681  Economy / Goods / Re: [WTS|WTT] 1/4 Acre Australia Brisbane on: January 05, 2014, 11:13:52 AM
I sent you a PM, I just don't want google to index the page and incase in a few years i sell for fiat with a local agent a potential buyer my find old archive of this post and try talk me down or something...
Currently it would have to be the cheapest block in Australia (if you dont count Tasmania or anywhere 6hrs from civilisation). The block is actually only 5min drive to a large "rural city".

Anyway location was sent in a pm, if others are generally interested in exact location or want to take a look, or maybe even meet me on the block, PM me.

Its only cheap cause im having alot of fun playing with the NMC and PPC pairs on crypsty and to be honest i wanna put more capital in my trading fund....
This property is a very solid investment but im a risk taker and well i would rather trade my "solid investment" position to someone for there "risky position in btc" Smiley if that makes sense? lol
I did say i was open to trades for miners or silver also but honestly btc would be preferred offer.

More info i forgot to put in op is there is no encumbrances, leans, mortgages or rates on this property and its completely freehold, owned outright.
682  Economy / Goods / Land for sale 1/4 Acre Australia Brisbane on: January 05, 2014, 10:57:22 AM
Greetings,

Just poking for interest if there is genuine interest i will post more details, interested parties can contact me now for survey maps and address and real location etc...
But i will begin gauging for interest with vague details.

I have a small ( 1/4 acre, this means 1 quarter of 1 acre) block of land, about 2hrs drive from Brisbane , QLD , Australia.
This block of land is zoned and can be built on, this block of land is in a small suburb about 5min drive from a LARGE country town (has all the mod cons, even KFC and Mcdonalds.. etc)..
small shop across the road if you dont want drive 5min into the "city"...

This block of land doesn’t have power connected yet but the pole is only 200m away, there is also bore water on the block that can be tapped into.

The block would honestly be worth no more then 10-15k at current market rates.

Just gauging interest if any Australians would consider purchase of this for bitcoins or silver.
Full excrow will be used but you will have to pay for legal fees, transfers, conveyancing lawyers... etc... etc... around $500 fiat AUD.

I can put up pics and such but im really just seeing if a sale like this is viable and if any Australians are interested in such a thing....
Would let it go for maybe even 20% or less under market rates for a payment in btc, willing to negotiate, might even trade for miners, or btc + miners + silver , mix....

Looking at maybe 7k for the block, that is maybe the cheapest block of land in Australia you will find, let alone in QLD 2hrs from Brisbane and 5min from a large town.

Post any questions here and ill try to answer the best i can, in regards to how this would happen, i really dont know i imagine we just write it was traded for btc, etc in the contract and maybe the stamp duty will be a guestimate of the value of trade? or maybe i just gift it to you... i don’t know, we would need to talk about that. and work that out with whoever we escrow with, possibly my solicitor will do escrow or yours, or someone on forums still all open to negotiation.

693  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Avalon asic 230 GH/S Avalon2 55 nm Miner ONLY $3.3K USD on: December 31, 2013, 05:22:21 AM

695  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Avalon asic 230 GH/S Avalon2 55 nm Miner ONLY $3.3K USD on: December 30, 2013, 07:53:05 PM
Really? from what i could see it was a good price, can you show me your sources?
There is slight room for negotiation, but not much room at all. I think you will find you are wrong.
4btc = $2,800 are you trying to tell me that 2800 is steep in todays markets for 230GHS not OC?
If you consider preorder markets sure, this is shipped tomorrow no preorder.
Matter of fact in your very own thread you want more then this for 160GH.... and that doesn’t include shipping for the same chips...
I mean if you know of better price for the GHS please let me know so i can buy from you.
696  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][DOGE] Dogecoin - very currency - many coin - wow - v1.2 Released on: December 30, 2013, 08:11:01 AM
OMG Such Doge

From Admin @ BTC-e

"Dear Cryto trader,

We shall be implenting DOGE 2nd week in January.

This will be in USD/Doge and BTC/Doge

Happy Trading"

Many Currency Doge to da MooN

I find this highly doubtful, especially the USD/Doge...

He couldn’t even put a P where T should be in his "copy and paste" email... lol
If you believe this you are stupid, doge is the last coin to ever end up on btc-e , period.
697  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: [WTS] Avalon asic 230 GH/S Avalon2 55 nm Miner on: December 30, 2013, 07:03:56 AM

In regards to the PM, Time is money, 2hrs left before factory closes down for the day. China new years holidays coming soon, all of china shuts down for new years for a entire week nothing leaves china during this time. Time is money if you want this shipped before the china new year holidays you have to act fast.

EDIT:
...if we consider almost all electronics are OEM from china then my quality opinion is kinda put at ease Smiley

699  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Gekko - a javascript trading bot for nodejs on: December 29, 2013, 03:38:02 PM
Any hints with this?
Is mtgox-apiv2 not up to date with latest node?
Very new to this "node" technology.

First:
Code:
sudo npm install
npm ERR! Error: failed to fetch from registry: mtgox-apiv2

So i went to the url, https://registry.npmjs.org/mtgox-apiv2 yes its there, nice.

Then I did,
Code:
sudo npm install mtgox-apiv2 --registry http://registry.npmjs.org/
npm http GET http://registry.npmjs.org/mtgox-apiv2
npm http 304 http://registry.npmjs.org/mtgox-apiv2
npm ERR! Error: No compatible version found: mtgox-apiv2@'>=1.0.0- <1.1.0-'
npm ERR! No valid targets found.

node -v v0.6.19
npm -v 1.1.4

Does this not support my node version? I just grabbed node from git.
thanks for any help.

EDIT:
Sorry turns out maybe i must of grabbed the node source from the wrong github, getting new source for node now https://github.com/joyent/node

To anyone else having this issue make sure you "apt-get remove nodejs" turns out ubuntu comes prepacked with a shitty old version.
