I also received the email to
Dear Sir/Madam.

We can see from our records that you have selected to receive a bonus Titan miner as part of the 2 for 1 offer we ran last year. Due technical issues in the selection process the Titan miner was not correctly registered as a choice and not accounted for. In this case we would like to offer you the following options instead of receiving the bonus Titan miner.

Option 1: Swap the bonus Titan miner for a free Neptune miner expected to ship within the next few weeks.

Or

Option 2: Receive a BTC payment of 3 Bitcoins per bonus Titan miner you were entitled to. (If you select this option please provide a BTC wallet address with your confirmation)

Please reply to this email to confirm your choice before the end of business 17:00 CET on Friday 3rd of April.

Thank you.
KnCMiner Team.

What would you guys do?   I already have a neptune,  and 3 btc for compensation seems very low.

Correction to what I said, they are now saying that they will not give the Titan and that I have to chose either option.  A used old piece of Neptune, that they have no more need of or 3 BTC ($700) in place of the miner that was retailing for $6995.00  Angry This is complete BS

You don't have to choose the options shown, note that they said "we would like to offer you the following options instead of receiving the bonus Titan miner."
I take this to mean that you still have the Titan as offered, however, you can select one of the following different options.
I received the same email, so its just a blanket email that's been sent out to all people who selected bonus Titans.  I replied that I still want the bonus Titan and would like to know when it will be shipped, as it was agreed to be shipped at the tail end of the Titan batch 2.  I'm still waiting for their reply.

I believe they are only wanting to get rid of the old Neptune equipment, that they have been mining with for months, so that they have room for the Solar Miners, remember, they did the same this with the Super Jupiter's.  It's been 4 months since it was announced and they must be getting close to getting sample chips now.
