounds like not a strategy at all for me lol , seriously? It is not bankroll management nor a plan that could save you from the greedy of you when it comes to gambling. People tend to gamble everything as long as there's money stored in your account, wasn't an easy task. |

You are correct that it's not possible to securely hold your coin and trade with it as keeping it on an exchange means you do not have the private key.
My advice would be not to put all your eggs in one basket. Open accounts at multiple exchanges and spread the risk. Only keep what you need for trading at the exchange and withdraw any profit whenever you can. Also always use a strong password and enable 2FA. If there are any signs of the exchange not being trustworthy, like holding withdrawals and not answering support queries then get out of there as soon as possible.
For this I limited my exchange trades dramatically. Because I don't want to take risk of losing my bitcoin. Even you're trading on the most trusted platform, you will have worries for your funds. Then you should take them outside the platform after you're done with your trade. If you are a high roller , better to split it to several exchanges. An exchange who run scam usually lured by that huge amount deposited , and we will always feel insecure. It is indeed any online service won't give you a safe haven like when you store it by yourself. |

Of course, to refuse gambling is very difficult for yourself, because it is a kind of dependence that does not seem to be a dependency, but on the contrary the player hopes to work a lot of money.
Those who consider gambling as a soruce of income or think that they will earn profit from it majority of the times fall in this prey and get hooked to it . This getting addiction to this is very easy in suh terms as they will keep coming inspite of huge loses and will take more debt from others as well to play the games . Thus witting becomes really difficult for such people unless they have strong will power to quit themselves . An addiction should be healed by a proper way , we can see there's a lot of psychiatrist , a gambling problem specialist etc out there. Simply go to them and pay for cure is really worth , rather than suffering worse and worse. Strong will is not enough , you need a real action such as what i have mentioned above. I'm curious, what other ways can you cure an addiction? Because you said proper way. Is there any improper way? Psychiatrists can really help you in a neurological level or meaning, in a deeper thinking. It's not enough to just have someone to talk to (if you are deep level addicted). You should do something about it if you want to be fixed. When you come to a psychiatrist or any other professional gambling healer you have done "something" . And if you read carefully i have explained everything that i know based on some people around me who have experienced it. Give it a try and let's talk again later. Goodluck crwth. So you mean a person should undergo rehabilitation all about how to give up gambling easily although it's hard for him. For me it doesn't need a mandatory to call for a psychiatrist in order to help those hard decisions to be managed well as giving up is the main concern here. A person should be willing to change his life before undergoing counceilings. How could you be able to have a will when you did not put an effort? Going for counselling is one of the effort and i strongly recommend to do it. Rather than do nothing just rely on your own self awarness i think there's no harm. |

I do believe in superstitions sometimes. Like what you've said to wear favorite shirts, to wear shoes that has experience in winning or you wore when you won a contest or something. And sometimes you just call it a lucky shirt or shoes. Still, while believing in it a part of me does not convince to believe. I mean there is a big difference in gambling and superstitions. And at the end of the day, your luck will tell you so.
If you believe in luck you will do superstitious things sometimes. It's not new to us especially for those who are long time gamblers, although we value our skills but we do believe in our luck as well. I think luck is not the thing that stopped in gambling, it is the thing that protects from defeat, I think luck will only be a surprise when we get a win on the random gambling we do Yes I agree most of the gamblers are very superstitious even before they gamble. I believe it's part of their culture especially in asian countries where they always believe like in yingyang, feng shui.. etc. These becoming their practices way back in the old years. this makes no sense when they link gambling with yingyang, feng shui and the like. I think that's the stupid thing they do to make them feel confident while gambling Not makes sense doesn't mean it should work right? Just take it easy , gambling always about to play something include play with the superstition itself. As long as you did not get addicted and doing crazy stuff that makes you or people around you get hurt , to believe in superstition is fine as it is fun. |

