1  Economy / Reputation / Re: Known Alts of any-one - A User Generated List Mk III (2018 Q2) on: May 20, 2018, 09:34:21 PM
Just for clarification purposes.
The address that were used for bounty abuse does not belong to me.
My account were previously hacked and used to farm bounties, I managed to access the account back after a help from Cyrus and my signed message.
I'm not exactly sure when I lost access, but the last time I had access to my account were on December/January 2016
Here's the topic that I made with my temporary account on August 2017, I managed to recover my account back around November.

Thanks!
2  Economy / Web Wallets / Re: Coinpayments robbed on: May 20, 2018, 03:53:28 AM
Hacking coinpayments Wallet is no easy job ..
I think this is something grave since coinpayments is more or less Preety secure ... But day to day we are hearing news like these and the biggest companies are getting robbed thus I think the hackers might have something new that we know nothing about.
If this is the case, there would be news all over the internet because a security vulnerability that lets a hacker bypass 2FA can be used not just on Coinpayments.
This is more like an inside job, I would suggest for OP to move his coins and to not use Coinpayments anymore.

I take it that OP are selling items and using CoinPayments as his Processors, correct?
It'd be better to start using Open Source Payment Gateway, setting it up for the first time takes time and effort, but it is highly customizable and secure as the codes are being maintained by the community Smiley

The fact that CoinPayments responded on this thread is a really good sign. Do contact support and PM your support ticket, like they asked. I hope you get this resolved promptly. And then be sure to take all reasonable security precautions for your account.
It's a brand new account, I doubt its the real Coinpayments account, it is easy to impersonate someone over the internet Roll Eyes

Yes/No explanation
If a campaign has Yes/No as escrow status, it means that the person holding the funds also manages the campaign. This is a conflict of interest, but shouldn't be a big problem if the person doing escrow is trusted.

Changelog:
Code:
20-May-18: Removed Datecoin, Removed Deep Aero, Removed IBIN, Removed CasinoRoyale, Removed Yahoo62278, Added MB8Coin

As usual, thanks for everyone helping out, let me know if I miss anything Wink

I would like to quit the campaign because this is the last week of the Campaign and I don't think I would be able to reach the minimum requirement for this week, thank you for accepting me Smiley

Cheers!
6  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: looking to buy broken EVGA gtx 1070 sc cards. on: May 15, 2018, 12:46:01 PM
That is very specific, I doubt you will find it here, most of Broken 1070 are most likely RMA'd and sent back to manufacturer.
Did you try to search your local Goodwill?
If you're just want to play with it, try to find broken GPU PCBs on Ebay, while it's not exactly a 1070 it costs less than 1070.

7  Economy / Lending / Re: i need bitcoin loaner on: May 13, 2018, 07:48:10 PM
or my account Bitcointalk, Localbitcoins
You already got negged for trying to sell your LBTC account before, don't make this loan request turn into account selling.
Besides, your LBTC account does not worth 1 BTC.

