I was searching for short domain names to buy that are still not taken like graberr.com , then I was getting into names starting with "git..."" and then "bit...". And at that point randomly stumbled on bitcoin by checking a website with the neam bit in it.
I friggin lucky moment.
And that totally threw off the rest of my day buying domains  Wink

Bit mining has my head spinning. I can't wait to get in this.

Hey everyone, I am interested in bitcoin mining.
I haven't been a big hardware guy up to now. Mostly into SEO software and building websites for profit.
But am inspired by the concept of electricity consumption to digital currency arbitrage. Skipping the whole marketing and selling steps.

May be a challenge here in Japan, with electricity at about 27cents per KWh. Any one in Japan running profitable rigs?

Or will have to figure out how to remote mine. And set up a rig back in Canada 7 or 8 cents per KWh.

I just joined the forum and stopped lurking because I saw an excellent price for 4 mining rigs, mostly 6970s and 6950s (13 cards and all the hardware) for $2500. But only in bitcoins. It's a new member with no selling history who says they are moving to an apartment.
I want to buy it, but would only risk that kind of money using an escrow service.
So I'm looking for a bitcoin escrow service now.
