321  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Buy now or wait for Bitcoin? on: October 11, 2019, 02:54:47 PM
Hi all,

I want to invest some money in Bitcoin (long term investment)
It's better wait the next fall down (like the situation on December/January), or buy now?
Otherwise fixing a target for example 7000 or 8000 $ and buy in that moment?

Thank you in advance for your suggestion

I think that market is going to witness another correction after few days and prices might go low to $6500-$7000 and that might be the right time to invest your savings in btc and be sure to hodl it until the right time when prices surge high. But speaking frankly its your own decision when you are willing to invest in the market so you can seek advice from others but do according your mind.
322  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is it worth for me in my situation to start btc trading? on: October 11, 2019, 02:34:23 PM
See if we talk realistic its really depends upon you that whether you want to start trading now or whenever you wish to do so.Anytime is good if you are willing to invest but if you want profits then you require some special skills like making good strategies and knowledge about the marke. The amount can be minimum or maximum according to your wish. You can start with 100$ also or with full funds of $300 but keep it long run for proper returns and sell in bullish market.
323  Economy / Economics / Re: Bank Crisis Hits India, Many Accounts Wiped Out, People Left With Nothing on: October 11, 2019, 02:14:39 PM
So from this we can conculde that nowadays banks are aslo not safe to keep your money as scams are happening in every feild of work.So who are to we blame in this?Rich took loans from banks and misrepresent their financial statememts to fool banks and then this whole thing turns out te be scam. And poor people fails to improve their financial conditions under these cases. So that is why btc and blockchain technology needs to be adopted to create a safe and secure environmemt to transact online transactions with transparency.
324  Economy / Economics / Re: What is the best advice you ever heard in case of investments and all on: October 11, 2019, 01:58:07 PM
Hey
Well let's start , everyone please feel free to share the best advice they think is what made them what they are today in terms of investments .
I think learning about managing your money can never be easy , but maybe we can make this a thread worth reading by the new investors and even the old ones ..never hurts to redefine your strategy.

As for me it was
*You never loose until you cash out*
Taught me patience.
There are many good advices which you can take from others and implement it in your trading which can be helpful. It can be different for all people like for me the best advice is never loose hope and invest which you afford to loose or don't be greedy in highly risky market. So you can have motivation in any form and be satisfied.
325  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Tobacco shops - the way to Bitcoin adoption on: October 11, 2019, 01:40:15 PM
In my opinion tobacco shops operates at very small level and it is not easy to adopt btc for them as it involves transaction fees along with technical issues. Moreover you can't pay for a pack of cigarettes in exchange of btc.But the large business needs to adopt btc which will promote the prices and global acceptance of bitcoin and other alts around the world. But we have entered digital world where everyone accepts money through online methods so we cant say when they also start accepting btc also.
326  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin coins are losing popularity? on: October 11, 2019, 01:20:54 PM
Bitcoin is an online currency.  Even if started with a lower price.  Now its value is beyond the reach of ordinary people. But, nowadays, it seems that Bitcoin is losing its popularity.Because, not receiving validity in low income countries. It may be the main reason.
I do not agree with your statement on bitcoin losing popularity because it is still known by large number of people and many more new investors are gathering their interest in it.Although the huge investments have been not made this year but after the correction many investors will invest in it and price will surge once again. So don't spread any type of negativity around you. Btc will always remain the king of crypto in market.
327  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA EURO 2020 Discussion Thread | Current Phase: Qualifying on: October 11, 2019, 12:37:47 PM
I was watching Netherlands vs Northern Ireland for the first half but when I received notification at half time from Google that Belgium is leading by 6-0, I immediately switched to that match. Poor luck of mine, Belgium wasn't same in second half. Hazard, Lukaku and Mertens were called off and game wasn't as pacey as first half. Only good thing in second half was Verschaeren, this guy has lot of promises which he will surely deliver in future.
Where on the other side, Netherlands vs NI match got hell of interesting in second half. Netherlands scored 2 goals in extra time and won the game by 3-1 in which they were behind for 80 minutes.
328  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Litecoin at the end of 2019? on: October 10, 2019, 03:13:17 PM
I put in Litecoin halving into google and got:

"Will litecoin go up 2019?
According to oracletime.com, the advantages of Litecoin over Bitcoin will interest many new investors. Their Litecoin forecasts for the end of 2019 is $1000, but there are predictions that it could even rise up to $2000!"

