I called this scammer out when I saw him here. The scammer said that he was willing to post a signed message from an old address to show that he is the original owner of the account, but hasn't done that so far. Seller does not honor the terms of trade and disregards any agreements made. Even if you have agreed to buy for a fixed price, and ask for a short period to reserve the account to get the btcs, and even if the seller accepts, he will sell it to the highest bidder with no warning. Buyers, negotiate with caution with this seller - he won't take you seriously unless you are ready to pay him right now.
