It is very difficult to find a really high quality and free publication on the internet, as such services are usually paid and these broadcasting rights are purchased by certain companies. Although I will not be able to advise you, I would like to point out that all the services you will use for free will generally be of poor quality broadcast, but no broadcast you will buy and watch from here will be of poor quality. Therefore, if you do not expect free advice, the best advice I can give you is to use a paid service.
This is the best advice actually. These free streaming sites are complete trash, full of malware always lagging and simply a big hustle to navigate through. The free guy above can't even come up with his own reply and copied mine  .

I have never sold any dead account.
In some cases acc might get blocked.
If that happens I will give all my clients to choose between replacement or refund.
I do not owe money to anyone.
If you were not satisfied with the account and it was blocked then why you are not contacting me directly? I would refund the money you paid.

How is OP trying to scam?
Based on the feedback Vod left for him he has been asking for loans several times in the past. Is that why you think he is trying to scam?
If it it's about money, that is where the escrow comes in. He can't really scam the escrow.
Csmiami should know more. Maybe he can fill us in. Somehow I doubt it's a currency exchange he is after.
Check his feedback escrow wont help in this case when he changes account info the next day aka when escrow is released!
Based on the feedback he gave to the OP, he may be one of the buyers of the OP, same with the other user who gave him another neg feedback on the same date.
