665  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: China is the largest bitcoin miner. on: March 28, 2023, 04:35:17 PM
China used to be known as the largest bitcoin mining country, but in the end they were strictly banned by the government and many miners at that time turned to other countries, to find safety so as not to become wasteful and violate government regulations, there are several countries that ban bitcoin mining because of the many flows they spend but all will run fast if the government can regulate bitcoin mining in their country then this will work with  seriously and I believe the government can also benefit immensely.

Bitcoin mining ban in China does have a significant impact. When Bitcoin was Illegal and banned, all bitcoin miners in China began to move to several countries that still allowed bitcoin mining and still provided full regulation for bitcoin. The role of the government regarding regulation will be very important for the growth of bitcoin and some bitcoin miners. The regulations given are also balanced with sufficient electrical resources to support bitcoin mining. That is indeed one of the factors why China does not allow bitcoin miners anymore. Waste of electricity resources and the increase in temperature continues to occur.
The need to regulate Bitcoin miners is to be more planned, and the use of electric power is not too bloated. There must be alternative technologies made so that they do not have a negative impact on everything with various interests from all parties involved.
666  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Does your country tax your gambling winnings? on: March 27, 2023, 01:44:52 PM
~snip~I am talking about the local lottery here but crypto gambling here must be free from taxations, this is why I only gamble on crypto casinos. One of the advantages of winning huge in a crypto casino is that you can get your winnings in an instant. You can get ask for a KYC but you are still anonymous from the public. This gives you a sense of security.

Gambling using crypto is quite popular now and it provides the advantage of faster withdrawals. But when it comes to taxes, they are usually deducted on the Exchange used to make exchanges with Fiat. However, for the gambling website itself, there are several policies regarding the taxes or fees required. and for KYC, some crypto-based online casinos do not require any KYC, but with a maximum withdrawal amount specified.
667  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin price and my mindset on: March 26, 2023, 01:18:52 PM
The mercurial nature of Bitcoin's worth and the associated forecasting difficulty must be kept in mind. You may feel confident in your ability to predict and benefit from movement, but the possibility of loss is ever-present. However, if you plan to open a business for your wife with Bitcoin profits, you'll need a meticulously crafted strategy that accounts for timing, risk, and financial goals while being full of surprises.
Openly displaying your electrum wallet balance can be a security risk. It could lure hackers or criminals to try to steal your money. It's better to maintain your privacy and avoid showing others an overview of your electrum wallet balance. Instead, focus on your business plan and make sure you consider all relevant factors before making financial decisions.

669  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: How we lived when we had no choice until Bitcoin came on: March 24, 2023, 11:47:11 PM
Problems that occur in investments in land, property, gold, etc. that are supervised by the government usually have a reason. However, as a good citizen, you must obey and comply with the rules that have been made regarding the investment that you have. But some of these violations on average do not happen to people who are obedient and obedient to the rules. Every investment has a risk, both Bitcoin also has a risk of loss. Bitcoin is becoming a Digital investment option that provides good returns in the long term. The risk is quite high because of volatility, it provides many benefits if used properly. It's up to the user whether you want to be anonymous with Bitcoin, or own some government regulated investment. having both is certainly good.
670  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Buying cheap is best formula on: March 22, 2023, 07:09:35 PM
As a newcomer to the world of Bitcoin, there is a significant amount of information you must acquire. During times when Bitcoin's value is declining, few are interested in purchasing it. However, as Bitcoin's value begins to rise, a flurry of threads emerge inquiring about the best time to buy. Many people become anxious during market downturns and assume that further losses are imminent. Despite this, many individuals still plan to purchase Bitcoin during future dips. Nonetheless, it is difficult to predict market trends with certainty. Consequently, my personal strategy is to invest whenever I believe it is an opportune moment to do so, regardless of whether the market is experiencing a dip. Regardless of the sum invested, it is essential to hold onto your assets for an extended period of time. By continuing to invest, you will eventually see a return on your investment.

Long term investment will be better and will not interfere with psychology. Whenever you want to buy bitcoins it's your own decision and when the decline continues, I believe that it is the best opportunity to start buying gradually. Some people who don't believe and are afraid that bitcoin will continue to fall, they don't have any strategy. I am more inclined to do DCA to add bitcoin assets so that there are more and more accumulated prices. Market trends are indeed difficult to predict, but when someone has TA and FA knowledge it will be more profitable, can predict where to buy and what target to achieve. It only takes time and patience to get the benefits or reach the target we want.

672  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: this is, how easy it is to scam people on: March 20, 2023, 06:16:49 PM
~snip~Also, scams don't cater to everyone, good scams are those that know who their target demographic is. That is why the Nigerian Prince scam, laughable in execution, is still one of the most damaging scams in the US, as some may have pointed out.

no deception is good, all deception is evil. Even though they target their victims, there will still be losers when they fall into the trap.
Those who are easily conned with a sizable reward, maybe in an empty state of mind and really need money or those who really don't know how social media works and how to get easy money. Some of the people who are tricked like this even have a higher education.
673  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ Football Transfers Speculation, Odds and Predictions on: March 19, 2023, 11:30:10 PM
I'm not sure if Haaland will be leaving Manchester City anytime soon. because, Haaland is a long-term project for Pep Guardioa. So, it won't be easy to sign Haaland from the Etihad Stadium.
it's hard enough to see Haaland leave Man City. upon his arrival, made him a goal machine for Man City. they brought in Haaland at a very high price. releasing it for Business gain alone might be detrimental to Man City for the next season. unless they get a replacement that is right for adjustments to the current squad. I don't think Haaland will leave Man City.

