1  Economy / Reputation / Sorry For Posting A Loan Without Reading The Rules On Here on: May 20, 2015, 04:04:12 AM
About a week ago I posted one of my BTCJam loans on here without offering collateral. I honestly did not read the recommended thread about asking for loans. I want to apologize for doing this, and unfortunately it ruined my trust rating. My main goal was to simply make a post as an apology to not do this again, and hopefully in the long run earn verified trust throughout the site. Thank you.
2  Economy / Lending / Re: 2nd Loan Posted On BTCJam - Good ROI - 60 Day - First Loan Paid 2 Weeks Early on: May 14, 2015, 05:03:06 AM
I am just confused on why people think I am asking for a loan through this site. I am directing a link to BTCJam. All my loans are done through that platform, and this post only applies to those who use that system, and trust that system. So I am just confused on why people are trying to relate that to asking for a loan through this website which is not the case. I'm merely posting a link in which a loan is done in an entirely different place in which that platform has its own policies for late payments/ no payments etc.

I also want to point out that I am not mad at anyone for being concerned, I am just dissapointed further efforts aren't looked into before making negative comments. I am mad at the simple fact that it is extremely time consuming becoming legalized as a company for Bitcoin. I run this on my own, and making sure every policy is in compliance and in place is very stressful and extremely time consuming. When someone questions my legitimacy, my natural reaction will be angry because it is honestly a complete false image. I viewed this site really as a posting forum for legitimate people to post ads or requests in relevant sections, and for those who were interested could respond, and for those not, to simply just ignore.

Its not that hard. You can find me on Local Bit Coins, and you can find my first successful loan on BTCJam. For those who really cared about credibility, you can look up my Money Service Business registration on the FinCen page which would even give you more personal details as well. That all seems like too much work though doesn't it? Its just much easier to hit a negative trust button. It's fine, I'll refrain from further posts on here and stick to a platform which is more suitable for small businesses trying to expand. Thanks for reading atleast.

There won't be a next time at all period. I just hope that the efforts of the 6+ people who found the time to leave me a negative comment to a 100% trusted and law abiding Bitcoin user, will atleast go to the absolute extremes to deal with someone with more substance.
6  Economy / Lending / Re: 2nd Loan Posted On BTCJam - Good ROI - 60 Day - First Loan Paid 2 Weeks Early on: May 14, 2015, 04:27:47 AM
I am not asking "your" community members to do anything they don't want to. I am also not asking for a loan through this site. Sorry you all get so jumpy at the chance to take a stab at someone who is actually extremely credible when it comes to Bitcoin.
7  Economy / Lending / Re: 2nd Loan Posted On BTCJam - Good ROI - 60 Day - First Loan Paid 2 Weeks Early on: May 14, 2015, 04:20:36 AM
I am not asking for a 4BTC loan in THIS FORUM. I am asking for those that are interested that I have a loan up on BTCJam for those that use that platform. Sorry you all can't seem to read a simple forum post.

I'm sorry you feel that way, however if you read correctly I said investing in reliable companies is the key to success. Calling me a scam however is beyond unreasonable considering you have absolutely no factual information to support your claim. I have a 100% feedback rating on LBC, as well as a successful paid off loan which was done 2 weeks prior I might add. I'm also registered in every aspect of the law, beyond what many Bitcoin users probably care to partake in. If you do not want to invest then don't, but I'm not going to be called a scam when my operation is within all regulations of the law.

I have my 2nd loan posted on BTCJam after a successful first loan which was paid off two weeks in advance. If you are looking for a safe place to invest your Bitcoin, BTCJam offers a great and safe platform for you to do so. Investing in reliable companies is the key to successful investments, and thats what T.R.L Bit Trade is here to offer. For anyone interested, you can find the posting here:

