Sevilla can finish better than Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, it must be very appreciated. No one can predict Sevilla to be 2nd place in La Liga at the beginning of this season, it is very surprising that they are now in the runner-up place. Sevilla only needs to maintain their current position, no need to force luck of getting the title. This is football, anything is possible. I cannot tell Sevilla to be relaxed with second place. Sevilla deserve the first slot. If Barcelona and ATM are struggling to be in top 4 shows that many things happened in the league this season. So Sevilla winning the league will part of the joy. They should remain focused, who knows if real Madrid can make some expensive mistakes and Sevilla will emerge. Barça was completely changed the predictions in the UEFA, and this is mainly due to coach Xavi, who many doubted could rebuild the team (yes, I was one of them). From a state of deep depression after the knockout in the Champions League and withdrew after falling to the Europa League, with little hope of being able to win it, the Barcelona team reached the round of 16, and I believe they will be able to pass not only Galatasaray, but also reach the final.
Dont get too excited quickly , there is plenty of time for xavi to build a real team power .. and also at the same time the high hopes and hype could destroy their current excellent form. I wont really surprised if then they are back into a bad form trend to get losing back to back as you might know rebuilding a team like barcelona takes time! And xavi needed it at least for the next 1 full season to fully recover the team. I still believe they can fail to pass galatasaray , mark my words. |

I will be surprised to see Liverpool dropping points honestly since West Ham isn't in its best shape comparing to LFC imo. For Manchester derby, it is weird that the odds didn't change, I have the feeling even ManU fans are betting against their team  You know, all the whole we've been focused on Manchester City getting to lose a game whole hoping that Liverpool Fc will win there fixtures. It just downed on me now that, Liverpool also could also loose a game and that would put Manchester City right on top of the league. Frank lampard has another tough game this week and I don't think he can't have all the three points in this game, Tottenham are in needs of the three points too and are the favourite,I predict 2-2 draw or Tottenham could win 1-2.

After seeing what Frank Lampard and his boys did8 in there last game against Manchester City, you could tell Spurs are in for a very tough game and Frank L can easily bag all 3 points. United is tracking Rudiger's Chelsea situation, apparently as Maguire's replacement. Rangnick is supporting him publicly but he's made too many mistakes and United needs another senior player at CB anyway.
Rudiger would be cheap since his contract is expiring but it remains to be seen if he would not switch to Manchester due to loyalty to Chelsea. Somehow I doubt it though.
The other option mentioned is Barca's Araujo, he's having a really good season there.
Manchester United to go for Antonio Rüdiger? It would be really wonderful on their behalf as they are really bad at defending now. Manchester United have conceded many goals due to simple mistakes so far. Maguire is not a reliable defender I'm afraid. And he can even be one of the most disappointing defender transfers in the club history too. If Manchester United create a better defensive line for next season, they can be more assertive for even the title too. But when it comes to Rüdiger transfer, I don't see their chance as high as there are bigger clubs in line already. It's a rare case where chelsea players directly join club rival and i dont think rudiger would be one of them , he's typical loyal player who will not making anybody get hurt despite yeah we have seen i all how rudiger being antagonistic and agressive in the field , i still dont think rudiger could do that to chelsea fans. Real Madrid got a pretty tough opponent, Real Sociedad, yes they played pretty well even though they were beaten by Atletico Bilbao by a distant score. But overall they are a good team, so Real Madrid shouldn't underestimate them if they don't want to get a bad result. Moreover, they are under threat from Sevilla who are still stuck in second place in the standings. They must maintain hope by winning this match.