Thoughts?
I don't think these predictions will be accurate and the price would not reach your anticipated level of $1000 as we are already in the Q4 of 2019 and charts don't show any sign of rapid uptrend anytime soon. So don't make hasty judgements.
329  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: We are finally going to $22k on: October 10, 2019, 02:49:16 PM
Searching across the web. A very interesting Chart has come to my notice. I don't know who has analyzed but it says a lot about the story of bitcoin so far in a very large time frame.

The thing is on one side it is hard to digest this as we have seen a long bear phase and a lot of fake ICOs shit which has almost lifted the trust of people from this cryptocurrency market as whole. However, this analysis couldn't completely be neglected because we all know 0.5 retracements hold a pretty sacred place in every Technical Analysis. Maybe the waves don't count up it can be a correction downwards. But the whole trend line is still.

Disclaimer: This chart is shrinked a little bit to prove the point if you go to trading view you won't find a chart exactly like this one but the highs and lows are all correct. Better see a logarithmic chart for better similarity.
The chart depicts really good results but i think that there is a time gap till we reach $22000 because btc is still struggling to cross $10k at the moment and conditions are still not in favour which can push momentum towards btc so we can just hope that prices rise soon and we see bull run hitting the market early.Hope the prices cross $25000 also soon so HODL.
330  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New Study Shows How Unprofitable Day Trading Is? on: October 10, 2019, 02:32:08 PM
The past year and this year have been unfavourable for the traders and many people have suffered loss which they were not expecting. And day trading is not for any trader but for expert and and trained traders who have knowledge about the market and some other special skills like judgement, decision making and speculatig the prices in the market. So we cant say it is unprofitable because people have earned huge profits through it so just avoid such wrong articles.
331  Economy / Economics / Re: Can Blockchain Replace Banks? on: October 10, 2019, 01:51:17 PM
The creation of blockchain came with possibilities and predictions of a future where intermediaries could be eliminated entirely. It is capable of executing millions of transactions within seconds at a lower transaction cost and requires no centralized authorization.

With the blockchain trend going on as strong as the moment, is it possible that blockchain will replace banks any time soon in the future?

More here: https://www.hb-wallet.com/post/2018/12/20/can-blockchain-replace-banks
My answer is that crypto or blockchain can replace partialy banks but not in overall because replacing fiat completely with digital coins is not at all easy task and it will take time say many years.Banks provide various services which btc cannot provide such as advisory sevices, loans, custodian services are integral part of financial system of banks. So we can say banks are here to stay for a long period of time.
332  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin holding will be worth this year or in the long run? on: October 10, 2019, 01:35:57 PM
I found this article on cointelegraph :https://cointelegraph.com/news/nearly-10-billion-in-btc-is-held-in-wallets-of-8-crypto-exchanges. I wonder  if they had the control over the price, they can make a bearish run or even they can wake the bull up? Well for sure there is only one thing to expect it is having a good price in the future. What is your thought if the 10 billion worth of bitcoin will move?
From the last year btitcoin is struggling to rise but we have not seen a major pump in the prices or say that bull run has not hit the market since then properly but only some price manipulations by the Whales. So we need to hodl btc for the long run if we want to see good returns on our holdings because the prices don't seems to rise by this year. The price is floating between $7-$8k from past few months. So just hodl.
333  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Unicef now accepting donations through bitcoin and ether on: October 10, 2019, 01:10:10 PM
Use of cryptocurrencies allows children’s agency to bypass fees of moving cash overseas quickly and increase financial transparency.

Read more about it by clicking here.

Unicef is one of the prominent and major organizational body in the world and if they are accepting donations in btc and ETH it is great initiave started by them.Crypto can be used for the help of needy ones by sending funds to UNICEF over the secured network with less transaction fees. But i wonder how many people will be willing to donate through such modes as the rules are strict regarding these crypto transfers.
334  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cryptocurrency is better than fiat currency? on: October 10, 2019, 12:55:57 PM
Most of the people around the globe are becoming aware about the cryptocurrencies and their use.The world is adopting digital modes of payment and crypto coins play a vital role in this evolution but this does not mean the end of the fiat. Its usage will slowly become less but it can't be dilluted eventually.Crypto payments are easy to make over a secured network of blockchain technology and provide services 24*7 to all.But still it will take time for mass adoption of coins as they are controvential topic at current.
335  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin has no practical use and could be damaging to the economy! on: October 10, 2019, 09:31:21 AM
Even with the efforts done by the inventor Satoshi Nakamoto and the people who supported bitcoin around the world, still these guy from EY says there was no practical use for it and the deflationary model can only give damage to the global economy.