Maybe we'll see him leave if Pep Guardiola leaves; they have such a bond that I don't think they can be separated right now. Pep still has time at the Etihad Stadium, so I believe Haaland will stay as long as Pep does. If Manchester City tries to sell or even sell out Haaland, it will have a significant impact on the club's stability and the team's fear of many opponents.

Haaland is even the spearhead of Manchester City's most active at the moment, if he has to be sold then he has to get a replacement who is more powerful than him. Pep doesn't seem like he would do something stupid like that. We can see the quality of Haalan's game when Manchester City faced Burnley last Sunday in the FA quarter-finals. Haaland did a good Hatrick before being pulled back by Pep to give Haaland a break. Burnley was slaughtered 6-0 which made Manchester City get a ticket to the FA Cup semifinals.

676  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What happens when new altcoins encourage religious, political and other agendas? on: March 18, 2023, 01:37:12 PM
What happens when other religions and political offices and even other sections of power launch their own coins?
In decentralized space rule they are actually free to do anything they wanted. No one forbids it and as far as I concern, people already got wise not to engage on such coin or token that only uses peoples money to attract power and fame. They may used blockchain as a business but only fool would follow them unless they are also can benefited on this coin.

If ever chance government would create one, I dont think people would get interested with the nature politician handle this things.

Freedom is everything, nothing prohibits doing anything including making new coins that are supported or supported by religious or political agendas.
Several years ago there were many new coins that emerged confident that the coins created were coins that many crypto users would choose because they were based on sharia and fully supported by the government. But in fact it's all nonsense, they just want to get the initial advantage and then leave it. and new altcoins created by well-known influencers also boomed, but eventually collapsed.
It is now widely known that new altcoin projects that are still sheltered under a religious or political agenda will never find a place, they will all end by themselves.
677  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How much these features weigh most when you choose your favorite casino? on: March 18, 2023, 12:17:36 PM
A strong community/reputation and the age of the second site are actually the most important of the others, but that doesn't mean the others aren't important, but I'm more focused on the two above, sometimes to find a casino you should look for a casino that has been operating for a long time and see their reputation. because it will give us a sense of security to put money there to gamble.

Reputation is the main benchmark for an online casino so that users can trust it. If the reputation is good, then there will be many users who come and register. and the age of online casinos depends on how the reputation is owned, even though the site is quite old but does not guarantee a good reputation, depending on how the casino developer provides good service for users.
Everyone has their own judgment and some very important ones in my opinion are the good help response from the casino when there are problems, as well as the ease of making deposits and withdrawals. For KYC, it may be possible to follow the rules that have been recommended and also need to add an assessment of AML (Anti Money Laundering) because it is also important for the security of the site as well. If the online casino site is used for crimes such as money laundering then it is likely that the site will be flagged and will be forcibly closed, then it has an impact on users as well.
678  Economy / Economics / Re: Is risky to invest this period on: March 17, 2023, 11:51:11 PM
The investment made depends on whether you are going to do long term or not. If a friend of yours invests $2000 and has $400 left in his wallet, that's still not a loss when your friend hasn't sold it. The price of bitcoin is fluctuating and it is decreasing in value, hold and wait for the price to rise again. If it still crashes then it is the best opportunity to add assets so that it will accumulate the initial capital and the more bitcoins you have. Selling when the price crashes or taking a cut loss will only give you losses, there's no harm in waiting for the price to recover.
679  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is ageing and old people part of bitcoin? on: March 17, 2023, 10:11:33 PM

Do you think our ageing parents are into crypto investment or trading? Some of them are sound and intelligent and they can comfortable operates their tabs while relaxing. If they're probably into crypto why are some of them advising their children to diseased from internet?

Let's see brilliant opinion
No age restrictions have been imposed from holding/investing Bitcoin as everyone is very welcome in crypto. As long as that person can understand the risk and what they have done, there is no problem. Talking about oldies, might be hard for them to use gadgets and that was a problem for them which gives a reason why they decline this kind of opportunity which also I believe was a valid reason. Honestly, we can't urge anyone to be a part of crypto if that person is not capable enough.

Urging someone to use or invest in bitcoin is not a good way, because it is an option for everyone. Older people, of course, have to get clear knowledge about what bitcoin and crypto are, it's not easy to explain to parents who don't understand about investing in bitcoin. If we find parents who have an open mind they will be easier to direct and explain what crypto and bitcoin are. Regarding the use of gadgets, some parents are even proficient at using gadgets at this time.
680  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading addiction, are you coping? on: March 17, 2023, 09:39:04 PM
I mean, how the heck is someone addicted to trading? If they are making losses in trading, then they will definitely stop at a point when they won’t have money to trade further. Otherwise, if they have tons of money and are making good profits from trading, then this addiction isn’t at all bad, to be honest. Until and unless you trade within your limits, there is no harm, but if you exceed the amount that you have committed for the trades, then definitely it will be a big problem. I haven’t come across any crazy incidents or met anyone who is addicted to trading. People trade just to earn some extra income. Trading isn’t a source of recreation, so how will it become an addiction?

Maybe addiction is meant when trading without having good knowledge of trading and wanting to continue trading even though many losses have occurred. Because this kind of trading is like gambling where you only make guesses. Futures trading is usually what they use, just guessing up or down then holding big leverage. I know someone who does something like this and he always loses, but even he doesn't learn from those losses. If you only do normal trading and still have basic knowledge, you can still control it. But if you only rely on instinct, it's no different from gambling.
