I like your software product but I got a warning of using coinhive JS mining script warning on your website. Has this made public yet?

Hello folks,
I have some soon-to-be-obsolete A6 left in the farm. Their original fans died so I used Delta 6000 rpm fans as replacement. But then they started having too hot errors right on start up and would not hash at all.
I am thinking of removing / disabling one or two temp sensors to bypass its temp monitoring.
Does anyone know where the sensors are located? Or share how to deal with such issues if you have the experience?
Thank you.

Worked like a charm! Much appreciated. And what's better was it seemed to "overclock" my rig which was 7.5TH at stock to 8.5TH/s now My R4 stopped working today. Currently if I power it on, I will see its Ethernet LED in solid yellow with blinking green. Miner does not appear on router table. Has anyone encountered similar experience with R4 or other Antminer models?
Thanks.
I had exactly the same problem and the IP report button reset method helped me to fix it. See this older post by me: Well, this is an interesting find and I thought I'll share it with you. I had a problem booting my Antminer R4 8.0 Th/s, batch 2, autotune-model. So I went looking in here: Bitmain.com: Three Ways to Restore Factory Settings (R4/S9/T9) https://enforum.bitmain.com/bbs/topics/3957I used the last option in the list, IP Reporter button restore. Usage: Please power off the miner, then hold down the IP Reporter and don’t release it. At the same time, please power on the miner. Releasing the IP Reporter after 5 seconds, the machine will automatically restore factory settings. My miner restored with firmware Aug. 9 2016 and autotune settings were gone. I am now suddenly able to control frequency and custom fan settings. This was not my original problem, but I'm happy with it. My original problem was that the miner jammed somehow in the booting process and didn't even show up in my router ip list.

Service Update: We are unfortunately at capacity at the moment. All rigs already on the way to us are not impacted. Customers with deposits but haven't sent rigs to us should have been contacted for refunds. Please contact me if you have any question.

btc1 node currently gets stuck at block height 494782.
So? Everyone knew about this bug for months in advance and the "developers" (if they can so be called) never fixed it. Anyone who insists on using software known to be this incompetently developed deserves whatever they get, in my opinion. Switching to core node didn't help synchronization.
The chainstates are incompatible. You will need to run Core with the -reindex-chainstate parameter to fix it. Don't ever run any two of SegWit2x, Bitcoin Cash, and Bitcoin Core with the same data directory. Nothing good will come of it. Yes, I agree it's what I deserved for mistrusting them I am already re-running with reindex-chainstate since half a day ago. Was planning to run reindex if this doesn't help. Thank you very much for your suggestion.

I have a btc wallet that holds a couple btc and is also entitled to receive btx in the 2nd snapshot. My dilemma is that my btc wallet is used by a lot of other btc services. Changing to a new btc wallet would be a lot of effort and some services do not even allow for wallet change without signing up a new account.
Can someone suggest a secured way to extract btx from this wallet while also letting me continue using this wallet safely?
thanks.

btc1 node currently gets stuck at block height 494782. Switching to core node didn't help synchronization. Does anyone know how I can resolve this stuck issue without having to download the entire block chain again?
Thanks.
Wait, isn't btc1 the segwit2x client? Why would you try to sync it? as far as I have understood from latest events, segwit2x failed to activate: https://bitcoinmagazine.com/articles/now-segwit2x-hard-fork-has-really-failed-activate/So this would mean that even if there were some people adamant to give up on the thing, when they actually tried to fork it was a mess of epic proportions because some bug didn't allow it to happen (so we dodged a bullet... a nuke may I say). So I don't see the point in trying to sync the node, no exchanges even listed the token afaik. yes btc1 is the s2x node. I was running btc1 node until it got stuck at 494782, then I switched to core 0.15.1 in hope that synchronization would continue but it didn't. I would like to know how can I fix it as I don't want to spend another 2 weeks downloading the entire chain. I am currently trying with cmd "invalidateblock 0000000000000000011865af4122fe3b144e2cbeea86142e8ff2fb4107352d43" (block 478558) as per https://www.btcforkmonitor.info/ that s2x and core nodes were on the same ancestor block at then, if I understand it correctly. However, this is taking long time. If anyone knows how this can be fixed, that would be much appreciated. There are a lot of articles online reporting the mess of btc1 screwed up at 494782, but I haven't found a solution for how this can be fixed.

Great to see us back to "normal". I like the biggish payments these days Will the gone hashpower come back in a while kano? Thanks and MINE ON! Well I'm still processing 60 days of data (it's completed more than 21 days and 35 blocks from the start of September) Once I complete that I'll report the results here (and to the large miners that left) and I guess we'll see if they come back or not. I'm also going to have a zero-fee month coming soon to see if that will bring on board more miners. More miners means less variance - and that's what's been the aim this year. Seems like bad luck popped it's head up and destroyed that idea The fact that we already have less than half the fees of slush seems to not bother anyone mining there, so the only way I can lower that is to temporarily have no fees Obviously I'll announce things when they are ready ... I am not sure 0-fee would achieve much as intended in this case. Kano pool is already with the lowest fee among the pools that are well known and established within the community. Eliminating that extra 0.9%, sure, can translate into an additional gain of 0.9% for miner rewards, but can anybody really tell the difference by looking? Whilst on the flip side, eliminating this income source to Kano brings me the concern of demotivating developer for better services. IMHO, fee is not the issue.

Hello Tony,
Which wallet to use for reservation - 0.01 BTC?
What is your address?
Thanks!
Please PM me. deposit address is generated for each customer.

Hello,
Do you have capacity available? How do I reserve space - what is needed to set up miners?
Can you host Panda? eBit?
How do you set mining pool?
Do you have anybody as a reference?
Thanks!
Hi, Unless I update this post that we don't have space any more, you can assume we are still accepting rigs. Panda and Ebits are fine. If you decide to go with us, I will request you to deposit 0.01btc for reservation before providing you shipping information. Miner configuration will be requested from you before initial setup.

BTC profitability went up today with my Avalon, can somebody tell me why?
Likely due to the BCC diff crash, but it's ending soon.
|
|

The latest batch sale appears to be only payable in BCC. I suspect BCC will expect a small hype soon.

Well, I took the risk and paid a deposit of 0.01btc. Small investment. No response yet since I paid the deposit 3 days ago. But not gonna write him off as yet.... Lets wait and see...
He was recommended by a Legendary Member hence I took the jump....
Hi, If you have paid the deposit, I believe you should have my contact email already. I am sorry if I did not acknowledge receiving your deposit. Could you please email me your transaction id for confirmation? I am not able to identify you based on your user name here. Thanks.