 Everton have made an official inquiry regarding the level of officiating in their matches. Not just the Rodri handball but for other games as well. Would be interesting to see what this results in. Surely, the points wont change but hopefully VAR improves on itself and make lesser errors. I was really shocked when even VAR made a wrong decision about that very clear penalty. It was an obvious handball and Rodri also blushed after this incident. He also knew that it was a certain penalty. I just don't understand how they can make a huge mistake while there is a great system like VAR. They watch an incident many times to make sure about their decision. But it looks like the referees there should improve themselves to make better decisions in the future. I just read an update on that.  "Premier League clarify that the VAR team didn't think there was conclusive evidence that the ball hit Rodri more in the red area of the arm than the green. Nothing to do with offside" but even with that explanation, im not satisfied with the result. It clearly looks like the ball hit the red zones conclusively enough. What are your thoughts on that? There is nothing called 100% sure , even with VAR .. those guys behind the monitor have to make a decision as quick as possible based on that video evidence , i would tolerate for once or twice mistakes as human being ... errors are just normal thing. All the big teams have won this week. Nothing changed. Real Madrid, Sevilla, Barcelona, Atletico and Villarreal got three points. The loser of the week was Real Betis. I don't think they can stay in third place for very long. All three teams from behind will pass them. Especially Barcelona has caught a big break lately. They even have the potential to be second. Atletico Madrid also recovered. If they beat Betis next week, the standing will change anyway.
Even with how good Betis is playing this season i dont think they will be able to keep their top 4 spot that leads into the champions league. Both Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are now on a winning streak and getting back into form so for Betis it will be really difficult to try and survive in the top 4 of the laliga. Yupp that's true. Real betis last 12 matches still have to face big teams like real madrid, barcelona , valencia, bilbao and the nearest one against atletico madrid. They might ended up in europa league spot at tops! Barcelona and atletico madrid will try with their last and full power to push into the champions league spot at all cost. No chance for betis? I wont say it either. |

Well if they are cutoff from SWIFT, this won't be a laughing matter. Russia needs those connection to continue to access money that flows in return for its resources like Natural Gas. Raising funds from Bitcoin won't be very effective because its pretty minuscule in the grand scheme of things, especially compared to the kind of money needed to keep a war going. Economic sanctions take time and they do weaken economies and inflict hardships on the common populace. I do agree though that there is little that sanctions can do to a nation hell-bent on belligerence. Examples DPRK and Iran. For those who thinks that the war might giving bitcoin a place and going to lift bitcoin price up .. isnt it escalated too quick ? I still can even think that such events would only giving us uncertainity and when there is uncertainity spread around the globe especially around bitcoin community .. you can expect a false bullish. He has 6 goals and 9 assists in 31 games with Inter this year. I doubt if he will be able to fill Pogba's place. His performance in the Turkish national team has always been the subject of discussion for Turkish football fans. The team's performance greatly affects Hakan. He has ranged shots, yes, but I don't know how successful he can be in the Premier League. I think he should continue his career in Italy. The English league may be too difficult for Hakan. He still has that capacity to become a maestro in the midfield. Just look at how calhanoglu making passes after passes , the astonishing freekick specialist and many more skills that can replace pogba at cheaper rates. Arsenal and Tottenham have still more chance than Manchester United and West Ham for the fourth spot in the standings now. Because Arsenal have three missing matches and Tottenham have two. And the point gap with Manchester United - West Ham duo is really small. When they play all of their missing matches, they can get ahead of that duo and we can watch a bigger competition between Arsenal and Tottenham maybe. But it is still hard to be sure about something. Because none of these teams are very consistent these days.
It might appear to be so for Arsenal but when you look at Tottenham, the chances that they might advance above Manchester United in the league table are pretty small. We can say this for West Ham United but its more unlikely to be the case for Manchester United. Spurs haven't been a very consistent team, just as Manchester United but, when they win these days, it comes with a good goal margin. It's been a while since Arsenal made it to the top four and with Manchester United's performance this season, I think Arsenal just found there ticket to the UCL. Arsenal have 3 games in hand with 45 points currently which means the maximum points that they could earned are 54pts while manchester united and west ham sitting at 4th and 5th with 47 & 45pts. Huge advantage for arsenal who will have to face watford , leicester and liverpool. Realistically they would beat watford , get a draw with leicester and losing to liverpool , 4 points realistically which it's still bring them to the top 4. |

