First you have to keep this in mind you can send only available amount so there is link how to check this. Maybe you are trying to send the whole amount which have on your address.

Yes if you are facing problem to show up your token into your wallet than it would be helpful for you to follow that and add this token there. Just click on add custom token and put that data there it working fine.