10  Economy / Trading Discussion / How Much $$$ Are You Willing To Risk Trying To Live By Selling Bitcoin? on: May 12, 2015, 03:41:59 AM
When i first started out this year, I truthfully thought it was possible to live week to week by selling Bitcoin solely by the supply and demand of people paying markups for instant Bitcoin. However, after dropping all the high risk trading methods, I moved on to just Western Union and Moneygram, where you can probably consistently do about 10% profit margin. Any profit is good profit, but at this rate, even if you could invest $5000 a week, you are only making $500 a week which is not sufficient enough compared to a decent full time paying job with stability. Its also pretty crazy to even think about risking $5000 for that kind of return while you undergo the waiting week for Bitcoin to arrive. The price can jump down instantly, and even if it sparks up, there hasn't been big spikes in one week for a long time. With this all being said, how much are full time traders risking to actually make it worth their while? Its just hard for me to imagine any normal person risking $10,000 a week in an attempt to make $1,000. I understand you can probably try and push closer to 20% roi, but for very safe methods, its highly unlikely you can do that much volume at that type of percentage. If it was that easy, obviously we would all be living comfortably and wouldn't need to scope the forums for ideas or questions. I guess I am just trying to find out if there is actually anyone out there living week by week solely on profits from Bitcoin, and if so, how much are you honestly risking to do so?
11  Economy / Economics / Re: What Will it Take For BTC to Reach $1000? on: May 07, 2015, 09:31:25 PM
There was hope about a month and a half ago when Bitcoin rose over $300, then it dropped about $50 in 24 hours it was unreal. I think it will take a miracle to be honest. One day you will wake up, and Bitcoin will just keep rising and rising! Thats probably the only hope it has because I don't see anything by the looks of it which can give us more concrete evidence for predicting that price jump.
12  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoins are so expensive on Ebay? on: May 06, 2015, 07:51:13 PM
To answer your question on why people need bitcoin so badly, is the same reason people will pay %20 - %40 at times on LBC and other websites. There are many gamblers who lose and in frustration need to obtain Bitcoin as soon as possible to fill their problem. People also may need to pay a loan off and can't wait a week for Bitcoin to arrive from their exchange. Other people may not like the invasive information many exchanges require, which results in those users paying high markups to obtain their Bitcoin.

In regards to the main topic, a seller of Bitcoin on ebay will lose 12.5% of their total sale due to fees. Right off the bat, a seller is going to automatically markup bitcoin 12.5%, and then on top of that, add anywhere from 30-40%. If someone does 10 trades, and 3 people attempt chargebacks, that extra 30-40% per trade would still allow the seller to atleast break even or make a little bit of profit at the end of it.
13  Economy / Services / Offering Step By Step Services For Obtaining Your MSB License + BSA/AML Policy on: May 06, 2015, 07:45:03 PM
It is important to know the rules and laws you are required to abide by as a Money Transmitter in your jurisdiction. If you are trading Bitcoin, you are indeed in many places considered a Money Transmitter. This would require you to register as a Money Service Business to operate legally within the United States (different countries and jurisdictions may require something different. On top of this, you would also have to develop a BSA/AML policy in regards to how you operate and function. Coinbase and other exchanges will actually shut your account down without warning if you fail to provide one and fall under a Money Transmitter. The reason I know this personally is because when I was unaware of licenses, I was shut down at one point in time. If you're new to Bitcoin trading, this can seem stressful, and very confusing. It could also cost hundreds to thousands of dollars to talk with lawyers and have them develop these requirements for you. With T.R.L Bit Trade, aside from our trading services, we also provide a guidance service for a small one time payment of 0.25 BTC. That has ranged from $50-60 USD the past week. Our guidance gives you step by step instructions on how to apply for a MSB License, what forms you are required to fill out, and also how to go about developing a BSA/AML Policy. Keep in mind, we cannot fill out this information for you, but we can provide you a very simple guide on how to go about this without paying an insane amount of money for someone to do it for you. If you are nervous about paying for something without receiving a service, we can surely develop a small contract to state the services we will offer in return for your payment.

If you are interested, you can head to my website which is being slowly but surely worked on. http://www.trlbittrade.com/services.html
Fill out the form on the bottom and I will be able to contact you there. If you want to know a little bit about me personally, here is a brief overview. I have an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Administrations of Criminal Justice. My business T.R.L Bit Trade is registered, and I have BSA/AML policies in place as a registered Money Service Business. My goal is to help new bitcoin users become aware of things they may want to consider before trading, at a low and affordable cost.
14  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why Bitcoins are so expensive on Ebay? on: May 06, 2015, 01:56:55 PM
This topic can go on and on, but there really is something uniquely different about Ebay and Paypal. Ebay actually does have a digital goods policy and allows for digital goods to be sold as long as it follows their criteria of where you're placing the ad. There is no mention of not being able to sell Bitcoin, and if you read carefully, Ebay's policy on Digital Goods actually seems very good for Bitcoin sellers. With this being said, both of these companies will have a Bitcoin platform through Braintree within the year.