I don't know how deflationary model can leads to damaging economy. These EY guys are either too smart or too fool.
Bitcoin should be viewed as means of remittance based on peer-to-peer model which could be used by any person to do transaction with second person without involving any third party. Non-involvement of third party and self-verification system make Bitcoin much more safer than any other mean of remittance.
The article assumes the situation where Bitcoin will be used as major currency but we Bitcoiners know, we don't want Bitcoin to replace fiat but provide an alternative to give greater degree of privacy and liberty in financial transactions.
336  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why people are excited everytime we see a new coin without knowing it first on: October 10, 2019, 08:32:55 AM
Everytime there are coins that are being advertise we get excited
we make rumors and lots of noise without knowing it forst hand
we are just excited about the bounty , and sharing links to others
to make lots of refferal and bonus
but at the end of the campaign after we found out its a bust we then release are sentiments toward it, how it fails and the campaign
I think we should understand that everything are not perfect and we should be willing to move on after it , instead of wasting time and hate over the project this should be what we should do

I have seen lot of times that person joins a signature campaign, get selected in it but doesn't actually know a bit about the project he's promoting and tech behind it.
The general conception among participants it to earn money rather than promoting project. When anyone joins any campaign or bounty, he should realize that he has the responsibility of promoting the project. Rather than just fulfilling the rules put by manager, he should try to do more because ultimate personal gain depends upon the success of the project.
337  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Almost all the altcoins in red again! on: October 09, 2019, 03:24:27 PM
I just came back from work now and find out that all the altcoins are in red except few one.  I did not know what is really happening and I think traders are dumping for some reason. Is there any fundamental reason why altcoins is getting dump again?
The graphs are red due to negativity in the market and FUD created by the investors. But soon the prices will rise due to the investments in the market and we will see prices of alt rising once again. The major coins like ETH,LTC,XRP will be soon having a pump in prices.
338  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Why lots of people got scam easily on: October 09, 2019, 03:02:44 PM
Things why a person can easily get scammed in crypto-world

1. Greed
2. No knowledge about the project
3. Trust

This are the three main reason why they get easily scam
Greed, because there are a lot of promise by the campaign and the developer we easily believe that its true
investing a lot of money in the project that is garbage.
No knowledge also is the second reason because of the trend they just go and invest without any knowledge of the said project
Trust because they trust the people in the project which sometimes pretends that the person is a member of the project
they can easily decieved that once they invest , they will soon find out that the person is just impersonating , and not really
what all expected.

Yes i agree with you that people have no proper knowledge about the projects and they are becoming greedy on the other part which is leading them to the scam world.People expect too much from the new projects without even checking their background and easily gets fooled by the team.So we need to be aware about the market.
339  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: i failed in day trading on: October 09, 2019, 02:50:05 PM
i have learn technical analysis and practicing it for many months now i am good at it , but when it comes to day trading stocks move as market moves if markets go up stocks go up and if market falls stocks fall where does technical analysis , how to do day trading

my question is about stocks not crypto
Day trading is not at all easy task as it is very difficult to make predictions daily about your investment or coins compared to long run where you can speculate price changes more accurately. So you just learn from your past mistakes and gain experience from them and failure is not a term for it.So just gain more knowledge and do research more accurately and gain profits.Don't get upset from your losses just change your strategy and move with the market.
340  Economy / Economics / Re: The market starts looking real nice in Q2, 2019 on: October 09, 2019, 02:28:32 PM
Hi guys,
The cryptocurrency market has added over $80 billion within the last 100 days, which is probably from January to date. The cryptocurrency market capitalization hits the bottom at $100 billion during the recent massive market crash. Do you guys think we are going to the moon this year also or we have a long way to go before reaching the moon once more - that is it'll probably happen in the next 4-5 years?

Yes at this time of year the prices are once again rising and the graphs are turning green with new huge investments coming into the market. The prices stands at nearly $7k and the chances are they will rise soon after the correction take place. So stay positive and hope that we earn good profits on our investmemts.