But the most attracting game was Barcelona - Athletic Bilbao actually. Because I really like to watch this version of Barcelona now. Xavi has started applying his system to the team very successfully from now on. And it resulted in an embarrassing result for Athletic Bilbao, 4-0.
Amazing Barcelona. This club is really increasing, moreover after Aubameyang is there. Xavi is also doing great to bring Barcelona so far. With the last result, 4-0 defeating Athletico Club, now Barcelona is in the 4 standing. ANd I am sure that they will take over Real Betis's position in the third because they still have 1 match again vs Elche. Barcelona should have a bigger chance to win and then pass Real Betis and becomes in third place. We have been so long time underestimating Barcelona because of some complex problems had by this club. But, Xavi really can prove that this club can be riisng up again. They are now has scored 12 goals in the last 3 matches , 4 goals for each game and it's not against average team indeed. Should we called barcelona is finally back? As usual, Bayern Munich won their game this week. Surely this result keeps their points from Dortmund. It's really hard work for other teams, to break Bayern Munich's dominance in the Bundesliga.
Their chances are wide open to win the title again this season. I would like to congratulate Bayern Munich before the league really ends.
Bayern Munich is one of my favorite football teams this year. But they missed a lot of chances in yesterday's match, which scares me a bit. 70 minutes passed before Sane scored, and there was no other goal in the match. Whereas they took over 20 shots and most of them were good. Kevin Trapp performed very well and conceded only 1 goal  We see that Bayern has a problem on defense. Davies was a very important player for this team, I hope he gets better soon. At the end of the season, Bayern need to buy new defense players for the team It's classic bayern munich , they always dominating the whole game. Making 20 or 30 shots in a match with 60-70% ball possession it's like a routine for them , of course bayern munich are everyone favorites as they rare losing but it gives you very low odds so im not really a big fan of this kind of team. Nothing new , just another day in bundesliga with bayern munich struggle to score against a 10th club. |

Manchester United are going to struggle in the remaining time of the season a lot as it seems. They gave everyone hope after winning two weeks in a row in the Premier League. But all that effort was in vain in the Watford game. They took control of the game and found so many goal opportunities. But they wasted all of those opportunities very generously too. What a poor result from them! I didn't like especially Fernandes' performance. His being selfish hindered his team from scoring an easy goal.
The winning mentality has gone too far away from manchester united in the post-sir alex ferguson era , not sure if a new coach like conte or a new world class player like haaland could really make a change in manchester united .. it's like about how the internal team must changed , i believe in cristiano fighting spirit.. If only each of manchester united player act like what cristiano did to give 200% for the club in and off the field , they would achieve a lot of things. |

Barcelona are playing Athletic Bilbao today, odds 1.57 After a solid win over Napoli, I think it's safe to say that Barcelona are getting back to where they used to be, when they were tough opponents for any team. I think Barca should beat Atletic today and score at least 2 goals at the same time.
I would not risk and bet on Barcelona. Firstly, they are unstable and the coefficient does not compensate for the risk. Secondly, Athletic already knocked them out of the Copa del Rey this season and I see no reason why they could not repeat this success. Barcelona have shown a couple of good results and are clearly overrated by both the crowd and the bookies. The bookies indeed knows how to make money . And making fc barcelona looks great with that low odds would make people lured to get in and making big bet on moneyline. Im not fan of such low odds tho , moreover im more to huge odds chaser. And betting against barcelona the whole season are a massive success for me  , let's carry on. |

Today there will be a West Ham match against Wolves, where Wolves will play at a faster tempo to more clearly shift the 2 direct positions Tottenham and West Ham with the same 42 points. So if the Wolves really have the determination to get up at least they have to win without conceding a single goal from West Ham.

Xavi is a young coach and little experience and he is still working on his career, he need to win games and I am confident if he plays the tiki-taka football style he wouldn't get the results (wins) he needs and since what he is doing right now is working fit him he should go ahead and establish it in his team. He is a different manager with a different managerial strategy so I do not think he need to do what other have been doing at Barcelona. Yes indeed. That is why it may be too early to judge Xaviis success. But we can also see how he tries his best to change the club better and he is doing it, step by step may seem to be better from several previous games. He is still in the progress of rebuilding a club to be better again, it is not easy for him, moreover, he is a new coach. About tiki-taka, not every strategy may fit the new team players. This strategy might be very successful at that time, however, this may not be again this time. He should find the best style of football playing for his team right now. Too many cases that he must repair. Luckily benzema to the rescue for many times now , despite the win over rayo vallecano ... Yes, thanks to Benzema that really changes the condition in its 80' game and save the club. Finally, Real Madrid has only one goal and won the game with the score 0-1 for Rayo Vallecano vs Real Madrid. Now Atletico Madrid vs Celta Vigo is playing.
