Hello there, I have a huge business problem I'm working on currently so sorry for not answering fast. Warranty is under process, but in the same way I needed some time to send you the account in the first place, I need some time to give you another one. I know it's bothering but you're paying not even 10% of the actual price so keep in mind you won't have the same service than if you actually paid 100$ per year for the account  I'll update you shortly. Should have the new account by the end of the day or tomorrow. I still haven't received a replacement, I also haven't received a PM asking me to wait longer. These are your words "I'l warranty this account as long as you want if you pay 6$ every 3 months". If you can provide a replacement that works until November 19th as agreed, I would trust you enough to continue your service by sending you another $6 for another 3months that will last till february 19th. |
