Nice 1, I thought it was hacked Tongue
2  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Can I setup a few GPUs in order to mine? on: March 06, 2018, 09:55:25 AM
Offcourse You can. But all mining capable and profitable graphic cards are overpriced right now. Old or new doesn't matter.
3  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [Guide] How to run up to 13 GPUs on most motherboards on: March 06, 2018, 09:52:33 AM
Thank you for sharing... But the main problem is where to get 13 gpus for normal price in EU Smiley
4  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Reward calculator in Excel on: March 06, 2018, 09:46:33 AM
Usually You need to calculate the total hashrate = 232 * diff
then divide by Your hashrate to get the number of blocks per second

It should work for regular POW coins

Nexus was allways problematic for me... the profit calculators are way off because of large number of orphans.

At least the member and full member profile signatures are not looking good... Seems to big for the available space.

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: February 24, 2018, 10:13:55 AM
i stopped mining btx becausse the airdrop is a steal already

btw are you sure you get 22 MH with a 1070? isn't that the hashrate of a 1070 ti? your sp mod is 20% than 2.2.4 i don't remember that

airdrop is near to its end.

The airdrop wallet still have 3690000BTX and weekly airdrops are getting close to 200000BTX. So there are around 18 weeks till the end.

Are You guys on windows 7 with those 8th gpu problems? It won't work... You need win10 or linux.
10  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: CCminer(SP-MOD) Modded NVIDIA Maxwell / Pascal kernels. on: December 14, 2017, 06:43:03 AM
It's alright, you're wrong anyway. Smiley

I'm wrong especially when replying to your post... I shouldn't do it. Ever.
But I admit I should have wrote 9000Mhz instead of 4500.

When you talk about memory OCs they're all operating at the same memory clock, with the exception of the 1080tis which have faster memory.

This is incorrect... Google about Zotac amp extreme 1070 default memory freq(hint - it is more than 8000). There are 1080 with 2 types of memory, 1080ti with 2 types, 1060...

over and out...

what's the matter about neos, there are only scamcoin with no profit for that algo, speed doesn't matter much

I agree... That's why We are sharing all those info  Grin

I can confirm 1070 doing over 1300kH neoscrypt if You don't mind high power consumption.
Just use klaust miner and intensity -i 17.6
My clocks are around 2000Mhz gpu and 4500Mhz vram.

Yup, a OC makes a pretty big difference. At least now people are talking about their OC settings now when actively comparing miners. This has happened before in exactly this thread. SP talks about his new miner, someone else says 'well I get that too!' meanwhile they're talking about a bleeding edge OC that almost no one can reach and crashes every 15 minutes.

That's the reason you compare things on base stock settings, everyone and anyone can OC and it almost always increases your hashrate, unless you're talking about something weird like scrypt that no one mines anymore on GPUs.

I was always talking about clocks and watts. Numbers like +100 doesn't mean anything. Even 2 same graphic cards gets different clocks with same settings. I just hate people writting those +100, +200 or + whatever numbers.
2000Mhz is a minimum mining frequency for all my pascal cards(all temp limited to 75°C). It should not be considered as an extreme OC.

Who is using stock settings for mining? Only some noobish miners minning on nicehash I guess.
Some optimization should be done on all gpus regardless on the power or max hashrate optimization.

sorry SP for spamming Wink

_kaurus can you check if your HDD or SSD is partitioned with MBR or GPT? MBR does not support Above 4G Decoding, but the symptom should be system lockup.

https://www.howtogeek.com/245610/how-to-check-if-a-disk-uses-gpt-or-mbr-and-how-to-convert-between-the-two/

Other then that I would remove one of the 1070's to see if the R9 390 got recognized. Or check if the system will accept 4 or more 1070's if you have more.

I'm using a MBR partitioned ssd with win7 and it works with 7 nvidia gpus. On the asus prime z270-p offcourse.

I did not find any blocks in two days. My mine work very well, who can tell me where is the problem?

There is no problem at all. The difficulty is very high and the calculation right now shows 1.5 blocks per day for your hashrate. But it's a game with the probability and luck. It can easily happen to not find a block for many days(could be weeks) or to find more blocks in the same day Wink

good luck
Which calculator do you use (link)?

There is no calculator link. I'm calculating by myself.
The formula is:
2^32*diff/hashrate
And You get how many seconds does it need to find a block.
Then if you divide by 3600 you get how many hours does it need to find a block...

It is placed as a long term oportunity... No good reasons for selling so soon. It must evolve first and catch some important price after some months/years Wink
19  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Best Closed or semi closed gpu mining case to get? on: September 01, 2017, 06:55:43 PM

Of course they're properly cooled, and I'd bet they're running cooler than most peoples open air rigs, because they are in a data center that has AC, and are in a chassis that has been engineered with cooling that can handle the airflow required by FE cards. No one's going to risk the cost of 10 x 1080 ti cards without proper cooling!

This is the way things are done in the enterprise deep learning arena, and companies like Supermicro sell setups for 10 x Tesla cards, or consumer 1080 ti's work just fine:)
That picture is from a system with this chassis - https://www.supermicro.com/products/system/4u/4028/sys-4028gr-tr.cfm

No way... those gpus must be throttling hitting 80 or more °C when moderatly loaded with some minning or other processing stuff. I've just played too much with gpu's, cases, vents etc. to accept those statements.
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: 5 different cards mining on: September 01, 2017, 06:45:47 PM
No problems with mixing gpus. There are also many mixed nvidia/amd rigs working normally. As said in other posts the problem could come from the mobo.