That also does not means that you are winning. This can be selective evidence. On the other hand, it is very easy to have this kind of results if you have a big bankroll. However, even months of winning does not provide that you can win in the long run, all it takes is just one bad run and all your previous earning is gone.
It is true and there is a challenge for us to position ourselves when the rotation feels impartial to us, All need time and a positive response. Think of a high-level gambler But everything is not as we define it. When we immediately gamble just what we have planned to keep reversing with the existing circumstances. Because the longer we sit at the gambling table our minds will get out of control and make all the planning in the stacking into chaos Even with bankroll management it is still hard to earn profit steady in the long run. There will always a time where you get stuck , lost bigger and deeper instead profitable. As gambling always lead people into negativity , that is what i know and i believe so far. that's what I mean ,, when someone gets a profit in the long run .., sometimes there is a time where we are stuck in the game bankroll .. but that circumstance we can avoid the way out and stop immediately when we realize it ,, because if not, , we will continue to run out of funds even beyond what we can So it is useless when you keep trying to make profit for long term in gambling right? As it is almost guaranteed for anyone to get lost in gambling as always and you just wasted your time for nothing. Better to looking for other way to make profit , yeaaa a reliable one. |

Doesn't makes any sense to relate it with religion  . Just stop it immediately whenever you think you have crossed the limit and loaing control. Don't think or even never think to recover your lost , it was the biggest mistake that common people always did. |

What should be done? I think when the price fell to analyze market and hope the price bitcoin back up because if the price goes up, the price of the bitcoin coin others will follow
in this case the alternative way to become productive is not to panic instead buy a lot of coin because the possibility to rise is always there.coin price is really not stable everybody can become profitable if we should properly observe the movement of the market. yes i agree sometimes people is always afraid of the unknown.even if a coin decreases a small amount we should not be panic on it because i think theres nothing to be afraid off i believe falling of the price is a great opportunity to buy and sell it if it will comeback to the normal price or maybe above the normal price. When the price dump most traders grab the opportunity to buy more at a lowest price. Yes true we should not panic on the downtrend of the market, instead buy back at the cheap price. Because eventually the value will recover and you can earn profit on doing so. Sometimes it is not goes as planned , everyone one to buy low. But instead you successfully bought it at low , the price continue dropping and you start frustating. You can do cut loss when you think it won't be a good situation for you , but keep holding itself there's no harm as it is part of the taking risk. |

No, never tried it and wouldn't do it either. Work is important to me and would not skip it just to gamble. I'll play after work and during weekends only. If you have this mentality then you are really addicted to gambling. What would happen to you if you skip and just gamble? You might lose you work because of this. Not advisable.
But still the desire to win in gambling could beat everything include your work time. And that time i think you are considered as an addict and have a serious problem in gambling. A normal player won't do that ridiculous action , gambling should really treat as a way to having fun , not as a trouble maker. |

I bet everything. Football (American), basketball, college football, college basketball, baseball, tennis, boxing/ufc, hockey may be only American sport I don't really bet. I also have a guy that advises syndicates give me bets for football (soccer) and horse racing.
I don't like or dislike any particular sport. Some are more enjoyable to watch than others for sure but the money's all the same.
Yeaaa we will always bet on several sports , but usually tend to certain sport and it was soccer mostly. As that sport is the most loved and known one compared to any other sports. American bettor might really love to bet on american football , but it is not popular enough outside US. We actually would like to be with our local games, in our country basketball is very popular so I bet local and international. Maybe it's good to focus only in one sport in gambling so we can have more time to analyze the match up, to many match up to analyze will result to a lesser chance, until your are a full time gambling but still not advisable. Local games which not popular enough make the bet options limited. I don't like when have to gamble with few options offered only , you will have less luck with that. Don't know why , always feel like that. A sports like basketball better than the american football or cricket imho. |

No, I have no problem with gambling. I take it as a little entertainment for which you need to set a money limit so as not to lose all the money and at the same time enjoy it.
It's great to see people having no problem with gambling and definitely can control themselves. There are a lot of people struggling with gambling because of their addiction to it, It's definitely not healthy and at the same time, their losing their money with it and it's not good. Relationships with people would end up destroyed if they continue gambling. Yes it is nice to see people not a problem gambler and usually set a limit for themselves when playing gambling. In gambling there is a need of self control, decision making, and setup limit for themselves. Because these would help not to be a problem gambler at the end. I doubt that people could really set a limit and control themselves everyday. As at some point they will try to break it and make money successfully for a while. To het lost in the end and full of regret then , i have seen something like that more often than those people who get profit steady in gambling , we are mostly have gambling problem. |

