1  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ***CEX.IO Cloud mining official page*** on: December 13, 2013, 09:45:37 AM
I think it's working now. It's hashing away. Thanks!
2  Economy / Exchanges / Re: ***CEX.IO Cloud mining official page*** on: December 13, 2013, 09:42:53 AM
I just signed up and I wanted to ask if I bought less than 1 GHS say 0.35 GHS, it means it will not mine right? Thanks for those who can answer.

No any amount of GHS will start mining straight away - even less than 1 GHS!

Do I have to set up some workers? Because it says that I have ZERO workers. I tried opening it and it seems the link is down.

4  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: BTCMiner - Open Source Bitcoin Miner for ZTEX FPGA Boards on: September 05, 2011, 01:37:51 AM
@ztex: I just want to ask, when we order the FPGA boards, would they be just "plug & play" / ready to run? Or will I need other parts? Basically what are the complete list of things I need to make this FPGA board run?

I know I sound like I don't know what I'm talking about but the uber low energy cost of operation is very enticing compared to GPU mining. It has been a great learning experience BTC has been. Smiley I hope you could answer my queries.
5  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: AOCLBF 1.81 by WinD - Dynamic clocks adjusting Manual fanspeed on startup on: September 03, 2011, 03:16:13 PM
Everything working great! I really hope you could make the voltage mod work (go past the BIOS limit and still work). It still won't get past the BIOS Limit.

Just a thought, would you be able to create a Frontend to CGMiner (I mean if it is possible)? That would be perfect!

because of the on the fly menu options with cgminer your better of with a batch script and barelyclocked.exe(for setting clocks and fan speed)
if you need I can show how an example batch script using these would look like. ALso you can set affinity with batch script making a script the most efficient way to run cgminer on Windows.

Thanks for the offer. I recently learned how to set CPU affinity using the script for CGMiner. I guess I just value the All-in-one mining solution (i.e. OC, mining, monitoring, tweaks).

Has anyone here noticed Ruxum now allows trades SC for USD vice versa? Although they are now in private beta requiring invite codes to register. Anyone has IC's? I'm interested in trying out their site. This may also give SC +edge over BTC. They opened @ 0.105 $ per SC. Not bad! Smiley
7  Economy / Marketplace / Re: BitcoinBux.com - Great Service!! Cash Deposit/WU/MG/Xoom, etc. - Buy/Sell BTC!! on: August 31, 2011, 02:15:18 AM
Just had my 3rd transaction worth $248 through Xoom and as always, the service was very fast. Keep up the excellent work and will surely use the service in the future. Smiley

Can you ship internationally? This is awesome for us with high electricity bills.

It seems SCGuild has the difficulty @ the upper right corner of the homepage : http://sc.btcguild.com/#. 11315. Smiley
11  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: SolidCoin 1.01 Released on: August 26, 2011, 03:51:30 AM
Just a question, what is the current difficulty of SC? Or how do I check it through the Client? Thanks!
12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: [ANNOUNCE] SolidCoin - new and improved block chain. Secure from pools on: August 26, 2011, 03:32:45 AM
What is the current difficulty in SC?
13  Other / CPU/GPU Bitcoin mining hardware / Re: How many kWh are you using a month? on: August 23, 2011, 07:02:39 PM
With 5x 5850s in 3 rigs, I had my highest bill this month $271.16 @ 968kWh. It seems it's not anymore profitable for me to mine @ current exchange rate. Oh well, I can just pause mining a bit and wait for the prices to soar! Smiley. But oh wait, is that even wise? Sheesh! Keep on mining! Smiley
14  Bitcoin / Mining software (miners) / Re: Official CGMINER thread - CPU/GPU miner in C for linux/windows/osx on: August 23, 2011, 04:33:54 AM
@ckolivas: Hi! Great work as usual. I just have a suggestion, maybe you can put the change log into the first page/first post since it's where each one of us turn into.
15  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Solidcoin's design choices on: August 22, 2011, 02:00:57 AM
It's just a matter of time before the PerfectCoin solves all the flaws of the venerable Bitcoin. Smiley

Nice one! Testing away. I just remembered, I have a suggestion, is there any way we could 1. "resize the whole window" and "save the resize"? If you noticed there's no way to do that.

Oh and a way to 2."hide the OSDs."

One last, a 3."console like window comparable to the summary page of the GUI Miner".

I believe you can now post in the Mining Support board so that you're work will be seen by more people; just link to original post. Regards! =)

To add to that, if you could have a workaround with the voltage adjustment, this would be the best kickass GUIMiner! Smiley Thanks!
17  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Ixcoin fork -> I0coin on: August 16, 2011, 11:16:55 PM
So this is what is meant by I0Coin: "Zero" returns. Smiley Well, I guess I0Coin needs to mature a bit for us to really benefit. Or are we?
18  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Ixcoin fork -> I0coin on: August 16, 2011, 08:48:07 PM
It is port 8332, I accidentally had mine set to 8338 so I missed the first dozen or so blocks.

C:\****************\I0coin\I0coin\daemon>i0coind.exe getdifficulty
1.00000000

Care to share/upload your i0coin client? I tried the uploaded .dll and couldn't get i0coin to open. Sad
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: New Ixcoin fork -> I0coin on: August 16, 2011, 08:37:15 PM
I0 Guild Pool Speed: 219.28 GH/s
In a matter of minutes Smiley But still 100 Stales Sad.

"Running on the i0coin release now!" - i0guild.
I'm mining there right now. Let's see where this goes.
