Your running these machines on 750watt psus? Does each machine come with 2 power supplies?

Did some testing today with the batch 9 s7's that i just got. was wondering if any one has the same results?
So currently I don't have the Bitmain psu's just yet so i'm powering them with (2) 1000watt EVGA SuperNOVA G2's 5 Cables in each. So far all 6 miners are giving me the same results so at least the power draw is consistent across the board.
I tested these on 2 currents- 208volt and 120volt Got different results in Amp Draw though
On 208 Volt I'm Seeing a 7 amp power draw per miner- which puts the watts at around 1450watts
On 120 Volt I'm seeing a 12 Amp Power draw per miner- Which puts the watts a little bit lower at 1440watts
Now on Bitmains website they list it as 1293+10% well 10% of 1300 is 130 add those two together and you get 1430 Which is pretty close to what im seeing on the pdu's
Let me know what you guys have found out with your own gear!
Thanks, Keegan!

i am not familiar with that miner does it run a raspberry pi controler or some kind of linux box ? cause i know i run minera on my raspberry pi b+ 512 version
if i had one of those miners i would be able to test out the functions out for you
the controller is the raspberry pi. I'm using powered usb hubs to connect multiple units to the rpi.

Talk to a electrician, They will not recommend doing this but you can however wire your normal 110v wall outlets for 220v.
you can also try finding a standard outlet Nema 5-15r that is rated for 220. that would be a safer option.
Either way your still be getting the added Voltage bonus and you wont have to buy some special adapter to plug the psus in.
If you want to get really serious about mining in your house, you should get another breaker panel. 100 or 200Amp will suffice. Have the ELectrician wire it for 208volt 3Phase. you will basically have a 3 pull breaker that can take 30 amps on each pole. 24Amps as you should technically follow the 80% capacity rule. youll be able to get around 5-6 s7's on each phase this way.
My setup is in a datacenter so power is not an issue. but here is how ours is. 208volt 3 phase- Nema l21-30 Receptacles- 3 Phase 30Amp Pdu's
The Pdus can rather expensive if your buying brand new, i would recommend finding a high capacity pdu used from ebay and then going from there.
hope this helps shed a little light.
Thanks, Keegan

If someone could help/advise me that would be great. I have over 200 Zeus Thunder x6's that i have been running on the zeus image for the past couple of weeks. I cant help but notice how shitty the interface is and how almost everytime it doesn't save pool changes and such.
My question to you would be how do i go about setting it up correctly in minera? ive read that the cgminer zeus fork doesn't always work to well with these units and that bfgminer would be a better option.
The chip count on these miners is 128 and the clock setting i prefer to use is 225.
Any assistance and help with setting it up would be great
Thanks!

Man, he PMed me too and got me interested in some U3's. I hope hes not full of it, but a scammer you say? Maybe i should buy 1 at a time. Give the guy a try, see the legitimacy. I mean whos really been scammed? All i see is a lot of showing hands. "I got this much stuff, and now i want this much stuff. You first, no your first. Same time, same time, lemme see them hands." Old School online gangster shit. As far as pictures and vouching and all that, i understand why it exists, but i also understand why someone would try to avoid those types of situations. Laziness? Pothead? Maybe its stolen Miners and hes scared the victim is looking for his/her equipment on the net? Whatever.
Almost certainly a scammer. Same guy as 'Bought' most likely. Could provide no actual evidence of the items and when I asked for pictures he said he would but "tried" and couldn't. I talked with him on skype for some time and asked some questions that I could see the answers to in his post history and he answered them wrong... like Me: You speak German? Him: Yea a bit. Me: Have you been to Germany? Him: Yea I visited twice. His posts show that he claims he was born in Germany and German is his native language. He claims he was born and raised in Arizona. I am from there and offered to meet up for the exchange and he said no he didn't trust internet people to meet in person. Yup, same guy as @Bought for sure. Although apparently some one else is in charge of that account now.