Whenever and whatever I win I prefer to withdraw 70% of it and either save it in my wallet or if I look good opportunity in trading then invest those funds in good altcoins from where I can make regular profits as gambling again with profits can be risky as there are more chance of loosing that money.
I think it is a hard task to keep repeating it , to always withdraw 70% profit everytime. You need a consistency which it is sounds like a bullshit when it comes to gambling . You know what? As always greedy will takeover your decision to keep playing rather than withdraw it. |

In sports betting as a gamble i will use strategy just like in boxing, i will use analysis of boxers like tale of the i will try to find who has the height and reach advantage, will do research on their previous fights and their coaches and traning team also affects the boxers.these is how i analyse the game for strategical betting.
Statistics and head to head analysis work only on spirtsvetting so yeaa people will use it before start placing bets. You cannot imagine how could work when you do analysis on a random generated number such as dice game. I will say it as a superstition not a real analysis skill. |

Gambling is fast and you will have a fast time to lose too. It will be hard for those people that only gambles but don't know how to trade. I'm a gambler and also a trader but I find it more profitable in trading because it gives me a lot of chance to earn unlike in gambling when you lose, it's hard to recover almost everything. well, gambling is very fast can make a lot of money for us. but, if you're not lucky, it could backfire for you. honestly, I prefer trading from gambling, because trading still has a great chance to benefit from gambling. Both involve risk but gambling risk can neither be analyzed nor be mitigated. Also, trading gives us huge profits while gambling is not even a mean of earning. Gambling is a game while trading is a profession and traders are seen with more respect as compare to gamblers. At least, I do. Actually trading sometimes feel like a game , yeaaa a game of money / game of predicting. Both is so similar , but basically trading considered as a legitimate one to get a profitable income. As gambling is -EV , you cannot expect always having profit there. |

It just happens whenever I saw the price pump up so high. Then I can't hold my self from selling it for some profit.
The fact I regret it now because bitcoin pumped even more and more
Actually you will never be able to sell your coin at the right time accurately on top of the price. But at least when you see such a pump signal , you should be ready to sell. Just make sure you did not sell it too early by making a lot of analysis from a lot of sources. Yeah everyone says that buy low and sell high but no one exactly knows which is the highest price to sell as if you would have sold at $4500 thinking that its too high then today you would have seen the price of $4700 and at that time you would regret for not holding them longer so there is no perfect time or price to sell but sell it when you are making good profits from it without any regrets. Just look at the market situation based your own knowledge , if you know already about the bubble. Maybe that time is the right time to sell your coins , as the market in not normal rates leading to drop price later. Sell it step by step , don't go allin as it might just give you a full of regret. |

I would just like to hear your opinions, Which is more profitable, Day Trading where you can profit through buying the dips and selling when it pumps repeatedly, or Long term HODLing where you buy the dip and only sell it when it goes up 5 to 10 times its price value?
Well both are profitable but it depends on your capital, if your capital investments is high then you will get more profit in day trading and the best thing about long term investment is if your capital is low still you get some good profit amount. And it depends also in what coin you're holding if its for long term or just a day trading. There are coins that are more profitable in long term like just watch the market and let it sleep in your wallet and go back after some years. And some are day trading like you need to closely track and the coin is hype or active in the market. You should make sure you are not trade a shitcoins that live for a couple months even weeks only. Choose wisely a popular coin for your long term holding and a new promising coin for the short term. I do both by the way , for balancing my income, current and future profit should be planned. |

My own prediction can be around $5k or nearly $5k value but more on that its impossible for me to see that price and i think the price of bitcoin are really over value if you compare the price from last year movement and today it is really high price increased..
bitcoin prices are now beginning to approach the 5000 $ and looks will be an increase again. maybe the price range that will be reached is about 5000 $ to 6000 $. there are still plenty of opportunities to improve as there are currently some positive sentiments that can make bitcoin a good response in the cryptocurrencies market. After Bitcoin breakout $5,000 we will have correction price of Bitcoin on market, this price is target of most trader on market in recent. Therefore, if you have Bitcoin want take profit, you should create more option target helps you avoid situation miss highest price. Everyone looks like believe that the correction will come and happened soon after reached $5,000. But since the price move up from $2,000 to $4,000 there is no real correction leading to a stable price. The value of bitcoin even getting higher time after time , so does maybe when it reach $5,000? |