car
ford fiesta 2014 Value:12500
Since this is physical collateral, are you willing to send your car along with its documents to a trusted escrow to be inspected fully?
Then again, collateral as big as a car isn't worth it because if you defaulted the loan the car will need to be sold to cover lender's loss.
Go to the bank or financial institution for using collateral this big.
8  Economy / Lending / Re: i need bitcoin loaner on: May 13, 2018, 01:38:03 PM
Loan should be posted here to make it public and open IMO.
Do you have any collateral for your loan?
Don't try to use your verified account as collateral, you already have -neg for it.
9  Economy / Scam Accusations / Re: tired of receiving fake promotions from criptomedicina.com on: May 13, 2018, 01:29:22 PM
i have not heard of criptomedicina.com. do you have a link to get to them? I'm planning on investing some of my funds, and right now I'm evaluating a legit project and some scam projects. so I can see their scam scheme
They are right above you spamming non-English post even though it is explicity stated that posts made in Main Board must be in English Roll Eyes
Most of their posts are deleted by Moderators already, I saw more posts made by them few hours ago.
Also, it looks like criptomedicina are news website, not sure what do you want to invest there, but I would still be careful with a new websites.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Create your own cryptocurrency in less than 30 seconds on: May 13, 2018, 12:26:33 AM
"generating" a new cryptocurrecy or a fork is useless, I never seen a generated cryptocurrency being successful in the market, most either being dead straight away or just used for a hobby purposes.
This kind of website also the reason why Bitcoin has dozens of forks in short time, and the one who manages to launch in the market are not generated like this Roll Eyes
Then again, if you're a hobbyist or just curious how this works it's a good reference.
11  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Am I safe ? on: May 11, 2018, 11:55:08 PM
Well, that is a very good point, lets add that up as one of the reasons.
We had a discussion here regarding this issue couple of months ago and I was suggesting them that maybe these emails have been used in different website discussions about cryptocurrency, but there were who claimed that they didnt used their emails from any other website except the exchange. So, what we are suspecting was, the involvement of the exchanges in such issue. Idk really, but that was just the closest theory that we ever come up with. I could be wrong, least we can do here is to regularly check our accounts and emails to prevent from being robbed.
You can use free service such as haveibeenpwned.com to notify you if a website containing your data were hacked.
I doubt exchange would sell their customers data, the risk when being found out is too high. It's more believable if an exchange got hacked and its data leaked to internet.
Case of Bitcoin exchange being hacked are not new here, There's always at least one exchange hacked in a year.

Maybe, just make a strong password will be at least 8 characters in length, but the more the better. The longer (more characters) your password is, the more time it will take the hacker to crack it.
You can use KeepPass to store and generate random password with more than 25 characters long, but if a website stores your password without salting or even worse, a plain text then it won't matter how many characters you set on your password.
12  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: my head hurts LOL .. random generated addys w/ key scanner thingee.. on: May 11, 2018, 11:42:06 PM
This is a scam, not sure why you are even confused by this.
The chance for Private Key generator to generate a collision (a previously owned address) are very slim, you have a beteter chance to win a lottery ticket than generating a collision address Roll Eyes
Bitcoin has been around for 7-8 years now and there are never a reported collision, I doubt yours was too.
If there was a collision, then it means the wallet or website are using shitty number generators Tongue

p.s. scan your PC right now as the program might be a potential virus that could log or steal your data
13  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to avoid bounty scams in bitcointalk on: May 09, 2018, 10:08:32 AM
No guarantee at all since they doesn't hold the funds of the investors and the only thing managers can do is to sympathize their participants if there's a scam happened. Maybe we should assume that always we cannot get a huge success upon joining on some bounty camps but lets define it as gamble and we may have a high chances to earn huge if our camp pays huge.
Managers has the job to analyze their potential campaign to see whether those campaigns are scams or not.
Even though there are no 100% fool proof method to do this, most scam campaign can easily be seen from their whitepaper, lack of communication, etc.
An experienced manager has enough campaigns on his/her previous work that they know when a company smells fishy.

Famous managers are not guaranteed to get a good bounty. we still have to analyze the performance of managers.
disappointed with one of the managers and he did a great cheating.
Do you mean him?
I thought it was revealed recently that his account were bought.
14  Bitcoin / Project Development / Re: Bitcointalk can you guys look at my project... on: May 09, 2018, 09:53:41 AM
Another forum?
IMO, trying to build a crypto forum is hard to gain attraction in these days.
In order to have a visitor your website needs to be unique and has something that has not been offered by other similar services in the market, this is one of the basic entrepeuner principles.
Your forum pretty much functions like Bitcointalk, but lacks the amount of users and community in it, why should I join your forum when I'm already comfortable in here?
If you can find the solution to that answer paired with good marketing you are bound to gain attranction in crypto community, but until then it will just another forum on the internet.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh, but this is how it is  Undecided
In order to stay competitive on this emerging digital world you will need to be one step ahead of your competitiors.
15  Economy / Goods / Re: 🛑 Will I get scammed or not? Can you answer with the info I have? 🛑 on: May 09, 2018, 09:42:31 AM
The thing is , he bought redistribution rights for 1 btc and doesn't gamble himself but only codes scripts.