Now we get to Paypal, they do not have a Digital Goods policy, so now you are dealing with two companies using one system. The chargeback is going to go through Paypal, and when you provide Paypal with information you're gonna say... "Hey! I followed Ebay's terms and conditions, the trade was done through ebay, and my ad was posted according to how Ebay wanted it. The seller agreed to ebays terms and conditions, as well as my policies before playing the order". Paypal is simply going to say, "we do not have a policy for seller protection on digital goods". Only thing you can do from there is basically call Ebay as they are honestly going to be the ones to fight for you in this circumstance. All I know, is that by reading both Paypal and Ebay's terms and conditions, I am suprised people sell more directly through paypal than they do on ebay.
15  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buying Bitcoin at or below spot on: May 06, 2015, 01:24:57 PM
Coinbase Exchange. Its really the only way to buy bitcoin instantly at or near the going exchange rate. You will need to load money to your US Dollar Wallet though and that takes a week to do unless you have a credit card. Regardless, once you have those funds you can go to the exchange part of coinbase and see real time deals going on and find the lowest deal close or below market value.
16  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would You Drop Your Current Bitcoin Exchange For One That Allows Paypal Payments on: May 05, 2015, 07:52:08 PM
At this current moment, my endeavor has been put on hold mainly because I am trying to work something out with paypal in regards to these types of transactions. The seller is honestly the one that will always be at risk in these situations because there is simply no stopping a reversal with digital goods. The only way to combat this, is to ship out a paper wallet with tracking and insurance, or ship out simply the receipt of purchase as a physical good. This would then require atleast 1 day users have to wait to receive it, and users can still claim it as not described or not working which poses another threat. Ideally, if there is a company that can truly offer a Bitcoin Paypal service, they can greatly succeed. I can honestly say that Paypal has worked with me and does allow me to accept payment for bitcoin, but at this moment they still do not have policies to protect my account chargebacks. Payza is another method I was thinking of implementing as a sole payment, but for some users its not a simple and easy way for signup, and Payza already has a method of purchasing bitcoin through them.

I will be accepting Payza next week.
18  Economy / Trading Discussion / Starting New Bitcoin Exchange Website With Almost Instant Funding + Low Fees on: May 04, 2015, 02:24:44 AM
I am starting a new Bitcoin Exchange website that will be dedicated to providing almost instant BTC funding, with low fees and markups. I want your guys help to see what you want out of an exchange that offers instant BTC. Because it is starting out as a small endeavor, keep in mind I will only be able to do so much as I begin. For instance, the website may not be fully finished, I won't have an incredible balance to accept large purchases just yet, and funding Bitcoin may take up to 12 hours as I do need sleep, and will be running this operation on my own.  Payza, Visa, MC, WU, MG, and Cash Deposits and Transfers to Bank Of America and TD Bank will be accepted. My goal is to analyze the dozens of exchanges out there who offer an instant Bitcoin purchase, and beat their prices and exchange rates. The website will eventually be fully functional here: http://www.trlbittrade.com/

Terms and conditions will be finalized soon. If you guys have some suggestions on how I can make this successful please let me know. I want to add paypal as a payment method, but until I finalize some stuff out with Paypal I won't be able to offer it just yet.
19  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Would You Drop Your Current Bitcoin Exchange For One That Allows Paypal Payments on: April 30, 2015, 12:37:49 PM
Generally, the seller of Bitcoin takes 100% of the risk when taking money for Paypal. If you are a buyer, you have the control to ideally chargeback any transaction you want to. So in theory, the website which I mentioned is ideally the platform that takes all the risk. However, if you do not live in the United States, then this probably has no use for you because there are probably methods which allow you to buy bitcoin a lot easier than here in the United States. The website i am looking to develop accepts all major credit and debit cards, but that is the standard of almost any site which is why I didn't bother to mention it. The biggest difference would be the low % fees for using those methods. Someone who replied posted about Circle, and I love Circle but also think they can improve in some areas and I would try to incorporate those ideas in this development. One of them being raised limits for instant buying of Bitcoin. I'm not going to lie its really hard to develop new and improved ideas because of just how many exchanges there are these days. Any ideas would be great and I surely will take them into consideration.
20  Economy / Trading Discussion / Would You Drop Your Current Bitcoin Exchange For One That Allows Paypal Payments on: April 30, 2015, 03:35:06 AM
I am trying to develop a new website which allows you to buy, sell, trade, and even invest Bitcoin almost instantly, and I need your opinon! This website is going to be different in two major ways. The first way, is that the website is going to accept Bitcoin purchases almost instantly through the methods of: Paypal and Paypal My Cash as the major payment source. Secondly, we are going to compare markup % rates from all other exchanges that allow instant BTC purchases, and offer as low as a markup % we can offer. My question to you is, would you even consider purchasing Bitcoin through paypal, and if so, do you think this website would be more appealing or separated enough from other websites.

I am accepting paypal as a major funding source due to a safer sending method to avoid chargebacks. Once you make a purchase, part of the markup % on the exchange is actually going directly towards shipping which will contain the entire receipt of purchase, blockchain transaction, and confirmation that it was directed to your wallet of choice. You will need a verified paypal address in order to make purchase, and will have to agree to the terms and conditions. (Terms and Conditions will basically state you agree to pay for what is listed, agree to what is going to be shipped both physically and digitally, and agree to no reversals or cancelation unless stated otherwise between buyer and seller)

There will also be other things included like investment opportunities, discounts for long time users, and a sell platform which will actually pay you decently if you sell through the site. So long story short, is there a big enough market for anyone to want to buy Bitcoin with paypal enough to use this service, rather than paying a higher markup % at another service? Are there any ideas or models you would want included as a buyer?
