Exactly what you read.
2 blocks (or even more) was added to the same parent.
Miners solve the block almost the same time.
So later one block will remain in the chain, another will be discarded as orphan.

I didn't see apps version in the log provided.
In any case the best idea is to start troubleshooting from checking internet connection, firewalls/NAT etc.

Download and install latest version of Lanthaneum apps before block #24000!!!
Nodes with outdates daemon app will produce hardfork and generate invalid blocks.

No proper configs, all up to you.
You can install daemon at every PC or use 1 daemon for all miners - all depend on you needs.

Just replace exe files to new ones from archive.

The same time backing up wallet and wallet addess files is perfect idea as well Smiley
After upgrade save your wallet's keys in the safe place.