He claims to have an office, team of coders and 100+ customers.
This is when you know its a scam/bullshit.
If he is big enough to have an office and team, he would be selling it through official channel or at least set up a company website to selling it to other company.
What you're describing here is that he sells it to individual via chat/private message Roll Eyes
Just stay away from it, you might have gotten a non-functioning script or script with malicious codes in it, the risk are not worth the price here.
16  Other / Archival / Re: Small 0.006 Loan to be paid back within a week on: May 09, 2018, 05:01:40 AM
Collateral must have at least 120% worth of your loan amount.
This forum has no collateral = no loan rule, especially to brand new Member.
Your promises means nothing to lender's eye, also Paypal can't be used as collateral because it can easily be charged back by contacting Paypal Customer Support.

Quote from:  Vod
Collateral is something that can easily be resold to cover the loan value plus interest should the loaner default on the loan.

- The best collateral is another crypto-currency, such as Ethereum (also written as ETH).  Coins must be moderately traded on multiple exchanges.
- Some digital wares such as domain names can be considered as long as the user cannot recover it.
- Small valuable items that can be shipped though the mail - i.e. gold, silver, iphones, etc.
- Large items, such as a motorcycle or guitar can be used if you live close to the person giving you the loan.  Try localbitcoins.com

If you don't have any collateral I'd suggest to lock the topic instead Smiley
17  Economy / Services / Re: Need Hacker!! $100 USD in BTC on: May 09, 2018, 04:43:46 AM
Better just find someone to answer it for you or help you out answering them, though again the former is unethical to begin with.
OP already tried it before on his last post, he offered 10 cents for about 3 questions Roll Eyes
Even though that is better than finding someone to 'hack' it is still unethical.
Just to add to my last point, there are many resources on the internet, especially Youtube to help you learn on difficult subject.
and I'm pretty sure the folks at aleks.com has their own dedicated teacher to help you out on your problems.
18  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Trading, ICO, Lending, Bounty. Which one should I do ? on: May 09, 2018, 04:01:12 AM
I start trading when bitcoin 17000. until now, I lost a haft of money.
To put it into more positive perspective, you are not losing anything.
You only lose if you sell your bitcoins during dips, buying Bitcoin is playing a mid-term game you will need to hold your coins until it reached your desired price.

Quote
Lending I think have not join anyone. But I think in the first time you can get profit from lending. But no more later.
Lending can give you a nice profit, but it also pairs with nice risk.
If you want to be a lender you will need to secure a collateral for every loan you give with at least 110% - 120% collateral value from the loan.

Quote
And now, bounty, I still reading and research information about it. No one help or support. One day, hundreds of campaign public. But dont know which one scam or good.
Just stick with a well-known Campaign Managers, they are professional enough to manage a campaign and ensure payment for their participants.
Be careful with Newbies manager, no guarantee that the manager are also part of possible ICO scams.
Then again, it might be hard for you to get accepted at Signature Campaign due to poor English, I would suggest to take a short English course.
It will not only benefit you here, it would benefit you on real world application too.
19  Economy / Services / Re: Need Hacker!! $100 USD in BTC on: May 09, 2018, 03:27:05 AM
1. That is not how hacking works
2. Hacking your grade won't be healthy in a long-term
2. Why don't you just learn math like how it's supposed to be
3. Even if there is a hack to get you past your course, it costs way more than that.
4. Instead, use your money to buy this https://goo.gl/XuL54p
20  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: How to avoid bounty scams in bitcointalk on: May 09, 2018, 02:47:39 AM
Thanks for the information. But do you have a list of campaign managers who are not scammers.??
Just stick with well-known campaign managers.
If you saw a newbie manager without any previous work before, then you can turn on your caution signal.
You can also see whether the campaign has escrow or not, obviously escrow are not going to be used on ICO campaigns, but on regular Signature Campaign it should give you a relief that your coins are stored on third party in case the campaign ran away without paying their participants.
