yeah, not too sure how to pass the data to/from the gpu without opencl so I thought I would ask here.  My card (cards?) use the same "unified" nforce drivers as the newer Nvidia Cuda ones, but that was not fully implemented until the next model...

I will take another look at the phoenix miner.  I have been up late playing with different miners and drivers.

Maybe its time to ebay it and buy some parts to make my own fpga miner using the BGA rework station at work  Grin

I like your interface, but with cpu only mining (i know...) my hash rate is 1/4 of what it is using the ufasoft miner with guiminer.

System specs are Win 7 x86, 4gb ram, core2duo e8400

I have an older GPU, an Nvidia 7950GX2 dual board that I would like to mine with.

Problem is that Nvidia cards do not support CUDA (or opencl) until the 8xxx and beyond series.

I know that the hash rate will not be great (maybe 40 mh?) but does anyone have any suggestions on how to get it mining anyway?

Been lurking a long time and finally signed up.
Now to move beyond cpu mining...
