How else can a key logger gain access without having you download something? Maybe the porn is related to this. Prob a good idea to hold back on your urges.

105  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is this a good time to buy bytecoin on: September 28, 2013, 02:49:15 AM
I think ByteCoin would become just another SHA-256 altcoin like Terracoin. Its main purpose is to be an exact Bitcoin clone, however as a minor coin it cannot survive like that. Reason: huge difficulty drop, then flash mining, then up again

If there is no improvement then there is no need to adopt and support it.

Those guys protect me. Even if something happens they will get the money back to me. It's not like scammy ass bitcoin.

I've read your posts lately and agree with you for the most part. There is no REAL reason to adopt bitcoin to the masses. They can't pay their bills, buy food for the most part, and mostly bitcoin would be nothing without usd/euro/etc to convert to.

Bitcoin has so much potential and meaning behind it, but without a true need to fully adopt bitcoin and use it as a currency and not a commodity it will never succeed fully. Without it being regulated there will always been schemers roaming without consequences.

Hi everyone,

I'm looking to buy a place to live in San Antonio, Texas. My budget is approximately 80BTC, but depending on the location I can go up or down from that number. Place should be livable, ideally carpet free, and ideally have a garage. If you have any small industrial buildings that are mostly a garage and office, I am open to that as well.

The closer to 78218 the better, but I am flexible. I don't need all that much, but am only willing to pay for what something is worth. I'd probably buy and happily live in the beat up mansion from Fight Club given the chance.

For a really exceptional deal, I would consider renting and paying in BTC.

Let me know what you have.

Thanks,
Teran

Are properties really selling for $8-10k?

No I dont care.

and I wouldn't know where to start

Well you should care if you do any kind of banking online/ebay selling/etc. If you need help let me know. I understand you are upset about this right now so maybe tomorrow would be a better time, either way you really should take care of it.

Is the owners personal information known? How can they shut down without allowing people to withdraw and not be sued?

LTC are just tokens  Smiley

Does the same go for quarters?

119  Other / Politics & Society / Re: My wife is a hero: mom shoots intruder 5 times, saves kids on: September 27, 2013, 10:26:46 PM

It's smarter to kill the intruder. Dead people can't make an argument in court against you, and they deserve it anyways if they're breaking into your house.

I don't agree with that in all cases.  If some drunk guy breaks into your house, and you flee up the steps with your kids; the deciding factor is wether or not he follows you.  If he just passes out on the couch, he probably thought he was home and was confused as to why his keys didn't work.  If he chases you up the steps, it's prudent to assume he has real ill intent on his addled mind, and he brought upon himself whatever happens next.  This guy was no burgler, he wanted something from the wife and kids.  If I was to hazard a guess, he was a serial rapist, and shooting him dead on the steps would have only improved the violent crime rate going forward as well as saved the taxpayers the money in prosecution and incarceration.

An armed society is a polite society.  What is rarely mentioned with that old saying, is the reason is that the 'criminallly impolite' have relatively short expectancies in an armed society.

Sadly enough this has happened on the same block as me. Pretty lucky the guy chose the house down the street rather than mine, he might not be so lucky next time.
